Second Snowfall- Recovery

As snow began to fall outside the Black Order Headquarters, fast walking footsteps could be heard throughout as three Exorcists quickly "walked" toward the infirmary. They had all heard that General Tiedoll was apparently there at the moment with the new Exorcist he had brought with him.

"Hurry up or I'm leaving your sorry butts behind!" one of the Exorcist, a sixteen year old looking man exclaimed as he walked ahead of the other two, looking back at them.

"There is no need to hurry, Daisya," another Exorcist, a tall, dark skin man, appearing to be in his late twenties, said, walking at a slower pace than his comrade, Daisya Barry. "Master will most likely still be there even if we take our time."

"Noise is right, Daisya." the third of the Exorcists, a long, dark haired boy said, walking the slowest out of the three. "He's far too concern with that new Exorcist to even take off again."

"I know but I also want to see this new Exorcist too!" Daisya exclaimed as he quickly turned a corner and opened a door, revealing the infirmary. General Tiedoll was sitting next to one of the beds near the window.

"Master Tiedoll," all three Exorcists exclaimed as they walked down the aisle toward their master.

Tiedoll turned his head toward them and smiled at the sight of them.

"Daisya, Noise, Yu-kun," Tiedoll said as the Exorcists stood around him. "How have you all been?"

"We're doing fine," the dark haired boy, Kanda said, crossing his arms in annoyance at his master using his first name.

"So where's this new Exorcist you brought with you, old man?" Daisya asked excitedly, looking at Tiedoll eagerly.

"Well, why don't you look in front of you?" Tiedoll said as he looked toward the bed again.

This made Daisya puzzled for a moment or two before looking towards the bed with the other two as well. Sitting in the bed was a long, black haired girl wearing a gray T-shirt that showed her bandaged arms, hands and neck. She was too busy sketching a picture within a sketchbook to even pay much attention to them.

"What's with the bandages, old man?" Daisya asked, whispering into Tiedoll's ear.

"She has a case of frostbite," Tiedoll said, making the girl look at him, revealing pale red eyes and a pentacle above her right eye that trails down to her cheek. Tiedoll noticed her staring at him and looked at her with a soft smile. "Are you done?"

The girl looked at her drawing before looking at him again and nodded. She pushed the sketchbook toward him. Tiedoll took it and looked at the drawing along with his pupils. The drawing showed a man wearing a top hat and cape with a girl, looking identical to the one that drew the picture, standing next to him. Within the girl's arms was a short haired boy, looking scared and clung onto the girl for dear life.

"Might I ask who these people are?" Kanda asked, looking towards the artist herself.

"...name?" she asked, looking at Kanda.

"What?" Kanda said, slightly glaring at her.

"Your name….what is it?" she asked again, a bit more sternly.

"Oh, forgive me. I forgot to introduce my former pupils to you." Tiedoll said, setting the sketchbook down on the bed before pointing to each of his pupils in order. "This is Kanda Yu-kun, Noise Marie and Daisya Barry."

"Nice….to meet you," the girl said, looking at them.

"So, what's your name?" Daisya asked with a cheeky grin.

"Yuki-Daicho….Walker," Yuki-Daicho said.

"You wouldn't happen to mind if I call you "Yuki", would you?" Daisya asked, a little worried.

"No…." Yuki said.

"So," Tiedoll started as he picked up the sketchbook again and handed it back to Yuki. "Who are these kind looking people, Yuki-chan?"

Yuki took the sketchbook from Tiedoll and set it on her lap.

"Mana….Walker….papa…." Yuki said as she pointed to the man in the top hat.

"So he's your father?" Tiedoll asked, looking at the drawing.

"Adopted…." she corrected him before pointing towards the girl. "Yuki-Daicho….Walker…." She then pointed toward the boy. "Allen….Walker….younger brother…..also adopted…."

"Is Allen the one you were talking about when we first met?" Tiedoll asked, looking towards Yuki.

Yuki nodded as the door opened to reveal a Chinese looking man with a beret on top of his dark colored hair. Within his hands was Yuki's black sheathed sword.

"Kanda, this is a surprise." the man said, jokingly as he walked over to Yuki's bed. "You usually don't visit anyone in the infirmary, no matter who they are."

"Shut up, Komui," Kanda said, looking away from the group. "I just came here all because these two happen to drag me here."

"There's nothing to be embarrassed about. Yuki won't bite, so why don't you all sit closer to her." Komui said happily before pushing the three Exorcists closer to the bed.

"Yuki-chan said that she was a bit claustrophobic." Tiedoll said, smiling while Yuki pulled her legs close to her chest.

"Well, she doesn't have to worry about that." Komui said, walking over to the other side of Yuki's bed. "I just came here to give Yuki her sword back. It appears it does have Innocence within it." Komui continued, handing Yuki her sword back before adjusting his glasses.

"Great, another sword user. Just what we needed around here." Daisya said sarcastically as he stood closer to Tiedoll.

"What was that?" Kanda said angrily, glaring at Daisya.

"Nothing!" Daisya said defensively, sweating a little.

"Well, I'd better take my leave for now." Tiedoll said, picking up the sketchbook and tore out Yuki's drawing from it.

"Why is that, master?" Noise asked as Tiedoll carefully put Yuki's drawing on the nightstand next to the bed.

"It appears Yuki-chan has fallen asleep." Tiedoll said, pointing at her.

Everyone turned to look at Yuki, only to find her holding her sword close to her chest with her eyes closed, laying her head against the pillows.

"Aw man!" Daisya whined, slumping a little. "And I wanted to ask her questions too!"
