Just wait till you hear them squeak

Try to find a girl at night?
G&M:

(Girls run off stage, screaming, laughing)
(Christine arrives accompanied by Raoul, the "Coney Island Waltz" starts to play, but ends abruptly, a vinyl's scratch is heard as a boy with a case and a "phantom's mask" enters the stage; Christine and Raoul turn around to him)
C (turns her head): Erika! Where are you?
(Erika enters the stage)
E: Here mum!
C: You keep falling behind. What seems to be so interesting? (Looks in the direction from where her daughter appeared)
E (standing before her, innocently): Nothing. No one was there who caught my attention.
(Christine sighs, Erika starts looking around, while Raoul get's seduced by one or two girls)
C (referring to the boy): And who is this? And why is he wearing that mask?
E (takes his mask of): I gave it to him. Just out of curiosity. I found it somewhere. Looks delightful, doesn't it? AND it sure makes him more attractive. (Puts the mask back at his face, giggles)
C: God I sure hope no one is missing this one. Or has a back up mask. Come on, leave the poor boy alone.
(The boy puts the case down and gets paid by Raoul, Erika reaches for him, but Christine stops her, the boy leaves)
R (irritated): What is this place?
C (sighs): No wonder you don't know.
E: It's an Amusement park. At least, it stated it in the letter.
R: Some kind of cheap and indecent amusement it must be.
C: It could be worse.
(One of the girls walks past them)
C: Excuse me; I wanted to know if you know anything about this? (Shows her the letter) I received a letter from someone named , and well, I guess this sure looks like a place which would suit someone with a curious name like that.
Girl: Oh, you must be Christine, then! That's wonderful! You're finally here. And that must be your loving husband le Vicomte de Chagny and…
E: I'm Erika. I'm sixteen. And this place sure looks like the right place for me.
R: It certainly doesn't.
E (to the girl): So what do you think? Wouldn't I fit in?
Girl: Well, you are a bit young, even for 's amusement, but I guess apart from that you seem perfectly alright.
C: Don't get her hopes up.
Girl: May I escort you to your rooms? suspected that you would need some privacy, each of you.
R: Christine, do you think we can let her stay here as responsible parents? Is this a proper milieu for a young adult?
E: But dad, the girls sure seem nice. (Waves to one who is passing by)
C: It suits her, I guess. But don't worry. We won't let her alone. She won't be out of our sight for a moment.
E (shocked): But mum, I thought this was going to be fun.
C: It is, but not for you. And not the way you were thinking about fun.
(Erika looks around, hears girls laughing and giggling)
E: I guess I'm not the only one who thinks about this kind of amusement.
R: What are you talking about, young lady?
E: Nothing dad. (Kisses him) I love you.
Girl: Would you care to see your rooms then?
R: Certainly.
E: Isn't this exciting?
C: Of course my dear. Please don't get too excited over it.
(The girl leads Christine, Erika and Raoul off stage; Meg approaches and catches a glimpse of Christine)
