A/N: In this story Stevonnie is a Hermaphrodite, and Stevonnie uses They/Them pronouns. Thank you very much for reading my story, and PLEASE LEAVE A REVIEW!
Stevonnie woke up the next morning bright and early, planning to talk to go out and talk to their Dad before the Gems came out of the temple. They quickly went to the bathroom and did their morning ablutions before getting dressed and looking at themselves in the mirror.
Stevonnie was decently tall and stood at six feet even, and they possessed a head of curly and wavy mid-back length raven black hair. They had a full-bodied build with an hourglass figure, and they had a large D-cup bust. They wore a pinkish-red short-sleeved T-shirt with a large golden star on the front with a cyan blue sleeveless belly-shirt tank-top on over it. They also wore long blue denim jeans and reddish-pink flip-flops.
They walked out of the bathroom and quickly made their way out of the loft and onto the beach before walking towards the city, and by extension the car wash. After five minutes of walking the car wash was finally in sight.
And standing outside of the car wash was Greg Universe, their father. As soon as they saw him they quickly made their way up to him.

"So you wanna get away, huh?" Their Dad said after hearing what they had to say. He mulled it over for a minute before continuing. "Well, I might know of a place."
"Really?" Stevonnie asked, "Where?"
"Well, it's a little town in Washington state called Forks," He began, "Your mother used to go their all the time, and when we started dating she started taking me with her. I never really knew what she saw in the place, I mean it was a nice town and all, but nothing magical around it for miles. Well, except for the Warp-Pad."
"There's a Warp-Pad there?" Stevonnie queried with stars in her eyes, "That's perfect! I just learned how to use those, so if I go there I can come back whenever I want to! Thanks Dad!" They then gave him a kiss on the cheek and ran back to the temple.
When they got back to the loft they noticed all of the gems in the living area doing their usual stuff, Amethyst was eating the toaster, Pearl was cooking them breakfast, and Garnet was reading the newspaper.
As soon as Stevonnie walked in the door they shouted out, "Guys, I'm moving out!", and needless to say this shocked all of the gems, well, except Garnet.
"What?" Pearl shrieked. Amethyst just gaped at them, and Garnet stared at them.
"Guys, calm down!" Stevonnie said, "It's perfect! I know everyone in town is being really understanding, but they don't really get what happened. And then there's what happened with Mom and Dad…" They trailed off for a minute, looking upset, before schooling their features back into a happy face and starting again. "I just need to get away for awhile, go somewhere where nobody knows me or what happened. So what do you think?"
There were a few minutes of silence where the gems just kept shooting looks at each other before Garnet got up and said "Stevonnie, none of us know what your going through right now, and if you think going away is the best solution hen we will support you."
Stevonnie ran up to Garnet and gave her a quick hug before going over to Amethyst and Pearl and giving the both of them a hug at the same time. The three gems shared a chuckle before Amethyst asked Stevonnie, "So, where are you going to go anyways?"
"Forks, Washington," Stevonnie said, not noticing as a slightly awkward quiet descended upon the other three gems, "Dad said Mom brought him their all the time after they started dating!" They stopped talking and finally noticed the silence, and they then asked "What's the matter? Is there something wrong with Forks?"
"Oh, no there's nothing wrong with Forks," Pearl said, sounding slightly nervous, "It's just if you do go there you know you'll have to go to public school, right?"
"That's nothing to worry about!" They said brightly, "Half of me has gone to public school all her life! Ooh, and summer's ending soon, and my birthday's coming up! I'll be eighteen just in time for school to start up again!"
"Well, if you wanna be there in time for school," Amethyst began, "You should probably start looking for houses." And with that it was settled, Stevonnie was moving to Forks.

It had taken about a month and a half, but they had finally finished getting everything ready for the move to Forks. They had bought a fully-furnished house, and it was only a fifteen minute walk to the nearest Warp-Pad. Stevonnie's birthday had passed before they could move, so they had celebrated it together, but now the day had finally come.
"Do you have the medical kit? Oh, and the emergency money. And if anything goes wrong you can just call us on your cell-phone and we'll be there in minutes, alright?!" Pearl repeatedly asked questions, slightly hysterically.
"Chillaxe P," Amethyst cut into her rant, "Stevonnie's going to be just fine, after all they are a grown-up now."
"Amethyst is right," Stevonnie said, with their ukelele on her back and their hot-dog duffel bag in their arms. "Everything's going to be great!" And with that she gave all of the gems, plus her Dad, a hug and got on the Warp-Pad and left.
When the Warp-Pad stopped they were in the middle of a lush evergreen tree forest. They quickly found the well worn path that the gems had made for them, and followed it all the way to their new house.
Their new house was a two-story tall home with white paint and light blue shutters over the windows. The backyard of the house was right up against the woods, and it was right where the gems path had ended.
Stevonnie quickly made her way inside and up to her new room, and she quickly put all of her things which were in her hot-dog duffel bag away in their drawers. No sooner had she finished then there was a knock on the front-door.
"I wonder who that could be?" They said to themselves.
They quickly made their way downstairs and opened the door. Standing outside was a young man that looked a few years younger then Stevonnie themselves, and with him was an older man in a wheelchair. They both had long and straight Black hair and russet skin.
"Hello, can I help you?" Stevonnie asked them, smiling.
"Excuse me young lady, but would you happen to be Stevonnie Universe?" The older man asked her in a kind voice.
"Yep, that's me," They said.
"Well, my name is Billy Black, and this here is my son Jacob. I'm an old friend of your father, Greg, and I'm here to drop something off for you," The older man, now known as Billy Black, said. He quickly gestured behind him, and to Stevonnie's surprise, there was a large and old-looking brick red truck in her driveway. "Greg said to think of it as a going away present."
"Wow, thank you so much," Stevonnie told them.
They three of them shared some small talk, but after a few minutes Billy and Jacob had to leave. After they left Stevonnie started getting ready for bed, after all tomorrow was their first day as a Senior at Forks high-school.
