Sorry about the short chappie. I didn't have much time to write it.
Whitepaw leapt at the brown she-cat and landed. The she-cat was pinned downed, and her green eyes gleamed. She started to struggle, then went limp. Whitepaw relaxed her grip, thinking her opponent was defeated.
Suddenly, the she-cat sprang up, flinging Whitepaw backwards. She stood up and shook the sand off of her pelt. Spinning around, she faced the she-cat and pounced. The she-cat hit the ground, and she purred. "Great job!" she purred. Whitepaw dipped her head in embaressment.
"Thanks, Robinwing." she whispered, a bit tired from training. Sunlight streamed in through the fern canopy that covered the training clearing. She had been training for seven moons, and was now twelve moons old.
"Infact," Robinwing mewed. "I think your ready to be a warrior!" Delight surged through Whitepaw, and she jumped up and down with excitement.
"Thank you!" she yowled. Just then, there was a piercing shriek. It came from the direction of the camp. Robinwing's ears were pricked up. "What was that?" Whitepaw whimpered, but her mentor was already sprinting in the direction of the shreik.
Whitepaw took off after her. The green forest floor was damp, and soaked her paws as she ran. "Robinwing!" she cried when the reached the camp. "Can you please explain why you-," Her eyes widened when she saw what was happening.
Badgers were attacking the camp! Cats were running around, trying to fight them off. Robinwing turned to Whitepaw. "Don't just stand there! Help your clan! Good luck..." That was the last thing her mentor said before she dissapeared in a cloud of flying fur.
"Whitepaw!" came a call. Spinning around, she saw her brother, Foxpaw. The ginger tom was clawing at a badger's feet. "Help!" the tom growled, hissing in pain when the badger clawed his ear.
Whitepaw raced pver to her brother and looked anxiously at him. "Are you okay?" Foxpaw nodded.
"I think so, but- LOOK OUT!!!" Turning, Whitepaw saw a paw hurdling towards her face. It smacked her and she fell to the ground. Through the few shards of conceousnos(note: I don't know how to spell that) she had, she saw her brother turn angrily to the badger. "Get away from her!" he hissed. Whitepaw tried to get to her feet, but she couldn't. Her whole world went black.
