Several minutes after the official start of the match...

The All-Star Corps gathered at their HQ: A thick forest with several camo-pitched tents and cabins.

Moki sat at the head of the table, his platoon leaders and several accompanying squadron leaders flanked his left and right.

Standing to his right stood Emily Fairchild, an 21 year old American woman and Moki's second in command.

She is from a wealthy family with a strong military history and rarely seen without her school uniform.

Due to her family's history, Emily is a proud, strong woman whose determination and steadfast loyalty to her commander inspires all upon the team.

To Moki's left stood Yura Casares, an 18 year old Basque and Moki's young protege. He has black mop like hair and brown eyes with a youthful face. He wore a black beret with a miniature Basque flag a top his head.

The young man is a optimist who shakes off most issues with a laugh and has an interest of cultures outside his homeland.

The commanders before him sat left to right in the order of their introduction(with some exceptions as they will come to be addressed).

Mar von Rikter, a 20 year old German and leader of the Wolf Pack has gray-white short spiky hair mostly hidden beneath a WW2 era German tank commander hat and has black eyes.

He is one of the only ones gather here that didn't wear his schools uniform, instead choosing to wear a German tank commander's uniform leaving the shirt unbuttoned as he normally does.

His little sister and second in command Elsa von Rikter stood off to his right side.

She has brown hair, black eyes and tan skin. She has a C cup size and wears a black hat similar to those worn by girls who attend Kuromomrimine Girls High School.

Bane, a 18 year old Austrian and leader of the Headhunters. He's one of the few tank commanders that stands a winnable chance against Moki.
He has short black hair, green eyes and usually wears small framed glasses.

Out of all the commanders here, Bane choose to stay out of the match in order to "give our foe a fighting chance" yet remained here to give initial orders to his troops.

"The Crimson Devil" Kira, a 27 year old Russian with long, scarlet hair, light blue eyes, a beauty mark underneath her lip, and leads the Red Guard.

She has a double D cup size and is one of the only other commanders not wearing her school uniform. Instead, she wore a long sleeved dull green shirt with a dull blue long tie, a long green cape with red underlining, a black skirt with matching stockings and black high heel boots.

Standing to her side is Zeno, a fellow Russian and her second in command. He is 25 years old and has short silver hair and light gray eyes.

He's mainly emotionless, yet known to snap at others for acting idiotic.

Starting on Moki's right sat Laura, a short, 18 year old Seychellean nicked named "Hot Tamale" for her furious attitude and leader of the Thunder Brigade. She has black, bushy hair, golden brown eyes and a B cup size. Typically she wears a white tank top and black cargo pants.

To her left stood Izak, a 19 year old Czech with brown hair, black eyes, and a few hairs on the tip of his chin. He is the more mature "go with whatever is fun" type of person and often acts as Laura's wingman.

Hew "Ironwill", a 25 year old Scottish and leader of The King's Shield. He has short, red hair, sideburns and stands at a tall 7 feet.

He has a strong sense of duty and a willingness to take on any challenge, no matter how difficult.

Brianna, a 24 year old Englishman(or rather woman) and leader of the Light Brigade. She has long blond hair, green eyes, a C cup chest and shares a few similarities with Darjeeling despite the two sharing no blood relationship.

She possessed excellent foresight to the point that some believe she can see into the future.

At the end of the table are the Shimizu triplets; Akio, Aki and Akira.

Akio being the commander of the Red Dragons, Aki being the only female and Akria being the most well read of the trio.

Each has black hair with bangs shaped like an M and a long ponytail in the back, black eyes, a smooth face and each acts in a mellow yet polite manner.

Aside from certain personality traits/habits each of the triplets individually possesses, people can only tell Aki from her brothers due her slightly higher pitched voice, and the three small hairs she has dangling above her head. (We would normally include her chest if it wasn't so small.)

Before the commanders was a wide open map of the battlefield, placed upon it are various pieces to represent individual platoons and important landmarks or locations.

"First off, I want to thank each of you for helping me out today." Moki started. "We're only involved in this match for my selfish, personal reasons so I have to say that I owe you for fighting on my sister's behalf."

"Save your thanks for after the match." Mar replied, closing his eyes as he crossed his arms. "It's like the saying goes 'Man soll das Fell des Bären nicht verteilen, bevor man ihn erlegt hat'."

"Alles zu seiner Zeit, Bruder." Elsa added with a forced laugh. "Now isn't the time to scold the man."

Mar replied with a low humph.

"What's your problem anyway huh?" Laura chimed in, rising from her seat. "Le commandant is only expressing his gratitude to us for helping out his sister for crying out laugh! What did your nickname Ghost of Rommel give you a reason to freeze your heart over?"

"Someone needs to play it cool when there's someone as feisty as you around Laura."

"What was that?!"

"Will all of you nezrelyye deti quiet down for once!" Kira snapped, slapping her fist into the table. "Every time you two always find some reason to fight with one another, enough now!"

"You're wasting too much time,-" Akio added.

"-time we need to go over the plan-" Aki picked up for her brother.

"-so save the bickering till after the meeting." Akria finished.

Many people are unnerved by the triplets seemingly physic ability to finish each other's sentences. Fortunately, most of the All-Star Corps grew used to it by now.

As this all too common scene played out, Hew couldn't help but laugh at the entire situation while Brianna simply shook her head with a smile.

Emily let out a sigh before regaining everyone's attention to their commander.

"The operation will be carried out in three stages." Moki said with a smirk, holding up three fingers.

"The first stage will be called Silent Night. It will take place here, in the mix of open plains and dense forests surrounding this massive hill." He pointed at the described location before grabbing two individual pieces.

"The Wolf Pack and Headhunters will be the main stars of this stage." Moki placed the two pieces on the map, one in the forest and one at the end of it.

"The Wolf Pack will lure the enemy into the forest, lay down smoke then work in unison with the Headhunters to thin out their forces as much as possible before withdrawing."

"During this opening act, the Thunder and Light brigades will have a part to play." Moki continued, grabbing two more pieces. "It's a known fact that the University Selection team uses scouts to help them determine the enemy strategy and counter it appropriately."

"As such, it is critical that you knock out their eyes as soon as possible Brianna."

The latter nodded in agreement. "A little light tank hunting, should be buckshee."

"Once you've taken out their Chaffees, the Light Brigade shall carry out their usual supporting roles."

"As for Laura and her Thunder Brigade, you have a bit more important role." Laura's eyes seemed to glow at the mentioning of her name.

"You're job is to take out the enemy's heavy artillery piece aka their Karl-Gerat 040." Moki scanned the map for a moment. "Depending on how things play out, I'm hoping we'll have a chance to take that monster out early on."

He pointed at a location on the map: a clearing surrounded by a small forest. In the clearing stood a plateau connected by a train bridge.

"There are few places on this battlefield where they could hide such a massive machine. This here is my best guess at where it's located."

Moki turned his gaze to Laura. "Head here once the opportunity presents itself, confirm the Karl-Gerat's location and eliminate it. If it's not there, radio back and I'll give you the next location."

"Understood commandant!" She replied with a smile.

Moki returned his attention to the map.

"The seconds stage shall be known as High Noon and will be focused on the amusement park a few clicks from our first action zone." He said, tapping the location with an index finger.

"King's Shield, Red Dragon, and Red Guard units will be heading here from the start and fortify according to my instructions. Emily shall take personal command on sight and make any necessary adjustments as she sees fit."

"The Thunder Brigade, assuming they've eliminated the Karl-Gerat by this time, shall provide support by acting as a rapid response unit within the park."

"The overall objective at this stage is to pin the enemy force down while removing any heavy hitting units and particular trouble makers."

"This is to help set the stage for the end game. Once we've thinned out the enemy to sufficient numbers, all units shall disengage as the Light Brigade supported by some fast movers from the Headhunters lure the survivors to this location."

Moki pointed to a rather wide, multi-leveled cliff base a few miles from the starting point.

"This location shall be host to the final stage hence forth refereed to as the Cliffs of Gallipoli."

The match began a few minutes afterward, each team started at a point 40 minutes away from each other.

Alice Shimada already had her initial plan set; divide her forces into three individual units along three parallel paths while her scouts probe ahead for the enemy.

Depending on their location, she can quickly adjust her forces as necessary or even easily surround them in a pincer maneuver.

Her platoon commanders; Rumi, Azumi and Megumi, lead each of the divided forces. Rumi and Azumi had the left and right flanks respectively and Megumi lead Alice's guard.

The heir of Shimada had to concerns; 1st, the enemy heavy tanks namely the IS 4 and 3, the Maus, the Super Pershing, and the Black Princes.

While other tanks such as the T95 are a threat, every member of Selection's team knew the strengths and weaknesses of that particular tank hunter as they have one themselves.

Many of the other threatening tanks could be dealt with their M26s.

The six aforementioned tanks on the All-Star Corps are monsters in one form or another. Alice knew she had to crush these particular tanks as soon as possible if she wanted to win this match.

Assuming if the enemy was heading there way, they should make contact in 20 minutes. If not...Alice hoped her scouts would detect the enemy before they sprung any sort of ambush.

Otherwise this match may end very shortly...

Meanwhile...

The All-Star Corps traveled 10 minutes together before splitting up to carry out Moki's plans.

With Kira's IS-4 in the lead followed close behind by Zeno's IS-3, Emily's T32, Hew's Tortoise, the Black Princes, the ARL 44, the Maus, and the Shimizu triplets's 3 OIs headed off to the amusement park a few miles due west.

Additionally, Mar's Wolf Pack (His King Tiger, the 2 Tiger Is, and Elsa's Panther II. All are painted white and have a wolf emblem somewhere on the side of their tanks) and the Headhunters (the Super Pershing, the T95, the Jackson and the 2 Hellcats), speed ahead of the remaining tanks to set up their ambush in the dense forest ahead.

All that remained are Moki's M48A1 Patton, Yura's M46 Patton, the Thunder Brigade (the 3 T-34-85s, the T 34/100, and the TVP T 50/51) and the Light Brigade (the Comet, the AMX 13 90, and the AMX ELC bis).

Brianna, half emerged from her Comet, pulled her tank off to Moki's side.

"Well then commander, I'll be off to the hunt." She said with a smile.

Moki, already emerged from his tank, nodded in response. "Good luck."

"Oh tosh dear." Brianna replied, pulling up a tea cup that she seemed to conjure up from thin air. "I need no luck to carry out my duty."

With that, Brianna's tank rolled off soon to be followed by her subordinates. Several moments as these three tanks speed off, the AMX 13 90 pulled up to the Comet.

The forward tank's commander, a 20 year old French male named Bellamy, popped his head out of the commander's hatch. He has long, dark gray hair and black eyes.

"Sounds like someone's confident." Bellamy said with a smug look on his face.

He always had an issue with anyone of English decent and since his commander is in fact English he took every opportunity to act like a fool in a sad attempt to quell his needless frustrations.

"Quite dear." Brianna soundly replied while closing her eyes. She took a sip from her tea cup, savoring the rich flavor from the freshly brewed tea. "We have a simple task at hand after all."

"Such confiance or perhaps arrogance?"

"Are you picking a fight with the commandant again?" Reine, commander of the AMX ELC bis said as she pulled her tank up closer to join in.

Reine is also 20 years old and of French decent. She has short, mop like brown hair, black eyes, and a B cup size.

"Why can't you get over your grudge with the English, Bellamy?" She continued with a sigh. "You should look past your préjugé and realize that not all English are horrible people, just most of them."

Bellamy simply replied by sticking out his tongue.

Brianna shook her head with a smile. This is the usual routine for these two, Bellamy expressing his hate for all English and Reine trying to sound smart throughout the entire banter.

"Oh what was that old saying?" Brianna said, picking her head up. "Ah yes, I believe it went something like this: Il n'y a pas plus sourd que celui qui ne veut pas entendre."

Reine let out a short laugh. "That certainly fits Bellamy here."

Before the latter could offer any counter, as he certainly intended to given the look on his face, Brianna reminded them that now is the time to focus on the task at hand.

"Qui vivra verra." Reine soundly replied before sitting back into her small tank, though the timing of such a proverb is rather odd at this time. She had a habit of making a fool of herself as well when trying to sound smart.

At that point, the Light Brigade long since faded from Moki's sight.

Since then, he has turned his attention to the Thunder Brigade, instructing them to hide in the wetlands until they can slip past enemy lines. As Laura relayed these orders to her subordinates, the Seychellean turned her attention back to Moki.

"What about you commandant?" Laura asked with honest curiosity, popping out of her red painted T-34-85.

"I'll be playing strategic commander for most of the match and call any countermoves as needed in response to any move made by Alice Shimada." Moki replied. "Yura and I will stay here to oversee Silent Night, then head to the final stage and start preparing for the end game."

Laura nodded in response. I made sense after all, since Moki's true strength is his tactical prowess.

Satisfied, she climbed back into her tank, drove off, and commanded her tanks to follow close behind.

"This is Scout 1, no sign of the enemy near the hill." The commander of one of the Chaffee scout tanks said over the radio.

It had been almost 20 minutes since the start of the match, Alice expected that her scouts would've seen the enemy by now assuming if they were moving to engage her head on.

This meant either they moved in another direction all together or had already set the stage for their ambush.

In any case, she wanted to find the enemy force before they sprung whatever plan they have in mind.

"Understood," Alice swiftly replied. "Maintain position for 5 minutes then continue onward."

The young commander grabbed a tablet placed somewhere behind her and held it up to chest level. She studied the map portrayed on the tablet, quickly visualizing where the enemy could be if they didn't decide to head east or west from the start of the match.

In the immediate area, Alice noted two locations the enemy might be laying in wait.

"Azumi, sweep through the forest on the right." She said, communicating to the platoon leader over the radio. "Destroy any enemy tanks you find as you push on through to the other side."

"Roger, all tanks advance in search pattern."

"Rumi, head through the wetlands on the left." Alice continued. "If you come across any enemies, do not engage. Mark their position and follow at a safe distance."

"Alright platoon, split ranks and assume a slope formation."

As Rumi and Azumi's 7 tank platoons headed off in their directed paths, Alice couldn't shake this unsettling feeling in the back of her mind. It's as if she overlooked something, a rather important detail at that.

She glanced at her tablet again, slowly scrolling the surrounding area. Nothing notable popped out at her, least nothing she already factored in.

Frowning, she zoomed out of the zone and began studying nearby areas. An amusement park caught her interest...could that be it?

While it didn't feel exactly on the dot, Alice's instincts told her otherwise.

She ordered their T28 Super Heavy Tank along with a Chaffee escort to head to the outskirts of the park. If nothing else, they may discover a clue of the enemy's strategy.

And a clue was all the heir to the Shimada family needed to unravel her opponent's plans.

The Wolf Pack stood in a more revealing spot of the massive forest. Their task is to bait any enemy forces traveling along the western path toward the ambush site the Headhunters currently laid in wait.

Mar von Rikter sat inside his King Tiger, eyes closes as he tapped his right index finger on his crossed arms. He was waiting for his sister Elsa to spot the enemy, assuming if they are coming this way.

Elsa had the best eyes among the members of the Wolf Pack. Considering their specialty involved various rapid assault or blitz tactics, this trait proved rather useful.

"I see the enemy!" Elsa's voice chimed over the radio.

Mar quickly opened his eyes, his hand moving to the radio piece around his neck.

"Number and position?" He soundly asked.

"Sieben, all M26 Pershings. They are coming in from the south. A bit ahead of us by those double jointed trees."

Mar soundly popped his head out of his hatch, he looked toward the direction his sister described. Sure enough, through the gap of a tree split now growing in two was the unmistakable shape of a M26.

"Wunderbar." He muttered in glee. Mar placed his hands on the radio once more.

"Alright everyone, you know the plan. Make it look like we are panicking, help sell the deception."

"Elsa, you have the first shot. Make sure to get their attention. Everyone else fire after. Doesn't have to hit just get them nervös."

A chorus of "verstanden" sounded in reply. Additionally, Mar heard Laura's voice in the background, something about enemies in the wetlands. He didn't give it too much attention.

Upon instruction, the Tigers began to turn around in a rather reckless and hasty manner.

Elsa's Panther II skitted forward far enough to get a clear shot at the approaching tanks. She fired, the round pinging off the turret armor of the lead Pershing. The enemy tanks paused for a moment, no doubt surprised by the sudden attack.

As their turrets moved in the direction of the Wolf Pack, the two Tigers simultaneously fired. One shot sailed right over the 1st Pershing while another hit its treads.

Mar's King Tiger focused on the disabled tank and fired, the round hit knocking the Pershing out.

"Fall back now!" Mar shouted, his tank driver already turning in reverse.

"Los!" Elsa shouted over the radio, her Panther II already speeding away. "Los! Los! Los!"

The remaining 6 M26s fired, most completely missing or ricocheting off the Tigers' armor.

The Wolf Pack fled in full retreat and, as planned, the enemy Pershing followed in pursuit occasionally firing pot shots.

Mar smiled in a cool, foreboding way. Eager to see the next stage of Silent Night.

Meanwhile, at the wetlands...

Laura let out a yawn as she laid atop her red painted tank, staring up at the blue sky. She isn't found of waiting around, it dulls her. Yet that is what it takes to carry out the plan, so no use complaining.

Izak popped out of his tank: the Konštrukta T 34/100. He placed a hand above his eyes as he scanned the surrounding area.

"Nice day huh?" He said without a care, taking in a deep, refreshing breath.

"Nice, but dull." Laura replied, letting out another yawn.

"Yeah, well. Waiting's always dull."

Laura let out a sigh. "I knnnnoooooooowwwwwwwwwww."

Izak didn't offer a reply, he simply looked around humming some tone as he tapped the top of his tank in rhythm with the beat.

After a few minutes of idleness, the Czech caught movement in the corner of his eye. Turning his head, he studied the tree line for movement.

"Wait...What is-" Izak cut himself off, eyes widening as he realized what laid before him.

"Enemy forces marching through the wetlands!" He shouted. "I count 7-no 8 tanks! 1 Chaffee, the rest Pershings!"

Laura hopped to her feet, nearly jumping off the edge of her tank. She quickly glanced at where Izak had spotted the enemy, confirming the size of the force.

She let out a tisk before smiling. This is both a good and a bad thing in her book. Good because something exciting finally happened and she might be able to enjoy herself, Bad because this could potentially but a wrench in Moki's plans and that would cause a number of headaches.

Without a moment left to lose, the commander of the Thunder Brigade jumped back into her tank and relayed the news over the radio. She had to wait a moment for the Wolf Pack to finish their dialogue. Clearly everything is going according to plan on their end.

Once she relayed the message, Laura waited patiently for her commandant's reply. Moki's one of the few things the Seychellean didn't mind waiting on, mostly due to her admiration towards the man.

"Understood Thunder Brigade." Moki's voice rang out over the channel. "Standby, I'll retask the Light Brigade to aid you slip by the enemy force. You copy that Brianna?"

"Yes dear." Brianna's voice quickly replied. "Please wait one moment, I'm about to catch a mouse."

A few seconds passed before Brianna's voice came back on.

"Wicked shot Bellamy."

The latter gave a boastful reply before being told to quiet down by Reine.

"Now then dear, how can we be of service?" Brianna asked, cutting in before her two subordinates started arguing once more.

"Head to the wetlands with all speed." Moki replied. "Once you're close, radio back and follow my exact commands. We need to get this right if Thunder Brigade is going to slip on through."

The Wolf Pack speed ever closer to the ambush point, so close in fact that it now lay in eye sight.

Surrounding the point hid the various anti-tank members of the feared Headhunters.

Commanding the Headhunters in place of Bane is Il Shiswi, a 21 year old Japanese man claiming to be a descendant of the famous Il Naomasa.

He was robbed of his eye sight at an early age, thus allowing him to enhance his other senses to superhuman heights, and has long flowing black hair that stretched down passed his lower back.

This man stood out of his tank -a T26E4 Super Pershing-, listening to the sounds of the Wolf Pack's approach. Shiswi also hear other particular noises; the heart beats of his crew, the distant sounds of his allies tanks, and several brave small animals that chose to stay somewhat close by.

"Ready smoke." Shiswi commanded over the radio.

He waited for his subordinates to reply before calming his mind to focus on the task at hand.

He zeroed in on the sounds of the Wolf Pack's tanks as they approached, followed behind by 6 enemy Pershings.

Shiswi held his breath. Waiting.

Waiting for the right noise.

Waiting...Waiting...Waiting...

Snap!

There.

"Fire smoke." He spoke, soon hearing two of his fellow Headhunters firing smoke rounds. This quickly followed by two more smoke rounds shot by the Tiger Is and soon Shiswi could hear the hissing sound of the round releasing.

"Package is delivered." The voice of Mar sounded over the comm.

"Good, now withdraw to Point 4." Shiswi bluntly replied.

He could tell the Pershing were slowing down, no doubt wondering where this smoke suddenly came from. This delay allowed the Wolf Pack to nearly blindly maneuver through the kill zone and into safe ground without any pressure.

Once he was sure his allies were clear, Shiswi communicated with the rest of the Headhunters.

"We have 10 minutes before the smoke starts to lift." He said, slowly moving his head as if scanning the area before him.

"I'll call out targets, make sure your aim is true."

He waited a moment to smile before finishing with his battalion's battlefield chant.

"Let the headhunt begin."

And here we are with the end of this entry!

Managed to get this one out sooner than expected, yet had to stop sooner than expected.

This is both a good and bad thing, mostly due to finals coming up and I need to focus on those before I can really work on anything.

Oh, and I hope you all can pick out the various languages and their meanings (not expecting it off hand of course as most don't know every language there is).

While I intend to not only continue using other languages for authenticity and other reasons, I also wish to see how many of you can figure these words and phrases out without me spelling them out thus far. (Hints not withstanding)

If it gets to a point where many are writing me otherwise I'll have a translation bit or something at the end of future entries.

Anyway, hope you all enjoyed this entry and look forward to the next one!
