This next chapter is a bit shorter but I particularly love the first part.

Marianne double checked her sword on her hip and glanced at her husband who stood beside her in front of the prison's door.

"Ready?" she asked.

"Of course," he replied.

"Waiting on you two!" came the Lady's shout from inside. The two royals looked at each other in surprise.

Marianne nodded to the guard who opened the cell door to reveal the strange girl fiddling with a box and a cylindrical little tube with a blue light at the end. The cylinder made strange whirring noises as she aimed it at the box. Upon noticing the two, however, she put both in the pouch at her hip, which also seemed to be where she kept her ax, hatchet, various other blades, and a plethora of items that had no business fitting into such a little pouch.

" 'Sup, buttercup?" the Lady asked, flopping casually against a wall. Marianne gritted her teeth.

"Don't call her that," Bog growled at the Lady, hearing Marianne's teeth crack.

"Sorry, sunshine, it's this regeneration. It likes nicknames. I'll try to remember buttercup is off limits with the queen. Bad memories with it, it looks like. Ass of a beau?" she asked.

Marianne started, "How'd you know?" she asked feeling Bog place his hand on her shoulder to give her strength and reassurance.

"You got that look, it's usually the story in these cases, aaaaannnnd I am the Time Lord Princess so I can see through time if I choose," she ticked off the options on her fingers.

"You looked into my past," Marianne roared.

"I scouted your history just like you are trying to ascertain mine. You pose no threat to me and now I have to show you I pose none to you or your kingdoms."

The Royal couple glanced at one another from the corner of their eyes.

"I should have technically already proven that however upon saving the princess but I get that could have passed as a ploy, so take your time in hat you ask and such."

She sat on her bed and twitched her foot in anticipation of the questions they asked.

Bog moved first. His staff hit the stone floor, echoing. The Lady didn't even flinch.

"Dad's scarier," she muttered stretching. "But kudos. First time I've been threatened by a goblin king… or a fairy queen to be honest," she shrugged.

"You should be afraid of us," he growled popping his neck. The Lady arched an eyebrow. And reached into that impossibly large pouch, pulling out a round orb.

"What is that?"

"My compu-orb," she said casually twisting the two halves and pulling it apart. The two gasped as figures of horrible creatures filled the chamber. "Don't worry they are holograms they can't hurt you. But these are some of the things I've faced. Daleks. Weeping Angels. Cybermen. Fun stuff. Point is they all wanted to obliterate races and my family and I stopped them. Dad was doing this long before I came along and vice versa. Story for another day. Anyway, I am a soldier. My secret weapon makes it were there is no choice but for me to be one."

"Show us this weapon," Marianne declared, suddenly back.

"I do that now, you are gonna laugh, and she can only be called upon in battle at the time it looks most dour."

"That sounds absolutely ridiculous," Marianne scoffed. The Lady shrugged and seemed to tap at the air. Her figure appeared in regal clothes along with others beside her.

"My family. My Mom and Dad, my husband, Hiccup, sons, Drage, Bjorn, and Stoick, and daughters, Selen and Kida." Marianne noticed a look only a mother would notice. A longing to be with her children and lover. She knew it well, only getting to see her daughter on occasion and her husband on even rarer occasion because of these stupid rebellions. So she made a command decision as Queen of the Fairies. She stepped in front of Bog, drawing her sword.

"I am putting you in charge of my Shilo's weapon's training and protection. Betray my trust and I'll run you through," she promised.

"She's in excellent hands, cross my hearts," The Lady made an X motion over both sides of her chest.

Bog glanced from the strange girl to his Queen, "Are you sure, Marianne?"

"Look at the way she looks at her family. You can't fake that. We are bound by a code of motherhood. She will protect my daughter because she is a mother, too."

"And you'll run me through if I don't."

"Exactly."

"Right. Great. Let's get started."

Well like I said, shorty but here there it is. R&R. plz. I love reviews… :)
