(Nao took me ages to do. She's very underdeveloped as a character, and so I had trouble thinking of an event that happened to her that would change her. And yes, the little blonde girl mentioned is Fuyumi. Each "What If" is in a separate universe from each other, so that's why Fuyumi is in DNA.
Disclaimer: I don't own MFB or the characters; only my OCs!)
As soon as her brother appeared on screen, Nao knew she shouldn't have let him join DNA. She wasn't sure what had happened to him when he showed up in Neo Battle Bladers, but thanks to Kira Hayama, she knew where he had gone. She didn't like it at all... He didn't look healthy then; he didn't look much better now. His teamwork was definitely off, as the giant tornado in the middle of the arena also managed to suck up his team-mate's bey, which wasn't planned at all. Though, he was probably more of a lone wolf with his "superhero" antics...
Judging by how they all were, Nao worried about her brother. If and when he came home, she would probably have to look after him, due to how he was now. She had to look after him beforehand, due to his slightly ditzy personality. She suspected things would be worse now, judging by how he was. And would he think of coming home?
Another person who caught her eye was a small, blonde-haired girl hanging near the stadium where Zero was battling. With one hand close to her chest, the child looked nervously around, her other hand close to her bey holder. It was clear the girl wasn't sure whether to get involved, and this non-involvement was attracting her team's attention. After getting barked at to launch in and get involved, the young girl set her launcher and launched her bey, running over to meet her opponent. She didn't look entirely comfortable, facing off against Shinobu Hiryuin, but still held her own. Unfortunately, even with the help of her special move, she was beaten, her bey sent flying perilously close to her body. She didn't even flinch, running over, picking her bey up and reattaching it to her launcher.
Shinobu had retreated his bey, and gone to help Zero out with his Synchrom battle against Kira, meaning the little child had no opponent. And she ended up too close to the stadium, resulting in her going missing from the screen when the stadium was broken. It didn't look good...
After that, there was no way the tournament could go on, not with the way the arena was in. It would have to be repaired and the debris removed before they could even consider restarting the tournament-and that couldn't happen. The DNA gang retreated, after a mysterious figure showed up, proclaiming that Ginga Hagane had joined them. From what Nao could remember of those years prior to the Nemesis Crisis, she didn't think Ginga would join his enemies. Nothing made sense... She wondered how this would go. If Ginga HAD joined DNA, the WBBA's control of the Beyblade era was over.
Nao shivered at the thought; she didn't like the sound of the DNA controlling Beyblade. She had no idea what would be in store, but she doubted it would be great for the general blading population. Seeing Kira, Arrow, Iwayama and the other bladers told her something was wrong, and judging from what Kira had said, things wouldn't be so free anymore. Besides, Kira likely had a few screws missing, so his leadership was likely to be determined by terror on innocent bladers. She just hoped for the best, and wondered what could happen in the near future for Beyblade.
