Zim was at the skool. He just got a new phone. His phone looked like a normal human phone, but it had an irken symbol on the back of it.
He was having a little trouble with it.
"Filthy human technology!"
Dib walked over to Zim. "What's the matter Zim? Having trouble with your phone?"
"No!"
Dib saw the irken symbol on the back of Zim's phone. "An irken symbol! Everyone! Look!" Dib grabbed Zim's phone and stood up on his desk.
"Look at this everyone! This is not a normal symbol! This an irken symbol! AKA, alien!"
"No! I'm normal! I'm normal!"
Ms. Bitters stopped the two kids. "Dib, Zim! What did I say?"
"Sorry Ms. Bitters."
Zim snatched his phone from Dib, the bell rang, and Zim ran out.
Dib walked out of the room and looked for Zim. "Where's Zim?
Out of nowhere, Zim grabbed Dib and took him to his house.
When he got home, Zim opened the door and found Gir, Minimoose, and the robot parents were dancing.
"Welcome home son." The roboparents said to the green irken.
"Gir!"
Gir's eyes turned red and went to his master. "Yes sir!"
"Explain to me what's going on!"
Gir's eyes turned back to teal. "I'm listening to music by Paul McCartney!"
"What?"
"Hit it moose!"
Minimoose squeaked and turned the music on. The song I don't Know started playing.
"Okay. Just don't blast the music." Zim grabbed Dib's leg and started walking to the kitchen.
"Where are you taking me Zim!?"
"Stop talking filthy human!"
Gir started singing. Zim stopped walking and looked at Gir.
"Don't go crazy with that music Gir." Zim warned.
Gir didn't listen. He kept playing around.
Zim sighed and went to his lab with Dib. Then he put Dib in a cell.
"Let me out Zim!"
"Silence you fool! I need to talk to the tallest." Zim pressed a button, but nothing happened. "Eh? What?"
While Zim was struggling with his equipment, another song was playing in the house.
The song was called Come On To Me and it was by the same artist, Paul McCartney. For the past few days, Gir's been going crazy with that song.
Even the roboparents like the music. Zim reprogrammed them to make them act like normal humans. Now they like music.
"Oh this a great song. Isn't it?"
"Yes. It is."
Gir started dancing. The roboparents can also sing.
"If you come on to me, will I come on to you?"
Minimoose squeaked.
"If you come on to me, then I'll come on to you."
Zim heard the music from the lab. "What's going on there?"
Dib shrugged.
"Stay here Dib, like you have a choice. I'll be back." Zim ran up to the house and saw a party.
"Gir! What's going on here!? I can't focus!"
Gir continued to dance. Then Zim remembered that this was the song that Gir couldn't stop listening to.
"Oh. So this is the song that you can't stop listening to."
Gir nodded and he replayed the song.
"Hmm. It sounds catchy."
"Come on master. Let's dance!"
"No Gir. I don't dance. Or sing."
Gir kept looking at Zim. "Come on master."
Zim tapped his foot to the beat. Pretty soon, everyone was dancing and singing until the song was over.
"Okay Gir. That was fun. Back to work."
"No."
"Gir?"
Nope. Gir decided to put another song on.
"Who cares what the Dib says? Who cares what the Dib does? Who cares if you are an irken? Who cares about you? I do." Gir sang.
"Hey!" Zim yelled. Then he went back down to the lab. "Sorry I'm late."
"Did your evil robot dog thing just say something about me?"
"What? No! You're hearing things Dib-worm. Now back to destroying you!" Zim yelled and laughed.
"No!"
"Yes! I will show you off to the tallest and they will praise me!"
"You're insane Zim! I will expose you, alien!"
"Nonsense. Once I destroy…." Before Zim can finish talking, he dropped something because Gir's crazy music was way too loud.
"Is your robot singing again?"
"I'm pretty sure he is. I'll be back." Zim walked out and saw Gir jumping on the couch.
"Gir! I want you to stop! Do you understand?"
"Nope. Hit it moose."
Minimoose squeaked and put another song on.
"Gir!"
"Irkens want peace. Irkens want peace. A simple release from their suffering. Irkens want peace."
Dib heard Gir singing from in the lab. "Irkens what peace? That's not true. They don't want peace! They want to invader! That's what they want! Not peace." Dib took his phone out and called Gaz.
Gaz was at her house with Professor Membrane. The phone rang.
"Gaz, can you get that? I'm busy."
"Alright." Gaz put her game down and picked the phone up. "Hello?"
"Gaz, help!"
"Who is this?"
"It's me, Dib! Listen, I'm stuck at Zim's base and I need help."
"No. I don't care."
"Gaz, please. I need you."
"And why should I care?"
"We're family Gaz. Isn't Dad worried about me?"
"No." Gaz said and she drank her Poop can. Dib sighed. "Get out yourself." Gaz said and she hung up.
"No!"
Gir kept singing upstairs.
"Gir! Enough! Oh no! I'm late to talk to the tallest!" Zim ran down to the lab.
In the Irken Armada, the tallest were eating snacks and they were laughing at Zim.
"That's so funny!" Purple yelled.
"I know. Oh and do you remember when Zim…."
Purple saw that there was a call from one of the irken invaders.
"Oh look. We have a call."
"From what planet?"
"You're not going to like it. Earth."
"Oh no. Not Zim."
"Yes. It's Zim."
Zim appeared on the screen. "Greeting my tallest! Invader Zim reporting!"
Purple groaned.
"What Zim?"
"I have captured the Dib-stink again." Zim showed the tallest Dib.
"That's great Zim." Red said. "How?" Purple asked.
"Eh? Well, most of it is ineffable, but I can kind of explain."
"Go ahead."
"I got a phone that has an irken symbol. Dib-stink here, tried to expose me, but I captured him! Wow. I guess it wasn't ineffable. Well I've got stuff to do. Invader Zim signing off." Zim said and he went off the screen.
"Okay."
"Now back to the real plan. We need to find Tak."
"She's still in space."
"I know, but we'll find her. And once we do, she will take over Earth! But first we have to destroy Zim."
