Chapter 3

Thanks so much for reviewing and reading. Please review I would love some feedback! I'm still continuing to write this story. This chapter has some reference from X-men Origins: Wolverine. Yes, I know Remy was in it as well, but in my story Remy is only 20 years old. Thank you so much! Hope you all enjoy!

The elderly man sat in his wheelchair in deep concentration. 'Logan, where are you?' he pondered rubbing two fingers on his temple, 'Ah, there you are.' Xavier had been watching Logan frequently. He first came across the admantium man when he first saw him freeing mutants from testing facilities. The professor knew it wouldn't be the last time he would come across the one with admantium claws that Scott claimed had rescued him. Maybe Logan will be an excellent member to have on the team…

In the Danger room, Ororo and Havok were running simulations with the students. The setting was city in ruins that was completely dark and foggy. So foggy that Rogue swore she wouldn't be able to see her hand if it was right in front of her. Bobby squinted his eyes in his ice form as he struggled to look up at the area where Emma and Hank were handling the controls.

"Alright, you little X-men it's time for me to put you on your toes," Emma turned on a variety of switches. The switches sent massive missiles to rain on the X-men facing the stimulation. Ororo had the strength of lightening pass through her fingers which sent the flying missiles to disintegrate into tiny pieces. Havok generated several powerful plasma blasts to send the missiles flying in the opposite direction.

Kitty phased through the missiles as she followed directly behind Havok, while Rogue simply dodged the missiles. That is until she didn't notice one heading right at her. "Rogue!" Bobby yelled as he jumped right in front of her to freeze the missile aiming right at them. But neither of them noticed another missile coming straight at them, "Look out," Remy yelled throwing a charged card which caused the missile to explode. Remy winked at Rogue, who thanked him for saving them. While Bobby on the other hand just glared at Remy. Ororo and Havok supervised carefully observing the students tactic skills. They wanted the students to take the stimulation serious; considering the fact that in the future they will be the new X-men.

"Terrible," Emma snarled at the scene. 'These kids had better get their act together, if they planned on being on the team. It's not like we exactly have backups." Beast's back tensed up. Emma was referring to Psylocke and Forge. Psylocke had been on the team for three years, but suddenly just left. It was a year later they had discovered that she had teamed up with Magneto.

Jubilee sat in a lab chair next Beast. She gave the blue creature a look of confusion. But Beast was obscure to Jubilee's look. "Emma," he began, "You know that it's not like that. I know you're just having another one of your mood swings"-

Before Hank could continue he was put to a pause by Emma using her telekinesis to throw a clipboard at him. "How dare you?" she barked banging one fist on a button that made another obstacle appear in the stimulation. The sentinel robot picked up a burning car at the African beauty. Storm quickly called upon the wind to carry her in the air. 'Why in the hell did we put a hormonal pregnant woman in charge of the stimulation?' she thought.

"Come on, Hank. Everybody knows we need Forge here," Emma's blue eyes pierced through Hank. Jubilee felt like 'how awkward is this?' "He is the expert on developing the obstacles and advances of the Danger Room. I mean you're okay, but hell you aren't the best. Forge was pro." Emma always had a knack of hurting peoples' feelings, but ever since she got pregnant; she's been meaner than snake.

An hour later they finished the stimulations. "Alright, team not bad. Tomorrow Cyclops will be back and we'll practice combat techniques. Now hit the showers," Havok said to the four teenagers. Remy tried to follow the girls to girl showers. "Would you like for me to help," Remy grinned at Rogue, who blushed, but pushed Remy away. "In your dreams," she said to the Cajun.

"More like in our dreams," he said with wink.

After dinner, Ororo retired to her room for bed. She fished out silk pajama pants and a matching tank top. She walked to the center of her bedroom and then turned her attention to her balcony doors. Slowly opening the doors, she stood on the balcony sky blue eyes scanning the area. She looked at the high hedges and beyond that she looked at the fountain. To her this place held so many precious memories. She closed her eyes and became engulfed in the memory that involved the fountain.

The snow haired beauty walked with Cheyenne known as Forge, their hands remained intertwined as they reached the fountain. Ororo sat down on the edge of the fountain, "Doesn't the sky look beautiful tonight, Forge?"

"Yeah, beautiful," Forge replied not looking at the sky but the weather goddess beside him. Before Ororo could say more Forge's lips were on her neck. The feel of his soft lips on messaging her neck sent chills up her spine. It excited her. She wrapped her arms around his neck tangling her fingers in his dark hair. His wet lips met hers into a lustful kiss, which caused her to release a strange sound from her lips, a moan.

Forge's arms were wrapped around her small form roughly rubbing on her back. 'Okay, this isn't so bad,' she thought. But Forge got a little cocky. His hands finally made their way to her bottom and then he started to place kisses along her neck down to her cleavage. "Forge, please,"Ororo begged.

"Please what?" Forge wasn't sure whether she meant please continue or please stop. The truth is told Forge didn't give a damn about what she wanted. All he cared about was what he wanted.

He grinded his hips into hers and attempted to cup her breast through her pink T-shirt. 'I can't do this,' she thought. "Stop it," she said firmly, but it didn't stop him. Raising her arms in the air she called a gust of wind to throw her boyfriend off of her. "What the hell was that for?" Forge asked her clutching his sides.

"Forge, I'm not ready," Ororo stated.

A small rustle from the bushes brought Ororo from her memory. She lifted her arms prepared to strike with her lightening, but out the bushes came a small rabbit. She shrugged her shoulders and entered back inside her room. The snow haired beauty carefully locked the door, before she retreated to her soft bed.

As the night progressed, the weather goddess was sound asleep. Completely oblivious to the muscular ferocious form, that stood looking straight at her through the balcony doors. Its sharp nails lightly tapped the glass and its eyes glowed in the dark like a lion that hunts in the savannah at night. It stood there studying its prey.

The next morning Ororo woke up at 7:30 A.M, which was considered late for her. She reached into her closet and pulled on a loose elbow length top with a long orange skirt. Her hair was in its natural curls as she rushed down stairs to cook breakfast. Instead she met a familiar red head cooking alongside Emma.

"Jean,"Ororo squealed.

"Ororo," Jean squealed.

The pair squealed like teenage girls as they embraced each other. Jean and Scott had arrived last night from their honeymoon and were both eager to get back to the mansion to see their family.

"Um, I'm here all the time," Emma bitterly said, "Nobody ever gives me a hug."

"Oh, Emma, honestly," Ororo said pulling her into their group hug. The three women laughed believing they looked ridiculous embracing in the middle of the kitchen.

"Careful, lady with a baby," Emma placed both of her hands on her growing stomach. "Well, I might not be the only pregnant lady for a while," Emma grinned at Jean. "After what you've been telling me what happened on your Honeymoon."

Jean's cheeks turned as red as her hair, "Emma, please."

"Yes, please. Don't tell me. Scott is like my brother and to hear that stuff is gross," Ororo started to crack the eggs on the skillet.

"They were groping each other," Emma said much to Ororo's annoyance, "Then they rolled around a bit."

Ororo raised an eyebrow at Emma. She knew how to get back at the pregnant telepath. "Emma," Ororo looked at her and then at the scrambled eggs, "Tell me would you like to eat some of that little white running stuff mixed in your eggs. Or some buttery drenched pancakes with some hard chunks of sausage," the mere image of those foods made Emma cover her mouth. Just the sound of those foods made her dash toward to nearest bathroom to empty yet another one of her cases of morning sickness.

"You really are a weather witch," Jean smiled at her sister's tactic towards Emma.

It was 10 A.M when the Professor mentally called the X-men: Storm, Scott, Jean, Emma, Havok, and Hank to come to his office to meet a newcomer to the institute.

Xavier greeted them and introduced the man standing near his desk. "This is Logan." Cyclops gladly extended his hand to the mysterious man. "I'm Cyclops," Scott said still holding out his hand for the man to shake, but he didn't take it. Beast and Havok smiled at the man and introduced themselves, while Emma and Jean did the same. Jean noticed the man wink at her when she introduced herself. It was after that Scott came to the conclusion, 'I'm not going to like this guy.'

Ororo was watering her plants in her green house when she heard the professor. She placed her watering can on her small table. In her attempt to leave the green house quickly she tripped and fell in the dirt. "Crappola," she muttered noticing a small dirt stain on her long orange skirt. She was the last one to arrive in the office. "Sorry, I'm late," Ororo said looking at the professor to her fellow X-men and then her sky blue eyes were drawn to a tall handsome muscular man with dark hair and grey eyes.

The man studied the mocha skinned woman before. She had an exotic appeal to her. He couldn't take his eyes off her. It wasn't because of the dirt she had on her skirt and it definitely wasn't because she had some plant dirt on the side of her smooth cheek. He inhaled her scent. She smelled of honey, sun, and rain all at once.

"I'm Ororo Munroe," she blurted out holding out her hand for him to grab. To everyone's surprise he gladly took it.

"I'm Logan," he said before flashing her a smile.
