Hello again people, i am back in actionnnnnn. Its been awhile since i last uploaded something, mainly due to a crap ton of schoolwork and the sorts. If you realised, this chapter would be a little shorter than both chapter 1 and 2, that wouldbe because i am working on a little something for a very special person, you'll see it soon. Thank you for your time to read, feedback is always appreciated(due to a lack of it), ratings will be taken heavily and as always, enjoy thethird installment of the fanfic.

Cheers!

Komaeda's POV

After a long sleep in the real world, waking up would incite a bit of a headache after rising. Maybe its a thing i could disable, but damn is it annoying, i wonder how they managed to recreate it. Seeing as i am in a tent, the only possibility was that...
The thoughts created a flush of red on my face, another thing which would prove annoying in this world. However, those are not the most pressing matters to attend to, it would be to investigate the huge din outside which sounded like a pile of scrap metal being sifted.

A swift movement of the hand and i discovered my answer as the flap of my temporary housing opened.

"Oh you're awake, great."

"What the fuck?"

"Er...Raiding is way too fun and you were asleep... so.."

Giving a elongated sigh, i sat down to investigate if there were any nice guns for me to sell off or use, or maybe a few attachments.

We were probably only about half done with the pile and 4 hours have passed, and i was starting to get bored... really fucking bored. That was untill i chanced upon a pair of desert eagles that i nearly dragged into my "Items To Be Sold" area of my inventory. They were a set of .50 AE Magnum Desert Eagles, one of the most powerfull handguns in the world. The .50 AE, or Action Express had it's roots in USA and was invented by Evan Whildin of the Action Arms firearm company, with the magnum desert eagle being the very first handgun to be chambered with this round.

Looking at it's rarity tag to determine how good it may be, i nearly gaged at the result. There were 6 different rarities, from common, uncommon, rare, infamous, legendary and unique. The guns i currently wielded must be worth all the Col on every single player right now, as the shining heavy pieces of metal in my hands were of a unique rarity, with only 1 of each weapon in existence. Every infamous and above weapons had a prefix and name that gave it some buffs to the stats. Mine were called "Dual Striking Liberators", with liberator being its unique name and "striking" being its prefix, adding on more damage as if the caliber was not damaging enough.

"Oh those? I was going to keep them in my inventory to pass to you but i kinda got distracted by a few more enemies, i just dropped them in the pile with no second thoughts."

He must have seen how angry i looked as the next second he backed off hurridly.

"Woah hey calm down i didnt mean it! I'll buy you some salmon mentaiyaki at the next town ok?"

He sure does know me well, with salmon mentaiyaki being my absolute favourite food in the entire world. (Yes it was corny, im sorry.)

Trying to justify being angry didnt work, so i had this half angry half ectastic look on my face, wanting to be angry but unable to. It had to be hillariously good or bad, if not blits over there would not be doubling over and laughing on the sandy floor. This automatically infuriated me again and i attempted to raise both deagles at him. I would have shot him, but the guns were too heavy for me to even lift up fully.

There were six stats that you could raise in game. They are strength , health, dextirity, luck, proeffeciency and dodge. Strength increases the user's inventory space, recoil reduction and max weight of wielded weapon,Health increases the user's maximum health, Dextirity increases movement speed, Luck increases the chance of a higher rarity drop appearing, profeffeciency increases damage with all weapons and dodge increases chance to dodge bullets that hit would grant a person 2 skill points, with every 5 levels granting 4. Different classes all start with different stat levels, for example, my class starts off with the highest base dextirty and dodge, giving me the ability to run in guns blazing and chip the opponent's health away quickly. The cons are that health is scarce for me, only starting at a low base 75 over the 100 most people have, and a unruly luck, at 0 instead of 20.

Checking my current stats, i barely had enough strength to use the Deagles, requiring a minimum of 30 and me only having a measely 32. For direct comparison, blitz over there has a 70, and thats not exactly fantastic, but nontheless good enough for his current weapons. With such stats, using the deagles was impracticle, with the recoil blasting away any hopes of using this gun effectively untill i got a higher strength rating.

Noticing my issues with the pistols, he gestured me over to a flatter area and gave me the instruction to aim directly forward and fire. Well, anything for him i guess.

"If im correct, you should land... here"

He walked to a spot about a feet behind me, before giving me a "Dont-Worry-About-It" look, and gave me the signal to fire.

What happened next was beyond me.

The moment the two guns fired at once, my hands were flung upward due to the massive recoil, and i was literally shoved backwards into blitz, almost also knocking him over.

"Yup so that works."

"What the fuck?"

"You saw it for yourself, the guns actually knock you backwards, if you ever find a situation where your dash does'nt get you far enough, equip these and fire backwards behind you."

"Jesus christ you're crazy."

"I think thats a good thing. Now, if we're going to reach that town before nightfall, we need to move, its already 11am."

Grumbling to myself, i begun gathering up the rest of the firearms and we begun out next trek.

Not much action happened during the trek, with the most exciting thing being me opening fire on a desert fox popping out of it's den for a second. Poor thing almost had it's head blasted off. If the trek was considered calm, then as most people say, it was the calm before the storm.

It was about 5pm, the city was in sights, with bright lights lining the buildings, giving a warm welcome to us weary visitors.

Blitz's POV

We were finally here, through her mental breakdown and amongst other things, everything seemed calm.

Out of instinct, i looked around for any enemies i could spot, and i was about to call it good. Then i saw a flash of what i assumed was the sunlight reflecting off a scope. I recognised that gun immediatly.

"GET DOWN!"

I barely managed to shout those words, much less act them out. But thank heavens, our reaction speeds were godly. We just hit the sand when a large soundwave exploded through the desert. As expected, a Barrett 82, a famous rifle known for the chambering of it's bullet, one of the largest, if not is, caliber in the world. Such power would spell disaster for anyone in it's sight, even the most decked out person in game, which begs the question, where did he or she get the weapon. Those were questions for another day, right now getting to the sniper was our top priority. Signaling over to a quivering komaeda, i pointed in the direction of our unknown assailent, prompting her to use her dash, blasting those deagles of hers in controlled shots, propelling her even further. With the marksmen now trained on her, i stood up and made a beeline for the sniper, firing random shots in the general direction of the danger, keeping hopes of me supressing her from lifting her head up to take another shot at us. Komaeda was barely 30 meters from her, me lagging at a far 80 meters. Truly her class was made for rushing. A small collum of light appeared at where the sniper was, before a enormous cloud of smoke washed over even me, before dissapating into the air, with what i assumed was our assailent running away.

Just before she managed to get away though, komaeda managed to get her name.

Tsumaki.

Tsukami's POV

"Dammit, why am i still remembering her? Fuck i was supposed to be a ruthless killer here... why..."

Voices ran through my head as i dashed away from the duo of extremely talanted and strong players.
