In the aftermath the massacre at the Jedi Academy on Ossus, he comes across a young girl who show's great potential in the Force. Now they have one goal: the destruction of Krayt's One Sith.

Dislcaimer: I don't own Star Wars... But I do own Darth Reaver the Phantom Blade, and Darth Krys, Dark Lady of the Sith.

CHAPTER 2

Krys sat by herself in the crews quarters, deep in meditation. She was trying to find the meaning behind her master's words, but she was stumped. She just couldn't see what he was talking about. As a result she began reflecting on her training.

"What is it that defines a master," Krys asked Reaver out of the blue.

Reaver smirked, "A good question, but the answer is not so simple. You see, Krys, I believe that there is no difference between how much power a master has from the day he is born, to the day he dies. What changes is how much control over that power he has. Do you know what this means?"

"That mastery is not measured by how powerful you are, but by how great your sense of control is."

As he to reinforce her statement, Reaver picked up a single grain of sand with the Force, "Exactly."

"Why do I have to train in Makashi and Soresu," Krys asked in an annoyed tone, "I'm already highly skilled in Ataru."

"You have so much left to learn Krys," Reaver said coldly, "Ataru is one of the most physically demanding Forms out there and is strongest against multiple adversaries, but a skilled Soresu user would destroy you in a fight. Makashi is a fencers style making it strong against individual opponents, and is a highly energy efficient way of fighting. Soresu is the ultimate shield, a near impenetrable barrier. The reason why I see it fit for you to learn these two forms in Particular is so you have a fighting chance when Ataru is no longer an option."

Krys knew that the only time Ataru wasn't an option was when you were getting tired, so when she thought about it the way her master put it, she realized that he was giving her the tools she needed to keep fighting. "I understand master," Krys replied, "the lesson is to make sure you don't get backed into a corner."

"Perceptive as ever," Reaver said with a smile.

Krys was studying a black leather back book given to her by Zannah, the gift she had been promised by the ancient Dark Lady was an encyclopedia on Sith Sorcery. Within its pages were detailed descriptions of all the Spells in the universe, along with easy to understand instructions.

The spells themselves had to be chanted in Sithese, something her Master, Zannah, Rainah, even Mark and Mina were teaching her.

"Dark Side Tendrils," she said aloud, "a physical manifestation of Raw Dark Side Energy capable of disintegrating organic matter on contact. Only those with the highest levels of Force Mastery can use this technique."

"That was my trump card against Bane," Zannah said from behind Krys.

Krys d asked her predecessor, "Do you think I could learn how to do this?"

"I believe you'll achieve power the likes of which I haven't seen in over a thousand years," answered Zannah.

Krys was dodging and dueling against three of her master's telekinetically wielded lightsabers. She was relying on Soresu to keep her enemies from getting a hit in, before making quick, precise strikes at where the swordsman would have been. She managed to eliminate the second one with Ataru, but the last was proving difficult, until she switched to Makashi, and defeated her final foe with relative ease.

"Rest, my apprentice," Reaver said calmly, "tomorrow will be much more difficult."

-FLASHBACK ENDS-

Her training had been difficult, often pushing her to the very limit of her abilities and beyond, but that was to be expected; the life of a Sith is not for the weak. The weak would cave before the end of the first trial, but the strong would rise up to the occasion, like she has done in the past.

Hearing the navicomputer signify their arrival broke from her meditation, she'd ponder how Krayt's rule was weakening another time. She went to the cockpit where her master sat the controls, HK standing behind him. "There many followers of Krayt's One Sith here," Krys said calmly.

"They're after Marasiah Fel," Reaver explained calmly, "I want you to understand what it is I plan to do, Krys."

Krys knelt before her master, "What is thy bidding my master."

"I intend to kill all but the strongest two, now I want you to tell me what purpose this serves," said Reaver.

Krys stayed down on her knee, pondering this for thirty seconds before saying, "Two there should be; no more, no less; a Master to embody the power, and an Apprentice to crave it." She then looked up at her master, eyes now glowing with the Dark Side as she said, "You intend to infuriate Krayt by reminding him of what he believes to be an outdated tradition."

Reaver smiled, "Perceptive as always, my dear apprentice.

Reaver and Rainah used the fact that their ships are particularly small to bypass the Sith-Imperial Fleet with ease. Once at the planet's surface, Reaver flew to where he sensed the main battle happening. Once there he saw a number of Imperial Knights and a couple of Jedi battling against Krayts Followers, Talon and Nihl leading the charge. "Let's set these birds down," Reaver said over the Comm.

"Copy that," replied Rainah, "Over and out."

Cade was on edge when he sensed the arrival of several new Dark Siders, ans was certain they were enemy Reinforcements

A man wearing a blindfold and a young red headed woman in her early twenties walked out of the YT-2400. "Watch very carefully," he said as two Lightsabers flew to his hands, "massacres on this level are seldom seen by any." Four more blades flew from his belt and began circling him. "Let's see what you foolish pretenders are capable of," he declared as he activated his Lightsabers to reveal their blazing red color.

Nihl and Talon were confused: this man was clearly a Sith Lord, but he was challenging them?

"NEVER LET YOUR GUARD DOWN AROUND YOUR FELLOW SITH," Reaver bellowed as he charged forward and cleaved through the two Zabrak's and briefly engaged the Nautolin before disposing of them with pathetic ease. This left Talon and Nihl, who immediately engaged him. Even though they are Lord Krayt's Hand's, they found that they were completely outmatched by the man in front of them. Reaver soon grew bored and used the Force to slam them into the ground, knocking them unconscious.

A few hours later, both came to. They immediately noticed that their hands were bound with Force-Suppression Binders, inhibiting their ability to use the Force. "Why do you fight against us," Nihl seethed angrily.

Reaver smirked and said, "Dzworokka yun; nyâshqûwai, nwiqûwai. Wotok tsawakmidwanottoi, yuntok hyarutmidwanottoi."

Talon and Nihl immediately recognized the language as Sithese, and knew what the words translated to. "The Rule of Two was abolished by Lord Krayt," Talon said with a glare. "Who are you to cling to a dead tradition," she demanded.

The mam scowled as he replied, "Someone who knows better."

Reaver removed their binders and returned their Lightsabers. "Understand the first reality of the Dark Side is that it invites conflict and strife by its very nature," he said in a lecturing tone, "Therefore, the first reality of the Sith is that there can only be two, which is why you two get to live: to send a message to that fool."

Talon and Nihl thought about trying to kill the man, but those thoughts were quickly dismissed: they weren't about to look this gift horse in the mouth.

The two then walked away, leaving Reaver and company to deal with a surprisingly Irrate Cade Skywalker. "Why the hell did you let them go," he snarled.

"Krayt and I have a great many things in common," stated Reaver, "like the fact that we're both Sith Lord's who predate the Clone Wars. The only differences are the fact that I've been a Sith Lord for far longer, and therefore am student and an adherent of Darth Bane's Rule of Two. As a result I understand the Reasons why numbers is not a strength, but rather a weakness for the Sith." Reaver sighed deeply and said, "To be honest, I'm suprised the Fool's Sith Order has remained unified as long as it has." A devious smile spread across his lips, "and now. Finally. That unity has begun to splinter."

DONE!

No explanations for you... I'm just not in the mood.
