"Miss Kari look," the boy said in amazement as he looked and saw a submarine and seaplane that was coming for a landing on the water.

"Well would you look at that. What do you say we dive in," the babysitter asked.

Davis happily smiled and jumped feet first into the water. Kari smiled and jumped in with him.

"Follow me Miss Kari," Davis who now wore a pair of red swim trunks told her as he swam downward into the warm water.

Kari who now wore a pink bikini smiled and followed him. She reached out and took hold of his hand and they swam past a huge school of gold fish. They then swam into a wrecked wooden pirate ship. Davis swam up to a wooden chest and opened it to reveal many gold coins.

"Come on Miss Kari lets see what else we can find," he stated.

They swam all through the ship and saw a few pirate skeletons laying randomly all around. They swam to the captain's quarters and knocked on the door.

"Hello. Captain you in there," Davis asked.

No response came.

Davis knocked again and still he received to answer.

Kari turned the brass door knob and opened the door.

"Anybody home," inquired Kari.

They swam into the captain's quarters and saw the skeletal remains of the cabin sitting behind his desk. Kari and Davis swam slowly and apprehensively into the room. Davis slowly approached the dead captain and lightly poked his forearm. Davis poked him again.

"I think this guy is dead Miss Kari," Davis noted aloud.

"Don't be so sure lad," the skeleton said turning his head sharply toward him.

Davis jumped back in fright and swam to Kari.

"Don't be afraid lad. My name is captain Patch and this is my ship the Atlas," the captain told him standing up.

"But-but-but your," Davis stammered.

"Dead. Yes indeed I am," remarked the captain.

"So this must be a ghost ship," stated Kari.

"Indeed it is Las and now that you both be here your now welcome to join me crew," Captain Patch welcomed them.

"Can we join Miss Kari? Can we? Can we," the four and half year old boy happily asked.

"Well I don't see why not," answered the brown-haired female.

The captain then instructed them to follow him and he would introduce them to the rest of his crew.

Davis and Kari who now wore pirate outfits walked with the captain to the mess hall where a number of green transparent ghost sat together at a long wooden rectangular table. Davis looked and saw nine men and three woman that made up the crew.

"Why are you all here at the bottom of the sea," Kari queried.

The crew sighed and groaned unhappily.

"It was Seadramon," one of the crew men answered.

"We were sailing the seven seas and raiding lands for their gold until one day Seadramon came up from the sea and blaster out ship with his Water Shock attack. He ended us all," one of the other crew men informed.

"If only we could defeat Seadramon then our souls could be free," the captain added taking a seat at the front of the table.

"I can defeat Seadramon," Davis boldly stated wanting to help the pirates.

"I thank you for your bravery Lad but Seadramon lives on Lava Island. No one ever goes there," the captain remarked.

"I'm not scared. I'll go there and defeat him myself," Davis said.

"Well it seems you very determined," the captain noted pulling out a map and unrolling it on the table. "You must go west and there you'll find Lava Island."

"I'll have to swim all day long to get there Davis," replied looking at the map.

"No worry Lad I'll get you and your lady friend there in a jiff," the captain retorted.

The map then magically transported Kari and Davis to the sandy shore Lava island. They looked and saw many beautiful palm trees and lush bushes.

"We should reach the highest point on the island so we can get the lay of the land," Kari instructed.

The walked hand and hand to the top of a tall gray mountain that sat in the center of the island.

This island is gorgeous," Kari stated as she took in the sight before her.

"Where's Seadramon," wondered Davis aloud.

"I think we need to go down these stairs," Kari suggested as she pointed to a gigantic flashing neon sign that read This Way to Seadramon's that stood beside her.

Davis looked and saw a long spiral staircase that descended down the side of the mountain.

"We went up the mountain and now we're going down," Davis commented.

"Sometime that's just the way things are," Kari remarked.

They walked along the shore line until the came to large pile of gold coins diamonds jewels jems emeralds pearls and rubies. Davis saw a wooden sign with the words "Seadramon treasure don't touch" painted on it.

"I know we're not suppose to touch the treasure but lets do it anyways," Davis said reaching out his little hand toward it.

Kari smiled and picked him up in her arms.

"I don't think we should touch Seadramon's treasure. I'm sure if we just ask him nicely then he just go away from this island and the pirate will be set free," the brown eyed woman suggested.

"To late Miss Kari I already touched it," he responded holding out his hand to her. "I took two gold coins."

"Who dare touches my treasure. I stole if from those pirates after I sank their ship to the depth of the ocean," the angry voice of Seadramon questioned as he exploded upward out of the ocean.

"Who dare to dare me? You big stupid fish monster thing," Davis replied.

"Mr Seadramon. Would you be so kind as to leave this island forever and let us take your gold so the pirates on the Atlas can have their souls freed from the depths of the ocean," asked Kari as kindly as she could.

"Hang on let me think about. No," said Seadramon flatly.

"Worth a shot," sighed Kari.

"Water shock attack," said Seadramon opening his mouth and blasting a hard jet of water at them.

They leapt behind a nearby rock and held one another tightly. Davis spotted a nearby pirate sword sticking out of the sand a few feet away. He grabbed the sword and jumped out from behind the rock and threw it hard at Seadramon's head. Seadramon quickly dodged the incoming blade and blasted another jet of water out of his mouth at Davis. Kari pulled him out of the way and the ran towards a group of palm trees. Kari looked and saw a wooden chest siting in the sand nearby. She quickly opened it and found a coconut missile launcher. She stood up and shot one coconut after another at him. The coconuts struck him about the face and body and exploded on contact. She gasped in dismay after the dust cleared and saw that Seadramon was unharmed.

Seadramon scoffed and shock off the attack. He swiped at her with his tall only to have her jump out of the way.

Davis thinking quickly ran and leapt into the ocean and swam down to its floor and pulled a rubber stopper out of a drain. The ocean water rapidly swirled down the drain.

"Well that's not good at all," said Seadramon as he went spinning down the drain. Davis was then caught hard in the force of the spinning waters.

"Miss Kawi help I don't wanna get sucked down the drain," the four and half year old yelled as he was pulled down to his doom.

"Don't worry baby I'll save you," she stated reaching out her hand and pulling him out of the spinning water.

"Now I won't go down the train," happily said the child.

"That's right little guy and guess what else," she asked him pointing to now dry sea.

"That's for setting us free Davis," complimented Captain Patch as he ship sailed through the skies above the island.

"Since there no more ocean the captain will have to sail the wild blue sky," surmised Kari as she and Davis waved goodbye. "Now what do say we get you dried off," Kari then asked.

Davis then found himself sitting in the bubble filled bath tub. The sound of water swirling down the drain met his ears.

"Come little one. Time to get out," Kari told him reaching down and wrapping a large soft pink bath towel around him.

She pulled him out of the tub and dried him off. She walked with him to his bedroom.

"Do you the blue pajamas or the brown pajamas," she inquired.

"Brown," he answered.

She helped him to get dressed after which she tucked him into his bed and laid down beside him.

"So do you wanna read Good Night Moon or the tale of the Lost Boys," she asked holding up two bedtime books.

"Good Night Moon," he replied.

Davis snuggled up warm beside and she placer her arm around his shoulder.

"Miss Kari. I love playing with you. Its so much fun," he told her.

"I love playing with you too. There's nothing like getting lost in imagination," she whispered just before kissing Davis's forehead.

After finishing the story Davis fell asleep and Kari walked to Davis's window and pulled back the shade.

"Goodnight moon," stated the babysitter looking up at the silver orb that smiled down at her.

"Goodnight Kari," the moon answered.

Kari picked up the toys off the living room floor and carried them to Davis's playroom.

"Quietly now everyone. Into the toy box. Its time to rest," the baby sitter told the toys who stood up and gathered all around her.

"Thank you for coming over and playing with us. It was so much fun," Super Rex thanked her kindly as he stood beside her.

"Your very welcome. I had a great time," she informed picking up the dinosaur and lightly kissing the top of his head.

"Miss Kari your a big grown up girl. Aren't you to old to play pretend," questioned Wuzzy who stood near her left foot.

"Your never to grown up to pretend," she kindly answered.

The toys then walked over to the open toy chest and hopped inside.

"Miss Kari? Can I sleep with Davis," the teddy bear asked.

Kari smiled and carried him to Davis's bedroom and gently placed him beside Davis.

Davis's parents returned home later that night.

"I hope he didn't give you to much trouble," Davis mother stated handing Kari her payment.

"No. Not at all. We had a lot of imaginative play time together," she responded with a smile.

Kari then turned and exited the apartment and starting walking home. She looked up and winked at the moon who winked back.

The End.
