Holy Fast Update Batman! I'm just going to write and add chapters to my current stories. I might add one or two later, but right now, I'm totally focused-
Oh, look it's a squirrel! Happy new year, Mr. Squirrel! Oh, okay, don't respond, that's not rude at all…
So what was I saying? Something about being completely focused? Well, as focused as someone like me can be…
Disclaimer: I don't own Naruto or Ayu. Naruto belongs to Kishimoto-sama and Ayu belongs to Ayukazi With Kitty.
And so we begin…
Recap: "You…" she murmured.
An unbelievable rage welled up inside of her. He looks the same. Exactly the same, with those accursed eyes that he had used on her so many years ago. "Ayu," he nodded his greeting. N enormously tall blue man who greatly resembled a shark stepped out from behind a tree.
"Do you know that shrimp, Itachi?" he said in a sighing voice.
"Kisame, take care of the jinchuuriki," Itachi said in monotone, his eyes still locked on Ayu, drinking in here every detail. It had been seven years since he last saw her, and those years had been kind to her.
Her curves were more defined and she had lost most of her baby fat. She was stunning, but Itachi let none of this slip into his expression. "Long time no see, Itachi," Ayu said, grinning mockingly.
"Yes, it has been a while, hasn't it?"
"Seven years if I remember correctly," she nodded, carrying on the fake friendly exchange.
"Hn."
"You caused me immense pain that night," she said.
He looked at her. "I told you I didn't want to fight."
"I learned from that pain, though," she continued, ignoring the Uchiha. "I used it to make me stronger. Now, I'm ready to beat you. And, you," I addressed the shark-man, Kisame. "Will not lay a hand on the jinchuuriki. I'd prefer you to watch how I beat Itachi's ass. It's payback time, Itachi," she whispered close to his ear. "For everything."
"I do not wish to fight you, Ayu," he said, repeating word for word what he had said seven years ago.
Ayu decided to change the dialogue because the outcome would change anyway. "Then don't fight and I'll kick your ass with less difficulty."
She got into a fighting position, tying a piece of cloth over her eyes, effectively blocking her vision. In the past seven years, Ayu had trained her ears to pinpoint her enemy. She could lose her eyesight completely and she could still see.
She moved her foot to the side a little, widening her stance, but not by too much. She noticed Itachi hadn't moved from his position.
She ran towards him, landing a punch that connected with Itachi's face, sending him flying.
The only thing running through Itachi's mind the minute she punched him was, Damn, she's fast. He quickly stood up from the ground, activating his Sharingan as he did so.
"I've gotten stronger, ne, Itachi?" she asked, smiling in his direction, like this was a game.
"Hn," was his only response.
"I'm sorry I missed your visit some years ago," she continued. "I would've loved to have been there to save my cousin, but I was away on a mission."
Itachi chose to remain silent. Ayu began focusing wholeheartedly on the fight.
She ran at him, sending a barrage of punched at him at an amazing speed. Some of them he managed to block, but most of them hit him.
Ayu's face contorted as she tried to remember what Neji Hyuuga had told her when he trained her about blocking chakra.
"Do you know where you should start when blocking chakra?" Neji asked her.
"You'd start at the bottom, and demobilize the opponent, correct?" she answered.
"Wrong!" she jumped back, not expecting the outburst. "You start at the torso. Without the torso working properly, the rest of the body cannot function properly. Do you know why?"
"Because the torso is the center point of the body," Ayu murmured, causing Itachi to get distracted and allow a few punches to make contact.
Ayu huffed and pulled back a few feet. As expected, Itachi chased after her, kunai in hand. She leaned back, turning to the side slightly, and putting her weight on her left leg, allowing her right leg to fly, kicking the kunai out of Itachi's hand.
She smirked at Itachi pulled back slightly, but she met him upfront, using two fingers on each hand to jab Itachi's pressure points, blocking his chakra flow temporarily.
He fell to the ground, limp. Ayu smiled to herself, removing her blindfold, and tying up his hands and feet.
When she had finished, she raised herself, looking down at her handiwork only to see a log in Itachi's place.
Ayu stumbled back, shocked. She was sure that it was Itachi!
Itachi hit Ayu over the head, causing her to fall to the ground. "What should we do with her?" Kisame asked. "I could drain her," he suggested.
Itachi sent a glare towards the shark man, causing said shark man to stumble back in fear. "She could be a nuisance," Itachi commented, picking her up off the ground. "But she is powerful."
"We could bring her to Leader-sama and ask for her to become a member," Kisame announced.
Itachi glared at him again, though this time halfheartedly. "I don't want her to join," he murmured. "But if I send her back to the Leaf Village, she could become troublesome."
"New member it is then," Kisame sighed. "That's cool I could use a new friend if you know what I'm talking about-"
Itachi threw a kunai at Kisame, instantly making him shut up. "You say anything like that again, and I will not hesitate to kill you," Itachi threatened, picking up the unconscious Ayu and carrying her back to the base while Kisame walked unusually silent behind him with an unconscious three tails jinchuuriki.
Whoa! What's going to happen? I'm sorry, it's a short chapter, but I'll update as soon as I can! I promise!
Reviews would be nice and would make Vee very happy!
Loves and hugs,
Vee
