What are these feelings that brandish my chest?

They burden me heavy whenever I look in to her eyes

It gets me excited, but I also wonder in surprise

She's developed a reputation around school as the baddest bitch

But for three weeks

When she's around me

She's the sweetest girl you'll find

I'm so lucky to have her as a friend

But something within me wants to change that

To change the friendship we have

And blossom it in to something more

This girl, I see something within her

She makes my heart thrum like a child excited to go to Disney world

I sweat as if I'm but a pig on a spit, roasting under her rich, chocolate gaze

Those eyes, how I could stare in to them for eternity

It's this time that I realise her name

The girl with the ponytail

The girl that makes my heart think it has wings

And makes my stomach churn and turn in to metaphorical butterflies

Her name is Santana Lopez

And she's making me love her more than Lord Tubbington

And surprisingly,

I'm happy about that

A/N: Okay, this is the third poem I've done by Brittany. Whoever you guys are, I thank you for reading them and I hope you enjoy them and such. Since this is my first Author-note for this 'story' of sorts I'll explain why I'm writing these poems.

I'm currently bored and I've had the idea for a couple of days and I thought "Why not? It'd be fun" so I'm doing it. As to how many poems, I don't know because who knows, it could be four more or one hundred more(okay that's exaggerating). Think of it as a journal that Brittany's filling up with. Sort of a Diary but she's writing it through poetry format.

But I'm also writing them because I just want to post something on FF. I have "I'm Crushing on you, Rachel Berry" coming out tomorrow but I feel . . . sad and guilty and that it's the only thing that's being posted at the moment. So I hope you guys enjoy these, I know I am. As always, Rate, Review and tell me what you like and didn't like, that sort of thing and I'll see you all . . . anytime =p
