A/N: So this is the third chapter, I'm not quite sure how I feel about how it developed, I feel like it's rushed, but at the same time, this chapter already has 2,000+ words, so it might be my overly detailed self kicking in. Anyways, enjoy, Read and Review.

September 1st Kings Cross

"Now cub, Sirius is going to go with you to Hogwarts as Snuffles, to make sure that you don't do anything rash, or pounce on your mate upon seeing him," Remus was saying as they pushed the trolley towards Platform 9 3/4.

"I've managed not to pounce on every random person we passed did I not?"

"Yes, but with once you find your mate it will be different, you'll want to claim him or her as soon as possible," Remus explained gently, as they made their way pass the muggles on the platform.

"Him, it'll be a him," Harry answered in a firm tone.

As they reached the wall between platforms 9 and 10, they placed Sirius on the trolley, looked around, and ran through the wall. When they emerged on the other side of the wall Harry was once again awestruck by the magnificence of the Hogwarts Express.

"So Harry, anything you want to tell us about how you're so sure it'll be a male?" Sirius asked gently, trying not to seem judgmental.

Harry squirmed under the two sets of eyes upon him, nervous to tell the two most important people in his life what he'd known awhile now. He'd known he was gay since his first year at Hogwarts, when seeing his quidditch mates in the dressing room made him blush. He knew Sirius and Remus loved him, but would they still love him after they discovered that the savior of the wizarding world, the last living Potter was gay.

He sighed before saying, "I'm gay. I've known since first year, but didn't want to tell anyone. So that's how I know it'll be a guy that will be my other half, and if that makes you love me less I'll understand."

Remus pulled him into a tight hug while Sirius got in the middle trying to lick his face in comfort.

"Cub, we'd love you even if you came to us tomorrow declaring all you will wear is pink tutus, and have decided to be the next dark lord. Just because you're the savior of the wizarding world doesn't mean that you have to conform to society. Besides being gay is much more acceptable in the wizarding world than in muggle societies," He said, looking Harry in the eyes, trying to convey his honesty.

"You're really not ashamed that this is just another thing that makes me different from the rest of the world?" Harry said, tears in his eyes at hearing the acceptance.

"If I was ashamed of you, I'd be a hypocrite," Remus said giving Harry a small wink.

It suddenly dawned on Harry that although he'd heard of Sirius' many conquests in school, no one ever spoke of Remus having a girlfriend, nor had he ever seen him show an interest in any woman. He'd thought it was because he was a werewolf, but it made more sense that he was gay and simply wasn't interested in any woman.

"Although nothing like having a veela mate, werewolves have mates too Harry. They're the only person we can stand to be near us during our changes, they can keep us sane even without the wolfbane potion," Remus started, pushing the trolley with Sirius in it to a mostly empty part of the platform before continuing, "originally, I thought I'd never make friends, let alone find my mate because of what I am, but when I met your father everything changed, I had friends, and through them I met my mate-"

"Who is it?" Harry asked, interrupting Remus mid sentence. "You're so impatient Harry," Remus said with a slight chuckle," it's the ball of fluff sitting on the trolley."

Sirius didn't seem to appreciate being called a ball of fluff so he gave a sharp bark before pouncing on his mate, playfully hitting him in the face when he was caught. Harry looked on in amazement at the development, finally understanding how close the two always seemed to be. He only hoped his mate would be for him what Sirius was for Remus, a protector and caregiver.

"So now that you know about us, do you love us any less Harry?" Remus asked seriously, the edge in his tone giving away his fears.

"You two are the parents I was never able to have, if you make each other happy who am I to stop you? If you can accept me as is, I can accept this too," he answered giving them a light hug.

As Harry hugged them he heard someone scream, "Draco! Stop!"

Harry looked up in time to see Draco round the corner, stopping short when he saw Harry. Arriving a couple seconds later was a slightly disheveled Lucius Malfoy. When the two boys eyes met everything changed the world stopped spinning and breath no longer seemed necessary as long as they could just get closer to each other. Harry made to take a step towards Draco when he felt a hand on his shoulder which shattered the enchantment. "Harry, where are you going?" Remus whispered worriedly.

"I-I don't know, I felt like I had to be near Draco just now, which saying it aloud sounds rather odd."

On the other side of the platform Lucius was having a serious talk with Draco.

"You took off the second we landed on the platform Draco, I told you to try and reign yourself in, we can't have you trying to claim your mate in the middle of a crowded train platform," Lucius said in a stern yet gentle tone.

"I understand father, but where is he? His scent brought me here, and the only people here are Potter, the wolf, and that mutt."

"Oh Draco, I've told you before that you don't have to keep up appearances with me, and you know as well as I do that you like Harry," Lucius said chuckling slightly.

"Well yes, but it's too much to wish he's my mate. Besides you said my mate would probably be a healing veela, Harry's a half-blood, and the Potters had no veela blood in their family," Draco answered, pouting that Harry most likely wasn't his mate.

"Did you see the way he reacted to you Draco? There's something there, even if it isn't veela magic, it's something," Lucius answered remembering how enamored they'd been a couple of seconds ago.

Just as the Malfoy's were arriving to the conclusion that Harry was Draco's mate, Harry and his guardians were getting to that point as well in their quiet little corner of the platform.

"Harry, how do you feel about Draco? And I'm asking you to be honest with me right now. How do you feel about him deep down, not just how you feel about him in front of others."

"Well when I met him in first year, I thought he was really pretty, for a boy that is. The only reason this rivalry started is because I was told that's how it is. Gryffindors hate Slytherins and vice versa, I have nothing against him as a person to be honest," Harry answered shrugging slightly.

"Oh thank goodness. This will be a lot easier for you if you're willing to accept him as your mate," Remus answered, sighing in relief that Harry at least felt something for Draco.

At this point Lucius Malfoy cleared his throat and walked to the middle of the platform with Draco by his side. Harry looked up at the elder Malfoy, who looked uneasily at the small group in front of him.

"Yes?" Remus prompted when Lucius made no inclination that he'd start talking.

"I'm sure you're wondering why my son and I are approaching you. For the purpose of enlightening you I think you must know that veela blood runs in my family, which my son has inherited," at this Harry gasped, while Sirius barked in what appeared mistrust.

"Forgive us if we take what you say with a grain of salt. But how do we know this is not a ploy to hand Harry over to the Dark Lord," Remus said, suddenly wary of the blonde men, even with Harry's assurance that Draco was his mate.

"As if I would ever let that snaked faced bastard anywhere near my mate," Draco growled defensively.

"Draco! Calm down, or do you want to change in front of everyone," the elder Malfoy said sternly as talons started to erupt from his sons fingertips.

"Sorry father," he whispered, as his talons retracted.

"Did he just say mate?!" Harry half-screamed, his brain processing all the information a bit slowly.

"Now it's time for you to calm down cub, healing veela are meant to be calm, getting yourself worked up will only cause you harm," Remus murmured.

"Oh this has to be some sick kind of joke. First I throw up all my "human" blood. Then I'm told I will have a mate, someone who completes me. Now Malfoy is here, yelling I'm his mate, and he's a veela too, I don't think I can take this," Harry said working himself up into a full on panic attack.

"He's a healer?" Lucius asked quietly, while Harry's breathing just hitched even more.

"That's all you can say while my mate is panicking to death?" Draco yelled trying to get to Harry.

"He won't die, but what I'm about to do will probably upset you greatly," Remus said before aiming his wand at Harry and saying, "stupefy."

"Why would you do that?" Draco growled, trying to punch Remus, but was stopped by his father and Sirius growling at him.

"It's for his own good, I wasn't overly forceful with the spell, and I can counteract it once his breathing goes back to normal," Remus explained calmly, whilst he pet Sirius, hoping for comfort.

"He's right Dragon, your mate was not taking this all that well, it's better this way," Lucius added, trying to comfort his son.

"Rennervate," Remus said, pointing his wand at the now calm body of Harry.

As Harry woke up he sent a slight glare at Remus which was received with a light shrug. He looked up at the Malfoy's, standing even closer than before and wondered why they truly hadn't stunned him as of yet. As his gaze fell on Draco he saw the worry etched into the lines of his normally stern face.

"It makes him look more human," Harry whispered to himself, reaching a hand out as if to touch Draco.

This time no one made a move to stop either boy as Draco moved closed and Harry gently smoothed away the worry lines on Draco's face. Draco had a face of utter contentment as Harry continued his ministrations, eventually reaching for Draco's silken blonde locks and running his fingers through them.

"So soft," Harry murmured, before quickly snapping his hand back, a blush covering his cheeks.

Draco looked up at him, a quick flash of sadness passing through his eyes as Harry retreated from him. As he opened his mouth to say something the trains horn went off, warning the students that it would be leaving in just a few minutes.

"Harry, cub get up now. You have to get on the train, you can discuss this further once you're at Hogwarts. I'm sure Dumbledore will be more than ecstatic with this new development, but remember don't let him know that you too are a veela," Remus said as he lifted Harry from the ground, and practically dragged him and Sirius to the nearest train entrance.

"I don't think I can do this with just Sirius in his grim form Remus. What if Draco really does want to hurt me? Sirius can't do much like this," Harry said in a slightly panicked voice, eliciting a bark from Sirius.

"I didn't want to tell you this until it was a certain thing, but to calm you down I will. Albus has yet to find someone to fill the Defense spot again, apparently people really are starting to think it's a cursed position. As soon as you board the train I'm going to apparate to Hogwarts and try and convince him to take me back under the pretense of keeping you safe and out of trouble," Remus said, watching Harry calm down at hearing the news.

"Thank you Remus, I don't know if I could do it alone," Harry whispered into Remus' neck as he gave him a hug.

"You won't have to cub, now get on the train before it leaves you."

Remus watched as Harry and Sirius boarded the Hogwarts Express, hoping against everything that this would be an uneventful year, allowing Harry to properly bond with his mate. As the train pulled out of the station Remus turned on the spot and apparated into Hogsmeade.

A/N: if there's any mistakes it's due to the fact that I don't have a beta, and I typed this up on my iPad before copying it onto fanfic. Also for the sake of my story let me describe what each veela means, to me anyway.

Healing-this type of veela, can heal any ailment, any wound, including it's own. They tend to be more levelheaded than their counterparts, but are just as fiercely protective as warrior veela. Their healing magic can only be used through acts of love, so they wouldn't be able to survive without their mates.

Warrior- as said before, they sprout wings that are impervious to any kind of magic, and yes I'm including the Killing Curse in this, because I feel veela should be more badass than normal wizarding magic. They're magic reacts to their anger, or feelings of danger, which is why it mostly happens when their mate is in danger. Of course much like the hulk it can be controlled to where they can use it at will.

I think Harry is a good healing veela cuz he would do anything to protect his loved ones, and keep them from harm, and now he can because of his healing side, I also made his mate a warrior veela, because I always felt like even with the trio Harry was always alone, with no one to lean on and now he'll have Draco to support him.
