Quirks

Izuku was sitting in his warehouse, in his vigilante outfit without his helmet on, working on the Concussion Gauntlets. He had to adjust the size and make them more compact. He added another function as well. He substituted the need of having a friction quirk with a reusable explosive substance and the friction caused by throwing a punch would cause a concussive explosion. Simple enough.

"Now." Izuku started as he put on the two gauntlets. "Time for a test run."

Izuku walked up to a thick chunk of metal and reeled his fist back before throwing it forward. An explosion blasted the metal back, making a huge dent in it, before it fell over.

"Holy shit!" Izuku yelled with glee, seeing something so powerful done by him was amazing to see. "These are awesome!"

Izuku threw a few punches in the air, making explosions with every punch. They didn't decrease in size or power, perfect. Only issue was that if he did it to much, he may throw his shoulder out of place. Now all he had to do was to wait for the other weapons to get shipped in and his arsenal would be complete. Izuku pressed a button on the gauntlets which shifted them into gray wrist guards. If he ever needed to get something done fast, just throw a punch and the gauntlets will come back out, then the villains would be out.

A knock at the entrance stopped Izuku's inner ramblings. After a specific amount of knocks in a rhythm, Izuku put on his helmet and pressed a button on the nearby table, opening the door. A van pulled in as the door closed behind it.

The van door opened again as a tall woman with blonde hair and blue eyes wearing a zipped up leather jacket, pants, and boots stepped out.

"Do you have the stuff?" Hood asked.

The woman grinned before she snapped her fingers as the van doors opened, revealing two of the same women bring out 4 creates. The clones disappeared as the women started talking. "Right here. And my payment?"

Hood grabbed a suitcase from under his workshop and slid it towards her. She bent down and picked it up, opening it to reveal 3 different colored chips. She smiled. "Good doing business with you. Now I need to get these back to my employer."

The woman got back into her van and drove off when the garage door opened for her again. Hood walked over to the crates and opened them with his bat.

The first crate held an assortment of grenades and bombs. They all had different functions. One grenade was a 'Flash Freeze' grenade. It, as the title suggests, would freeze anything it blew up on. The second grenade was a 'Goop' grenade. Once thrown, it would release a goop like substance that would stick to anything, perfect for trapping someone without the worry of hypothermia. The third grenade was a grenade modeled after Midnight's quirk, Somnambulist, that would knock out anyone who inhaled the gas. The fourth was a regular flash bang, good for blinding enemies. The final was a spray on explosive. It was a small gun with a tube that rested on the top. The explosive would detonate when the trigger was pulled.

The second crate held a bird looking drone called the BRD. The BRD was made for stealth missions. The realistic feathers made the drone look real enough to pass off for a real bird. It was equipped with a video camera and a USB cord to download any digital files and get it back to his base.

The third crate held multiple different shuriken and kunai. The shuriken and kunai were made of a powerful alloy, allowing it to pierce through kevlar.

Izuku laid all of his new weapons out on his work bench. He was really going to need this for what the League of Villains were planning. You could say that for the past 4 months, he has been a huge thorn in their side. Taking any weapon shipments, destroying their safe houses across the country, ect. He's been such a pain that they've sent out multiple hits out on him and tried to find out his identity. He had to stop seeing his mom for a while now to make sure there was no connection between them so she wouldn't be targeted.

On the bright side, he finally was able to get his weapons shipped in from America. He just had to call in a couple of favors from retired mob bosses that wanted to repay him for stopping other mobs from attacking them and their families. That lady was a mob bosses daughter and those chips he gave her was the locations of other drug caches from her rivals. Too bad she wouldn't know that heroes were going to do a drug bust in a week or so.

"Hm, not my problem." Izuku muttered with a grin. "I need to be ready for that invasion. If what my informant said is true, then even All Might will be in trouble."

Izuku grabbed his bats and put them on his back. He grabbed his knife, grenades, shuriken, kunai, and put them in his jacket. The gauntlets were already on his wrists. He left his warehouse to go do his rounds. The fourth crate, that was easily the largest, could wait to be opened. Besides, it would be only for quick getaways.

"And I'm really going to need it. That 'Unforeseen Simulation' place isn't going to be easy to break into." Hood told himself as grappled up to a building. "I'll be ready to send the BRD to alert the rest of the heroes if it gets out of hand."

Hood ran along the edge of the roof, occasionally waving to people on the street who saw him.

Next week is going to be… eventful to say the least.

AN: Same day as the other two. Boom, having a laptop to type with makes all this 10 times easier. Welp Ash Out.
