So, I decided to do another chapter. I really enjoyed making this one. But once again, please don't hesitate to tell me if I got something wrong or made people OOC. I'm trying to do my best here, but it's been a while since I saw My Hero Academia, so I could easily get things wrong.
I hope you enjoy this chapter.

To say today was like any other would be a lie, but at the same time, it kinda is.
You see… while others have worked hard over countless years to be seated in a U.A classroom, I only got here less than 6 months ago, and I've been seated in this very same classroom nearly every day as Nemuri-sensei or Aizawa-sensei drilled as much stuff about hero work as they could into me. Sure, I still don't know all that much, but I can at least not make myself look like a fucktard again.
Already, I could hear Bakugo and Iida shit talking each other from across the room. It wouldn't take that long for Midoriya to- oh, there he is. Then after a little character moment between Iida, Midoriya and Ochaco, Aizawa-sensei will arrive and tell us to all put our P.E uniforms on and meet outside.
Time for the expulsion-test-that's-not-really-an-expulsion-test-but-is-actually-an-expulsion-test. But with everything I said would be true, coming true, Midoriya or the others won't be kicked out, so I guess it isn't an expulsion test. But he'll still say it is.
I sighed and looked around the room, seeing all the students of Class 1A. 'Is a requirement to getting into U.A to be super fucking hot!? Is that an actual thing? I should probably ask. No, that's weird, I shouldn't. Who would I ask anyway, Aizawa? That'd be awkward as fuck. No, it's best if this remains one of the great mysterious of the world.'
Iida marched over to Midoriya to apologize, and soon Ochaco will arrive as well. I looked to see who was next to me. Kaminari is to my right, and Ojiro is to my left, Ashido is in front of me and Shoji is behind me. 'Hmmm, with there being an odd number of students accepted this year, and with me being a special case, they just stuck me in here.'
I thought back to the last conversation I had with Midnight…
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
Midnight and myself were sat in the teacher's lounge, chatting over a cup of coffee.
"So, what name are you going to pick? Another reference to that show?" Nemuri asked me as she took a sip.
I hummed as I put mine down and folded my arms. "There are a lot of names I could pick. Dio Brando, the man I have modelled myself after, was named after Ronnie James Dio, an American singer. One of the songs that influenced the design of [The World] was the song, Holy Diver. Maybe I could go with that?" I asked.
"Nope. Copyright." Nemuri answered me.
"Fuck. Ow! What the fuck!?" I complained and rubbed my head, where Nemuri had smacked me over the head with a book.
"No swearing so much." Oh, yeah, that was also a thing. Turns out that as an Aussie, I swear to god damn much for anyone's liking. God damn Bakugo doesn't swear as much as me. Nemuri especially hates it, because I just curse out of nowhere. And because Nezu asked her to make me stop.
"I'm an Aussie, it's what we do!" I defended.
"Piss everyone off?" She asked me incredulously.
"YES!" I shouted. It was true, anyone who says that Aussies are not offensive is lying to straight to your face. 'Cunt' is a word we regularly use for people we like, that should answer any question you have.
"Back to names. Pick another." She suggested after staring at me for a few seconds, possibly contemplating smacking me again.
"Well… Dio? It means god in Italian." I offered.
"No."
"Wh-Why not?" I was confused, it was perfect.
"No." She took another sip and opened her book, browsing through it.
"Damn it. Okay, how about… [Over Heaven]?" I offered. It was the power that the strongest version of Dio had, it could act as a reminder of my power, how terrible it could be.
"Over Heaven? Where'd that come from anyway?" She asked me.
"It's the name of my [The World] after achieving [Heaven], [The World Over Heaven]. Since I'm unlikely to ever achieve such a form, the name can be re-purposed to suit my needs." I answered plainly, shrugging my shoulders.
"It sounds alright, but does it have to be spoken in English?" She asked me.
Yeah, turns out that when I talk, it feels and sounds like English, but is actually Japanese. Kinda like the language barrier in JoJo. But when I say certain English things, like Victor, or [The World] it is in English.
"Think of it like All Might, it's spoken in English, not Japanese." I gave her, and left it like that.
"Well, I guess it can work. But are you sure?" Oh, look, she cares.
"I'm positive."
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
"A Quirk assessment test!?" Everyone but me exclaimed the question. I didn't even ask it, I already knew.
I already told Aizawa all the results, at least those I could remember. I guess he wants to make sure we know what's coming, if he changed it up to much, the future events could change. Myself being here has already changed a lot, but once everyone is set up we can start changing things.
Once this is over, then I can start messing with the timeline. Like using my [The World] to beat down Tomura and allow the heroes to arrest him. Or even help All Might against Nomu. [The World] can punch Nomu without touching All Might, and has a range of ten meters. And if I spam a few time stops without killing myself, I can help bring him down faster.
'Then again, where will I be sent in the school? Or will they know about my power and just take me straight to the old man? Shit! This needs more thought.'
Suddenly I heard "DIE!" and an explosion. Seems Bakugo's already gone.
I waited through most of Aizawa-sensei's upcoming speech. I didn't tell him what it was as I needed to be sure it was the same one. It was.
"Go beyond. Plus Ultra. Overcome it with all you've got. The real thing starts now." He lazily said, he always sounds so god damn lazy. But I guess that's some of his quirks at work. HA!
First test was the 50 meter dash. The cute was here, it was still just as strange as it was the first time seeing it. "On your mark… Get set…" A shot rang out and both Iida and Asui shot forward.
Iida got an impressive 3.04 seconds while Asui got 5.58 seconds. 'People always talk about the turtle and the hare, why not talk about the fucking frog!?'
Ochaco used her Quirk to make herself a little faster. She got a pretty good time, about 7 seconds.
Aoyama got a massive head start on his dash by using his navel laser. 'Not all Quirks can hurt [The World], but can his laser?'
Bakugo got through by using his 'explosive speed'… apt name I guess. Midoriya just ran, poor Midoriya.
Since there was an uneven number, I had to go by myself. The others were giving me weird looks. I was certainly strange, going by myself and even being a strange odd student added in late and making the classes uneven.
But that was fine. I AM a special case, after all… I got ready, as the robot went. And as soon as the shot rang out "[The World]!" Time froze, and I could even see Aizawa looking to where he thinks I'll be. But he doesn't seem to realize that I still trained over the three weeks waiting for my acceptance letter, and had achieved four seconds now.
To say people were surprised when I suddenly appeared almost at the finish line would be an understatement. I didn't even run, I floated, layering my Quirk over me and slowly flying the rest of the way. I got a time of .08 seconds.
I smirked and walked to the rest of the group, ignoring the explosive glare from Bakugo.
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
Test 2: Grip strength.
I fucking broke it… [The World] fucking broke it… "FUCK!"
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
Test 3: Standing Long Jump.
I could fucking fly… how do you think I did!?
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
Test 4: Repeated Side Steps.
I literally just had [The World] lift me and move me around.
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
Test 5: Ball Throw.
Here we go, the one I've been waiting for.
Ochaco got a fucking infinity. Sure I already knew that, but seeing it was believing it I guess. Holy fuck not even [The World] could do that… well… not now at least.
I went before Midoriya this time, and stopped time before I lifted it, so that Aizawa-sensei couldn't do his Quirk bullshit on me, fuck you.
I threw it as hard and fast as I could, and after it went a few meters from me it stopped.
"Time resumes." Color returned to the world as the ball flew through the air. Everyone was confused as to how I didn't move. They didn't even see [The World]. I could see Aizawa giving me the stink eye out of the corner of my vision. I just gave him a smirk before walking off. As long as I could get it off, my [The World] countered his Quirk. I got a score of nearly 500 meters. Pretty good if I do say so myself.
Midoriya went next. Holy shit I could fucking hear the music! Just in my head but still! Every time that music played was so fucking cool!
I just had to give the little fucker a cheer "GO MIDORIYA!" I bend backwards and splayed my arms out and let out my cry "WRYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!"
I got weird looks. Fuck you guys that was cool!
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
The rest of the tests were easy, [The World] made these all easy for me. Especially the long distance run. I just floated.
But now it was time to see the final score.
'I wonder how well I did? I obviously did quite well. Sure, Bakugo still beat me in quite a few tests, such as the ball throw, or the toe touching tests. But I think I did pretty good.'
Aizawa-sensei showed us the scores. As expected, Midoriya got the lowest, and Momo was still number one. But I got second place. Seems my time stop gave me enough points to beat even the mighty Bakugo. HA!
"By the way, I was lying about the expulsion." Aizawa said to the class, prompting a stunned silence. "It was a rational deception to draw out the upper limits of your Quirks."
"WHAT!?" I had to message my ear after the three of them screamed. Momo, who was too my left, looked over at the three.
"Of course that was a lie. It should've been obvious if you just thought it through." She said, and I spoke up to agree with her, drawing everyone's attention. After all, I hadn't interacted with that many people so far.
"She's right. Only a stupid teacher would expel people for scoring the last when they had already gotten in, and on the second day at that. The reason we came here was to learn and get better, but to simply drop one of us off the bat like that? I would have to ask Nezu what he was thinking, hiring someone like that." I chuckled and lifted a hand onto my head. I could feel Aizawa's glare form here.
"Nezu?" Momo asked as she turned back to me.
"Yeah, the principle." I said as if it was obvious.
"Why are you so informal with the principle?" She asked me. Obviously she didn't know.
"Oh, because I've known him and interacted with him plenty over the last few months." I shrugged, not like it really mattered.
"Wait, are you the student who stayed in the school for nearly six months, and was signed up late!?" She asked me, shocked that the rumors were true.
"Well, yeah. But Nezu got me an apartment close to the school, I didn't actually live in the school. Well, apart from the first few days where I slept in the teacher's lounge." I chuckled remembering when Ectoplasm sat on me, because I slept on the couch.
"Wh-What?" She blinked at me, not fully realising what I'd said.
"Ask Nezu." I said my usual go to at this point. He was starting to get annoyed with everyone going to him for answers.
"With that, we're done here." Aizawa said before walking off. "There are handouts with the curriculum and such in the classroom. So when you get back, look over them." Aizawa stopped, turned around and walked back before giving Midoriya a piece of paper and a 'go to the nurse'. He walked off again.
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
I knocked on the door and waited. It was so nice of Yagi-san to give me the address, he hesitated but caved once I told him I could just go to Nezu or Midnight, but I'd prefer to come to his mentor for this sort of thing.
The door opened and Inko, the hot milf that she was, blink up at me. She was about as tall as Midoriya himself, that is too say, not very. She was only about 5.2 as opposed to my 5.7. I got a growth spurt after arriving, maybe it [The World]? Quirks are known to change the appearance of people.
'Wait… My hair is starting to turn more blonde. Huh…'
"Yes?" Inko asked me.
"Oh, shit, sorry! I got lost in my own thoughts there." I apologized, chuckling at my own stupidity. "I'm here to see Izuku Midoriya, is he here right now?" I asked.
"Why do you want to see him? Are you from U.A?" She asked me.
"Yeah, I go to the same class as he does. I just came to have a chat about today. Nothing serious mind you, just a friendly chat." I told her.
"I'm sorry, but Izuku is going to be out for another hour at least, he went off to train." She informed me.
"Train, huh? Well, that's good of him. He hasn't gotten much experience, so more training would always be good. May I come in and wait?" I asked her.
She looked at me for a few seconds before I sighed. I summoned my [The World] and had it pull out the chocolates I bought for her. "I bought these for you. Midoriya told me about you, I wanted to cheer you up before I talked to Midoriya." I lied, Midoriya hadn't said shit, and I just wanted Inko to be happy.
She blushed a bit before taking them "Thank you. You can come in, just wait on the couch, Izuku will be gone for a while. I hope you know that." She told me before stepping back and letting me in. She watched as my [The World] sunk back into me and faded away.
After she closed the door I turned back around to face her. "If you want to ask me, just ask me. I'm an Aussie, you don't have to be so formal with me." I said, smiling and showing her I meant it."Oh! I'm sorry, I forgot, I'm Victor Brando. It's nice to meet you!" I said as I extended my hand before pulling it back and bowing instead. "Sorry, still not used to the bowing thing."
She just nodded and introduced herself. "I'm Midoriya Inko, but you can just call me Inko." She said before extending her hand.
I smiled and shook it. "Just call me Victor."
We both made our way to the living room and sat down.
She turned to me. "So how's my boy doing in school?" She asked me, knowing I'd know.
'He probably didn't tell her.' I knew he'd be worried about her. "Not all that well, we had a Quirk assessment test and he scored the lowest." She opened her mouth but I raised a hand "But he still did amazingly. He was able to score the highest in the ball throwing section. He got over 705 meters." She gaped.
"I know right? He was so cool! He's going to go places, I could see him one day becoming the world's greatest hero! Well, if I don't get that place I won't settle for anyone less than Midoriya Izuku!" I smirked at Inko, knowing that'd put a huge smile on her face.
It did. She was positively glowing. 'Fuck, my heart cannot take such cute!'
"But what about you, Victor-san?" She tilted her head like a dog.
"Oh, me? I got second place." I said.
"Woah! And you're friends with Izuku, right?"
"That's right! He's a good man, he's already got plenty of friends."
"Really?"
"Yeah. There's me, Uraraka Ochaco, Tenya Iida and Katsuki Bakugo, though Bakugo's still got a stick up his ass." I said, only censoring myself a little. I would have called him a 'fucking prick' but that would be too much for Inko.
"So he's still got an ego?" She asked me while sweatdropping.
'Mitsuki probably told her about it.'
"Yeha, a huge one. When I used my [The World] to get a better score than he did in the 50 meter dash, he gave me the stink eye. And when Izuku beat him in the ball throw, he marched over to him screaming, 'how'd you do it, Deku!'." I explained, causing her to look down saddened.
'I cannot let her be sad!' I placed a hand on her back and she looked up at me. "Don't worry, I'll help Bakugo and Izuku be friends again. Even if I have to pull Bakugo's stick out myself… I only noticed once I said it." I deadpanned the last bit, but smiled when Inko laughed.
Me and her talked for nearly an hour, about how school was, to how cool Izuku was, to my Quirk, to her Quirk. It was fun, I'm gonna have to have another chat with her eventually.
But soon enough, Izuku got home. I could hear him opening the door and saying goodbye to All Might. I looked over to the doorway leading to the living room, Inko followed my gaze as well.
Midoriya came around the corner and stopped when he saw me here. 'He's probably scared of all the screaming I did at him.' I sweatdropped when I remembered our first proper conversation, I'm surprised Yagi-san didn't stop my little knife trick. Well, he doesn't like Midoriya nerding out either, so I don't know.
"Ah, Midoriya-kun, I was waiting for you. I must say, your mother is much fun to chat with. I'm sorry for leaving to talk with Midoriya so abruptly, but duty calls. I'll have to come around again soon." I waved Inko goodbye as I walked up to Midoriya. "I need your help with something." I told him as I wrapped an arm around his shoulders and dragged him upstairs.
"Wh-What do you need help with, Br-Victor-san?" Good, he remembered. I opened his door and closed it behind us.
"Easy, I need help with not killing people." I answered. Only after Midoriya stared to gape and move away did I realize what I'd said. "Wait! No! Let me rephrase that!" I said, gesturing wildly.
After a few minutes of me trying to calm Midoriya down, and accidentally drawing Inko's attention again, I was able to ask properly. "My Quirk [The World], is very powerful, as I'm sure you know, but with its strength, a single punch can cleave someone in half. Yes, I've tested on training dummies. How'd you do it?" I asked sincerely. Soon we have the battle trial and I don't want to kill anyone.
I'll be fighting four people after all.
That was a strange conversation. Nezu, Midnight and Aizawa were all confused at my request, but I'd managed to convince them. Who else would I fight anyway? I was an uneven student. So get two teams to fight me, my [The World] balances the scales, and I need the training.
"I-I don't know how to answer that. I've never had to use it on someone before." He gasped "Do I kill anyone?" He looked so desperate, nearly crying.
"No. you don't kill anyone. By the time any real fights with villains without any pros, you're strong enough not to, or they can take it." The last one was a reference to Muscular, Midoriya needed to fight him, otherwise Kouta would die. 'I'm sorry that you'll go through so much pain.' I really was, but I had no alternatives at this point.
Midoriya sighed "I'm glad."
"But if you can't give me advice, I'll just have to ask All Might, or another powerful hero. Maybe Endeavor? No, I don't even know him." I began to think if through before Midoriya looked up at.
"Imagine the egg not exploding!" He shouted with gusto.
"Oh, yeah! That was a thing! So essentially, just focus on not killing them and let the feeling take over?" I could understand that.
"Yeah, it's what All Might told me, at least." He went back to being nervous near the end there.
Hey, Midoriya?" I asked him.
He looked up at me when I placed a hand on his shoulder. "You're an awesome friend." I said. I could see the gratitude in his eyes at that simple phrase.
'Damn it, Katsuki! What'd you do to this poor kid! Show him a little affection and he clings to you! He could have very well become a villain, and it would have been all your fault.'
