A/N I know this is really short and late. Sorry about that. I've been steadily working on a story that is not even uploaded yet, it would be if I had a title for it though. I really like the idea for it and I hope you will to. It's superheroes, Marvel Universe superheroes anyway. The gang won't be replacing anyone, like Tori won't be Captain America or something like that, they'll be their on heroes. I got inspired to do it by reading LordDreadSigma's Experimental Heroes story.

Chapter 3

"Oh Toriiii," the voice came through the door before she did. Ponnie walked in with a cheerful grin on her face. I wanted to slap it off. "You're little girlfriend's been posting on The Slap. She knows you're gone."

I smiled, "She won't stop until she finds me. She'll kick your a-"

"She won't do anything. If she does my friends will do something to you. Something neither you nor Jade would like. Besides she won't realize I'm the one that has you."

Jade's not stupid, she'll be able to put two and two together really quickly if she sees Ponnie anywhere. Cat on the other hand...might take awhile. I'm pretty sure Andre, Robbie and Beck will be able to figure it out too, so I'm not to sure what her plan is.

"I hate to leave you so soon, but I have someone I need to go talk to. My friends are going to keep you company though." Ponnie gave me a snarky grin before she turned and walked out the door.

Immediately after she left someone entered the room. "Oh, God, not you."

Jade POV

"Where the hell is my girlfriend?!" I snapped.

Cat rushed to my side and grabbed my wrists before I broke her lamp, "Jade, calm down. I'm sure she's okay. Maybe she lost her phone."

"Then why didn't she go home last night?"

Andre stepped over, "Her Dad's going to put out a missing persons report if she's not back soon."

I yanked my arms free from Cat and turned to glare at him, "What good will that do?! Most missing persons, that I can recall right now, don't get found or if they do their a body!"
"You're only thinking of the negative right now." Beck pointed out, from far away and relatively safe from my reach for the moment.

Robbie nodded in agreement, "He's right. There's many people that went missing and were found."

"This is different. This isn't just a missing person. It's Tori! Sweet, would never hurt a fly Tori. Who would want to take her?"

"Now you're jumping to conclusions." Andre said. "Maybe she just got lost."

"How does someone get lost in a town they grew up in?! Other then Cat."

"Jade!" Beck was using his chiding voice.

I sighed, knowing Tori would be doing the same. "I'm sorry, Cat, I just…"
"I know. You're worried about Tori. But you're not wrong.. I did get lost the other week." Cat frowned and looked at the floor.

"I looked everywhere." I said, dropping onto the chair behind me. "The mall, the park, every place I could think she'd go and every place I know she'd never set foot in." My face fell in my hands and I quickly wiped at my eyes. There wasn't a thing I could do to find her and the feeling was just unbearable. Almost as unbearable as not having her with me.

"We'll find her soon, Jade."

"We better."
