Thank you for waiting so patiently, so now I present to you: Chapter 3! I do not own Harry Potter, however I definitely wish I did.

Suddenly Draco spotted a flash of brilliant blonde hair over by the Gryffindor table. He was confused, but extremely curious about why she was there. He paced towards the girl, hoping that she was Dakota and hoping that she had a perfectly good explanation about being at the Gryffindor table. When he got close enough for the Gryffindors to recognise him, lots of them cowered in fear, but a few of them glared at him. He watched Harry Potter from the corner of his eye, being careful not to look directly at him, as Draco walked slightly faster towards the figure of Dakota.
"Can you believe it, Catz?" Dakota said, talking to a Gryffindor girl.
"No! Err … Dakota, it looks like you have a visitor. What are you doing here Draco?" Caitlin (Catz) accused. Turing to Dakota, he placed his hand on her arm and said, "I need to talk to you, Dakota." with a cheeky wink from Caitlin, Dakota pulled Draco to a deserted corner.
"What's wrong, I was talking to my friend?" She said, her hands were on her hips and a familiar frown crossed her beautiful face.
"I'm sorry, it's just that I wanted to apologise for earlier in my dormitory, I was out of line and it will not happen again."
"Wait, the famous Draco Malfoy is apologising?" She mocked, nudging him with her elbow. "So how do we take it from here? You know, about us?" Draco had hoped that this topic wouldn't come up, but how was he to avoid it now?
"I have no idea Dakota, all I know is that I love you."
"I love you too," she said, placing her hand on his. "Did you want the school to know?" she rubbed soothing circles on his hand.
"I'm not sure, can we keep it casual for now?" Draco asked, whispering to his girlfriend.
"We're going to have to come out sooner or later. Or is that what you don't want to happen?" Dakota's sadness touched Draco's cold heart melting him where he stood. He couldn't fight her, ever. I was shattering him just to think of how selfish he was, but that was his reputation, right. The bad boy. Everyone was afraid of him.
Apart from Dakota.
He looked into Dakota's eyes, she was expecting an answer. But what should he say? Yes? No? He didn't know. In the end, he just sighed and asked if they could just leave it until after the Hogsmeade visit. This earns him a scowl and a not-so-friendly goodbye. He watched her as she stalked off in the direction of their common room. Draco had half a mind to follow her, but he knew that she would just ignore him or even run off.
Dakota couldn't believe her bad luck, Draco wouldn't accept their 'relationship', if you could even call it a relationship anyway. She skulked off in the direction of her dormitory, convincing herself that she wouldn't leave her bed until the Hogsmeade visit. She flung herself at her bed and screamed into her pillow, how hard was it to make a boy admit that he is no longer single? It frustrated her so much that she started to take larger breaths and began to shiver.
Dakota was known for her anger problems when she went to her muggle primary school. However her teachers just shrugged off her problems and said that she will grow out of it. Unfortunately, in Dakota's eyes, the problems have grown with her. They made her feel weaker in comparison to others such as Draco, but that hasn't stopped her from wishing for a normal life.
Soon after she stopped screaming and sobbing, Tilly entered the room, with a firewhiskey in her hands.
"Where did you get that from?" Dakota asked.
"I am a Slytherin, I have my ways," she offered Dakota the bottle. As Dakota took a long drink of the firewhiskey, she felt her anger fade away, as the drink consumed and incinerated her anger. She felt great! "So what's wrong Dax?"
"Draco. He just won't admit that we are going out in front of anyone." she said, taking another long pull of the whiskey.
"Why don't you go back and speak to him? You never know, he may be willing now that you have stalked off and made him look like a pansy."
"WHAT!?" Dakota said, sobering up within seconds. "I didn't make him look like a pansy."
"You did girl, just think about it. You stalked off and he was conflicted as to whether to run after you or to come and sit down with the rest of us. Well, he was just stood there in the great hall, staring after your fading figure. I'm sure that Gryffindor and possibly Ravenclaw knows, by the way he hesitated before going to sit down with us. I'm sure that he didn't know whether to follow you or not, to say sorry for being an arrogant-"
"How does that make it obvious?"
"Because I was close enough to him that I could see that he wanted to follow you, with all his heart."
"I beg to differ."
