Prompt: snow
The Burrow was filled with people, more than ever, as it was Christmas.
Decorations were placed all around the magical house, and the snow that was displayed at the windows added a sweet, cold atmosphere everyone was enjoying.
Teddy laughed along with his pseudo-family, drinking his hot delicious hot chocolate, while he looked around, searching for the blonde girl he loved.
He was disappointed, to say at least. Victoire had not shown her face throughout the whole celebration, but maybe she was just late. Neither her parents nor her siblings were there, so that was a reasonable explanation.
"What's on your mind, Teddy?" asked a voice from besides him. Returning back to the real world, Teddy looked at the figure and recognized it as his little cousin, Rose.
Teddy smiled. "Hullo, Rose," he greeted, "nothing much, really,"
Rose raised an eyebrow. "Really? I thought I saw you looking around for that devilishly gorgeous cousin of mine," she said smirking.
"Shut up, Rosie," Teddy said, rolling his eyes, "I know she's not here,"
"Oh," Rose said stroking her chin, "the boy didn't deny that he liked the devilishly gorgeous cousin of mine. The plan has succeeded!"
Teddy jumped, almost dropping his cup, "Oi, Rose! Someone could hear you! Especially, I dunno, someone from her freaking family, which may I add, are all in one place!"
"Okay," said Rose in a Slytherin manner. Scorpius had been rubbing off of her. "I guess I'll just have to ensure my plan succeeds completely,"
"How will you do that?" Teddy inquired.
"It's simple," Rose said. "You just have to promise me you'll tell Victoire when she gets here. She's been depressed you haven't paid attention to her this month, and you don't have to be with her at Hogwarts,"
Teddy lifted his arms up in surrender. "I'll do, I'll do. Now, just let me go," he said. Rose smiled and gestured him to go.
