A/N: Thank you for all the lovely and uplifting reviews. Thank you to all the readers and I hope that you enjoy this delayed update.

Stefan had gone to attend to Elena and I was left here with a girl that I couldn't understand and one that I wish that couldn't understand. I had just had my fill of listening to Rebekah complain about her family and how she shouldn't have come on the trip and then Katherine. Yes, it sucked. Big Time but we had other things to worry about.

Offering a few hums to assure her I was listening, my eyes zooned in on our new company. She was now trailing in her wrinkled dress which had thankfully dried so she didn't need to drag it along. I watched with a confused scowl as she muttering incoherently under her breath as she now led the way. I don't know who made her boss and I actually didn't know why we were trailing after her. Regardless, we followed her until we reached the caves.

"You know, I've got better things to do" I called out but she didn't even falter. Her incessant muttering continued while her palms would gently press onto the walls. She skilfully balanced on the rocks even though she was barefooted, which was admittedly impressive, considering how jagged they were.

"Why are we following her?" Rebekah hissed, finally realising that I hadn't even paid half a mind to her new conversation change.

I shrugged noncommittally. "I'm just hoping to find Bonnie" I revealed with a tired nod. This whole trip had been a terrible idea and I hated myself for thinking this, but part of me wished that Elena would just embrace this lifestyle and we could finally move on. Now because of the damn cure that we didn't get, her only family was gone and it was all just one big mind fuck. "Maybe she can help" I added quietly but secretly knowing that holding out hope for Bonnie will most likely end up being completely useless.

"I'll go" blondie offered and I turned to her with an arched brow and then narrowed eyes.

She seemed serious and genuine so I crossed my arms and glared. "And I'm supposed to trust you?" I challenged, finding it ludicrous that she was still hanging around. What can I say…? Once just isn't enough for some girls…it was the irresistible Salvatore charm.

"Be right back" she whispered and disappeared from my sight.

I took a step towards the direction she'd gone but heard the low murmuring and continued to follow the girl. Maybe she would lead me to something that would amount to good news. There was obviously more to her and her story and if she knew Silas, maybe she knew how to kill him.

We continued down the familiar trail and I reached into my pocket, only to groan at the sight of no signal. Before I could lift it to the darkened walls, I'm knocked down and the phone flies out of my hands.

Another groan leaves me and I blinked up to see that she knocked me down. Her body pinning me down and I realise that he fangs were out again.

Oh no…not again.

I don't think so" I growled but before I could push her, I realise that she was saving me when I see the arrow cut through the air and shoot through where I was supposed to be. It hits the wall behind us and falls to the ground. "Thanks" I reply in surprise, only watching as her anger makes her both an adorable and kinda sexy. Especially when she releases a feral growl.

Before I can say anything else, she dashes further into the cave and I raise my head up to watch as she catches the little leprechaun. The little hunter who kept trying to kill me but now had his neck in the girl's hand. He tries to bring up a stake to her back but before I can offer my assistance, she handles it herself. I watch in fascination and admiration when she roughly pushes him onto the wall and whips a hand out to grip his wrist, twisting it until the stake rolls to the ground. The other bow and arrow he had tried and failed to use, was how ripped from his hold.

"Urggnnnhhh" he snarled in anguish when she grew more feral and struck him in the chest with his own arrow. The irony was too sweet to ignore.

She surprised me again when chocking him and growling under her breath. "Hunter…"

"Good…" I smiled and placed a hand on her shoulder. "We're getting somewhere" I congratulated her on the English improvement.

"Who the hell is this?" the hunter barked and tried to wriggle away but she obviously had a good grip on him. I could see her nails now digging into his neck, piercing the flesh and the blood trickling down his neck. Regardless of this, she didn't even flinch…

"Finally, something you don't know" I laughed in pleasure and watched as the girl now began to study him.

Quietly and with intently observant eyes, she trailed over his whole form. Suddenly she bowed her head and shook it slightly. "Silas…" she breathed with an almost wistful tone. Before I know it, she's running again and before I can help it, I'm curiously chasing after her.

I caught how she stumbled slightly and doesn't stop as she jumps down a hole. When I look down, I caught a flash of her white dress before I eased my way down after. Once she's in my line of sight again, I see that her dress is slightly torn and the sleeve is ripped, causing it to fall off her shoulder. "Silas?" she called again but thankfully no answer was given. Was he here? Could she for some strange unknown reason feel him? More importantly, why was I following after her?

"Silas?" she cried out again with a newfound desperation and suddenly stops. A hand is placed on the wall again and she frowns deeply with her eyes now fluttering to a close. It was almost like she was trying to feel him…

How could I make her understand…?

Placing a hand on her shoulder, her brown eyes were opened once again and locking onto mine. Her eyebrows still furrowed as she stared at me expectantly. I dropped my hands and gripped both her arms instead. "Okay, maybe you understand me and maybe you don't…" I paused and mentally slapped myself when all she did was blink. "…but Silas is awake" I continued and she grimaced again. I used my hands and closed my eyes, gesturing to me being asleep before stretching them out. "Silas, awake" I tried once again, opening my eyes and as stupid as I felt, I was pleased to see somewhat of a comprehension in her eyes.

"A-wek?" she stammered, trying out the word and I nodded eagerly.

My hands squeezed her a bit too tightly as I excitedly found this breakthrough. "Yes" I nodded once again despite not being sure if she even understood me at all.

Only the question was answered when she suddenly whirled away from me and gritted her teeth when her fist connected with the wall. After a few more punches and angered kicks, she turns back to me and paces before me while rambling in the same unspeakable language. Her accent thickening with each word that fell from her.

"I don't understand what you're saying" I offered lamely with a shrug of my shoulders.

Suddenly, she stops and after a beat of silence, watching her try to calm her breathing, she approaches me. No words are said as she grabs hold of my head. Instantly at the warm touch, my mind is now filled with blurred but understandable images.

"You want me to take you?" I wondered, hoping I got what she was trying to tell me.

"Tek" she nodded enthusiastically and a bright smile widened her lips. "Tek" she repeats and grabs hold of my arm.

"Found your witch"

The echo vibrated through the walls and we both snap our head up. My relief crashes back down onto me and within it, I find the hope that Bonnie can make this all go away.

Though my thoughts, I find those wide bambi pleading eyes searching mine. "Fine" I sigh and nodded in defeat. Who knows, maybe she will be useful. "Okay, I'll take you" I sighed and I try to convince myself that the agreement will benefit me more than her.

Without another word, her hand finds mine and I look down with a frown at our entwined fingers. My thoughts trail back to Elena but I'm distracted with the wide grin that she gives me. I couldn't help but return it as I led her back up through the caves.

We find Rebekah there with Bonnie by her side.

I was just about to welcome her but was cut off with the girl stepping forward instead. She confidently strode over to Bonnie and surprised us all when she plainly stated. "Wicca"

"What is she spouting off about now?" Rebekah rolled her eyes but couldn't ignore that she was curious.

Bonnie accepted the outstretched arm and allowed to be pulled forward. Both of them stared at each other and Bonnie nodded as if in understanding. "She knows I'm a witch" she revealed.

"How?" Rebekah asked what I was about to but I knew the answer.

"Because she's one too"

-XxxxxX-

Okay new revelations, new people and new complications.

I was just glad to be back home.

Though, as much as I wanted to go to Elena, I knew that the last thing she needed to deal with was the babbling witch from the island that she probably wanted to forget. So, rather than take the girl there, I decided t0 drop Bonnie and Rebekah before driving past the house.

My next plan was insane.

This was only clearer when the door was flung open and a wide smirk on the smug son-of-a-bitch's face. "Damon…" he cooed crossed his arms over his chest. "…tad bit late for you to just be in the neighbourhood" he smirked wider and I remembered why this was a bad idea.

"I need a favour. I need you to look after th-" I tried to fight the losing battle.

He slammed his and onto the doorway and stepped outside. "And what exactly gives you the right and the audacity to come to my house and demand any favours" he growled and took another step towards me. "Your little girlfriend has just killed my brother so you must understand why I'm not exactly in the saintly mood" he threatened and I could see my life flash before my eyes.

"You can get your revenge later" I began but knew that it was useless.

He clenched his fist and gritted his teeth with a taut jaw. "Elena killed someone that I cared for. I believe it's only fair that you return the favour" he tried to grin again but it faltered into his hybrid game face. Crazy yellow eyes blaring with his anger and his mouth opening to reveal his sharp fangs before a threatening growl was released.

Oh fuck!

His hand gripped my shirt and I tried to throw a punch but he was quick to catch my fist. His fingers now crushing my bones and I tried to bite back the pained snarl. My whole hand was enflamed as my knees were beginning to buckle and I knew I was going to fall.

Suddenly, the anguish was abruptly stopped and when the relief allowed my bones to heal, I watched in surprise as it was his turn to start coiling in agony. It was his turn to start growling and gnashing his teeth in pain. He lacked the strength as his knees already gave in and both hands reached up to clutch his hair.

I stepped away from him and watched as he threw a fist onto the ground.

My study was then interrupted with the form that aspirated beside me. Her body swiftly brushing against mine as we now towered over his coiled form. I looked to her and wanted to but she could obviously handle herself. If she could take on an Original, then she was obviously more than the typical witch.

Her hardened eyes and protective stance were an enigma but she saved my life.

Suddenly, she stopped and so did he.

I couldn't help the smug smirk when Klaus slowly and breathlessly looked up. Both hands now left on the ground as he glared at me but this feel when his eyes swerved to my left. Recognition was sparked in his eyes and he grew numb and lifeless when he breathed his surprise. "Izabela?"

I whipped my head around to catch a similar expression on the one now known as 'Izabela'. Only she had another one of her warm genuine smiles and for once, she said something that I did understand. "Niklaus"

A/N: So our lady love knows Klaus? Think you know how; leave a review and let me know. I really enjoyed writing this chapter and I liked playing with the different relationships. I hope I did a good job.

Pairing – Damon or Klaus…still on the fence.
