Orochimaru was the first to wake the next morning and he silently slid out from Deidara's hold. Good god the blond bomber was the clingiest person the Sannin had ever met. Golden eyes glowed in the still dark cell and soon Kakashi stirred. "You're awake so soon?"
The snake looked in the direction the silver haired ninja's voice came from and after a hesitant minute he decided to reply. "I don't tend to sleep for that long." He mumbled, determined to let his two more or less friends get more sleep seeing as he caused them a bit of trouble a few hours prior. A muffled yawn came from the copy ninja and Orochimaru blinked before sighing inwardly.
"You should get as much sleep as you can, who knows what ridiculous things they'll say as reasons for keeping us awake during the day." He muttered before giving a soft startled yelp as Deidara suddenly jolted up, scaring Sasori awake as well. "Deidara why?" the puppet master complained slightly before they all stared at the cell door in surprise as two tired guards pulled it open.
One leaned against the cell bars, looking about ready to fall asleep right where she stood while her partner rubbed his eyes with a hand. "Come on, time for your showers." He said through a yawn and instantly the snake grew suspicious, they never allowed them to shower two days in a row. Deidara and Sasori stood first and slowly Orochimaru and Kakashi followed suit, mainly for fear of being forced up.
The ninja were led to the showers and when they were left alone Orochimaru decided to voice his suspicions. "They're up to something, they've never let us do this before." He stated and Deidara instantly nodded in agreement, Sasori just looked skeptical while Kakashi didn't seem to know what to say. "Don't keep me waiting you two, I know how long you take fretting over your hair." The redhead said before walking off, to do what who knew but the two feminine ninja made their way off, whispering to each other.
In a matter of minutes the four of them rejoined each other in the front of the showers before they were led to a large room. The second the snake stepped into the room he tensed pretty much instantly, most of the people in the room were Leaf shinobi. As in probably all of them and this made him more than uncomfortable.
As if they all sensed the Sannin's unease, they all seemed to simultaneously turn to look at him. "Where's Sasuke?!" Naruto bellowed as he ran at the snake, managing a single hit before he was forced back by some more than welcomed Sound shinobi. They stood in front of their leader protectively and Orochimaru instantly buried every sliver of unease, tipping his chin up challengingly to taunt the Jinchūriki.
"I'll kill you if you don't tell me!" the blond snapped before shouting as he was hit with a club like thing, the guard glared at the blond before looking at the four Sound ninja. "Who was he threatening?" the guard asked and Orochimaru cringed when one of his ninja said that it was her. "He was threatening me, you three stand down." The snake said, stepping forward and looking at the guard evenly, ignoring the light objections of the three Sound ninja behind him.
The guard looked at him curiously before scoffing and grabbing Naruto by the wrist. "Right, I'll be sure to keep you two away from each other then." He said as he dragged the angry Jinchūriki away, the others behind him all sighed at the same time and he turned around after a second. "Lord Orochimaru, was that really wise? What if he chose to harm you?" the kunoichi asked and the Sannin looked at her. "Hardly, but at a time like this I cannot allow any young Sound shinobi to be harmed by these people."
The three looked at each other before nodding, bowing respectfully and the snake all but fell over as Deidara grabbed him by the wrist to tug him out of someone's way. The man looked the two feminine ninja over before looking at the five ninja behind them and waving down a guard. "The redhead, I'll take him." He said and Sasori went rigid, Deidara and Orochimaru looked at the puppet master with wide eyes.
"Sasori don't." the bomber tried before he attempted to block the guard from Sasori. "Get out of the way." The guard ordered before he quickly drew his weapon and hit the blond in the ribs with it. Deidara grunted and struck out only to be stopped by Kakashi before Sasori stepped around the bomber.
"Deidara stop, it's not worth it," the redhead said making the artist stare at him incredulously. "Don't get separated, watch each other. We'll meet again." The puppet master said to Orochimaru and Deidara before giving Kakashi a suspicious glare, making the copy ninja wonder what he did to earn such distrust. "If you're kept with them, watch them. They're both notoriously hotheaded and can at times act before thinking." He ordered as he was led off and the silver haired ninja blinked a few times.
The three Sound shinobi basically crowded around their leader protectively as a group of men walked past. One man, who was considerably dressed less nicely than the rest, stopped and looked directly at the two feminine ninja, earning a warning hiss from the Sound leader. An amused smirk appeared on the man's face and Kakashi slipped in front of the two ninja, looking back at them. "You're small enough to slip through the crowd, I'll find you in a minute."
Orochimaru looked at the copy ninja skeptically before dragging Deidara and the Sound kunoichi off with him as he slipped through the crowd of ninja effortlessly. Once they were in a considerably less crowded area of the room, the snake stopped and looked around, hoping to spot Sasori if he was still in the room. Unfortunately he didn't and he sighed, wondering if the puppet master would be all right.
Soon three presences came up behind the Sannin and he turned around, giving Kakashi and the two last Sound shinobi an once-over before he looked around to seem busy. "Will Sasori be alright, hm?" Deidara asked and the pale ninja shrugged, continuing to look around before he jerked forward as a hand grabbed his shoulder. Fast as lightning, he whipped around and watched as his ninja hurried forward to block the direct path to him.
The man from earlier looked somewhat impressed at the dedication before he looked past them and at Orochimaru. "Hey, Rin, I think I'll take these two and the chick." The man called and a guard walked up, the same guard who dragged Naruto off earlier. "Sounds good, you three come with me." Rin said earning objections from the three who had not been chosen.
"If you take them you take us as well." One Sound ninja said and the man chuckled, looking at them in amusement. "I'll take who I wanna take." He said before sweeping the three away from the three feminine ninja. "Jun, don't let him take you!" the almost always-silent Sound ninja snapped, reaching for the kunoichi before he jerked back as he was hit with that ever-hellish device the guards carried.
The kunoichi – Jun – aimed to hit Rin, her anger clear. "Don't hit my brother!" she snapped before she began yelling and cursing as the man who'd bought them picked her up and slung her over his shoulder like a bag. "Am I gonna havta carry ya two as well or are you gonna come without fussing?" he grunted, looking at Deidara and Orochimaru in somewhat irritation and before the blond could reply, he was being dragged away by the snake.
In a matter of seconds they were cornered and the snake gave an infuriated hiss as he was picked up like a troublesome child. "Blondie, ya gonna behave and come along or is Rin gonna havta carry ya?" the man asked as he didn't seem to notice Orochimaru hitting him and trying to free himself. Deidara glanced at Rin, who had the stinging device in hand already, before nodding silently and following as the man started walking away.
"Let me go!" the Sannin yelled, looking around for something to snatch from a guard that could aid him in his escape. "Let them go!" Kakashi yelled in clear distrust and the pale ninja felt his stomach drop. If even the copy ninja didn't trust this man then he probably was no good at all.
The man, despite not looking at all muscular, had no problem in holding onto the two struggling Sound shinobi. "Will ya sit still? 'M not gonna do anything to ya. Yer in good hands, trust me." He eventually and the overly irritated snake hissed at him. "You're voice is the most annoying thing I've ever fucking heard! Let me down dammit!" Deidara stared at his friend with wide eyes; it was always plainly obvious the snake was not one for profanities.
"If anything I'm doing ya a favor. I mean, I'm gonna be giving ya the chance to get a ticket outta this." Instantly Jun and Orochimaru froze in surprise, looking at the man the best they could as Deidara was forced along by Rin. The man smirked at them and hummed as he walked. "Also, I'll stop with the accent now. When everyone thinks you're from the country side it's best just to play the part because no one tends to pester the country siders."
Okay, more or less where I wanted it to end XD wanted them to be where they're gonna be staying before I ended it but I ran outta room for the chapter XD R&R please~
