I feel SO bad for not updating in three months, but then again, three months is pretty good, compared to my other stuff..
Anubis walked right up to Sadie and kissed her. Sadie gasped. When they broke apart she said, "What. Was that?"
He laughed. "I believe it was a kiss, Lady Kane."
Blushing, Sadie hit his arm. "I know that! I meant, why?"
"Because I love you, you are amazing, and you are so perfect."
"Yes, I agree," Sadie said, the smirk never leaving her face once it was put on.
Anubis laughed again.
"Anubis...?" Sadie hesitantly asked.
"Yes?"
"Where are we?"
"...at the Twenty-first Nome..."
"Mo, I meant...as...us."
"Oh. Well, where do you want us to be?"
"Together," Sadie whispered.
Anubis smiled. "Forever," he said.
Sadie, despite herself, had to smile too as she leaned in to kiss him. "I love you," she breathed.
"I know," Anubis smirked, relishing in her laugh.
Sadie just rolled her eyes.
"And you love me too."
"I do."
