Chapter 3

A few minutes later Troy and Gabriella arrived at the restaurant and parked the car. They got out of the car and locked it up. Troy walked over to Gabriella and took her hand into his. They walked up to the restaurant and went inside it. Troy and Gabriella went up to the hostess and she asked them if they had a reservation. Troy told the hostess that there should be a reservation under the last name Bolton. The hostess looked in the book and saw the last name Bolton. So the hostess took Troy and Gabriella to their table. The hostess told Troy and Gabriella that the waitress would be with them shortly and then walked a way. Troy and Gabriella sat down at their table and then looked at the menus,while they were waiting for the waitress to come to their table.

Gabriella looked up from her menu and over to Troy. She wondered when Troy would ask her to be his girlfriend. Gabriella decided to stop staring at Troy and went back to looking at her menu. Troy had felt eyes on him and wondered why Gabriella had been staring at him. Troy set his menu down and was now looking at Gabriella. Troy hope that Gabriella will say yes to being his girlfriend. So the waitress came to their table and asked them if they were ready to order. So they told the waitress that they were ready to order. So they gave their order to the waitress and she left their table.

Gabriella asked Troy what they will be doing after they have ate. Troy told Gabriella that they are going to go see a movie. Gabriella then asked Troy what the movie they are going to see. Troy said to Gabriella that it was a surprise and she would find out soon. So the waitress came back to the table and set their food in front of them. The waitress told them she would be back with their bill and so she left the table. Troy and Gabriella ate their dinner and did a little bit of talking. Gabriella finish eating her food and told Troy she was going to go use the ladies room. So she left the table and went to the bathroom. The waitress came back over to the table and gave him the bill. The waitress left the table and went to another table. Troy had finish his dinner and got up to go pay the bill.

Gabriella finish looking at her face and then left the bathroom. She went to the table and saw that Troy was not there. Gabriella put her coat on and picked her purse up. She wondered where Troy had went. Gabriella walked out of the restaurant and sat down on the bench. She looked around the parking lot and then she saw Troy's car was still parked. Gabriella then realized that Troy might have went to the bathroom too. She decided to stay outside and wait for him. Troy had paid the bill and then went to use the restroom. He came out of the bathroom and went back to the table to wait for Gabriella.

Gabriella was getting tired of waiting for Troy and so she decided to call Taylor. Gabriella asked Taylor to come get her from the restaurant. Taylor asked Gabriella where Troy was at. Gabriella told her friend she did not know where he was at. Taylor then asked Gabriella what restaurant she was at. So Gabriella told Taylor the restaurant that she was at. Taylor told Gabriella she was on here way and would see her in a few minutes. So Gabriella hung her cellphone up and waited for Taylor to show up. A few minutes later Taylor show up and Gabriella got in the car. They left the restaurant and went to her house. Taylor could not believe that Troy left Gabriella alone at the restaurant. Taylor asked her friend if she was okey. Gabriella told Taylor she was fine.

Troy wondered what was taking Gabriella so long. So he sent a text message asking Gabriella if she was going to be much longer in the bathroom. What Troy did not know was that Gabriella had left the restaurant and was with Taylor. So Troy was sitting and waiting for Gabriella to come out of the bathroom. Another waitress saw Troy and went to see if he needed anything. Troy told the waitress he was fine and that he was waiting for his date to get back from the bathroom. The waitress told Troy that his date was not in the bathroom and that she had left the restaurant not to long ago. Troy thank the waitress for telling him and so he left the restaurant. He went to his car and got into it. Troy left the restaurant parking lot and went looking for Gabriella. He could not believe she had left him at the restaurant.

They arrived at Taylor's house and park the car. Gabriella got out of the car and went up to the house. Taylor also got out of her car and locked it up. They went into the house and to her bedroom. Taylor asked her friend how she was doing. Gabriella told her friend that she was doing fine. Taylor then asked her friend if she wanted some thing to drink. Gabriella told Taylor she would like a bottle of water to drink. Taylor told her friend she would be back with the drinks. Gabriella took her cell phone out and checked her messages. Gabriella saw that she had a message from Troy and decided not to respond to it.

A/N I am sorry it has taken me so long to get this chapter up. I have been dealing with major writer's block for all my hsm stories on here. Sorry this chapter is some what short but i decided to end the chapter here. I know in the last author's note i said that Troy would be asking Gabriella to be his girlfriend but i decided to have it happen in the next chapter. The next chapter will have Troy finding Gabriella at Taylor's house and them having a little bit of a talk.
