/DING DONG
"Just a second!" yelled Sakura as she paced towards the door of her apartment. With a quick twist of the door knob, the door opened. An instant smile crept across the pinkette's lips. "Sasuke-kun… come in!" she said gleefully.
The raven haired guy flashed his usual smirk as he stepped inside. His eyes wandered from Sakura's face to the hallway while his smirk flattened into a straight line. "Am I late?" he asked, eyeing Sakura.
"No, I was expecting you… and dinner is almost ready" stated Sakura as she walked towards the kitchen with Sasuke entailing her.
All the while, Sasuke looked around. He wondered why Sakura's apartment still so tidy. All of her photo frames were still hanging on the wall and stuffs still in place.
At the kitchen, Sasuke sat at the dining table. Meanwhile, Sakura was proceeding with her cooking. "Almost done, just wait for awhile…" she said, glancing at her boyfriend over her shoulder.
"Hn…" Sasuke simply hummed. He was bothered by something. However, he did not want to ruin the dinner, thus deciding that he will ask about it later.

After the dinner, Sakura cleared the table. However, she was bothered by something too. "Sasuke-kun…" she called out. Sasuke placed the cup on the table and turned to look at the pinkette.
"What is it, Sakura?"
"Uhm… Is- Is there anything bothering you, Sasuke-kun?"
Sasuke stared at Sakura silently for some moment while the lady replied the stare with equal intent. "Hn-" Sasuke tore his gaze away. "Nothing- I'm fine…" he lied.
Sakura nodded silently as she placed all the dirty dishes in the sink. "But, I noticed that you were not so interested in our conversation the entire dinner… It seems like, you have a prob-"
"It's you, Sakura—"
"What?"
"The problem is you—" Sasuke stated coldly as he frowned at her.
"How can it be? Why am I the problem?" Sakura mimicked the Uchiha's deep frown.
Sasuke heaved a deep breath. "Why aren't you packing yet? I thought you're moving in with me soon?" he said. A blush appeared on his cheeks.
For seconds, Sakura was stunned. Then she chuckled softly as she took a seat across of the curious guy. "Well, I think I'll do that next week…" she said and right at that moment, Sasuke's eyebrows twitched.
"Why?" asked the irritated guy.
"Just- there's a little bit of things I have to settle. Besides, my landlord isn't here until next week and- I thought of telling this to my parents first…"
Sasuke sighed loudly. "Fine… just don't forget about tomorrow…"
Sakura gaped. "Ah- about that… Lucky that you mention it, I almost forgot actually… But I think I can't make it. Sorry, but we have to cancel the picnic…" she said, biting her bottom lip.
"Tch. What's the matter now, Sakura?". Sasuke crossed his arms in slight annoyance.
"Calm down… something so important came up that I can't excuse it at all tomorrow… so-"
"Enough Sakura…" Sasuke spat. Anger was clearly shown on his face and in his tone, that the said lady was frozen. "What else is much more important than spending time with me? I just want to create some memories with you before-"
Sakura frowned at Sasuke, waiting for him to continue.
"Before- the season ends…" Sasuke muttered.
"Sasuke-kun… the sakura sighting take place every year… besides, it's not our first time…" the pinkette chuckled.
"But this might be our last, Sakura…" Sasuke silently thought.
