Deceiver: I have decided to try and put my butt down and finish this chapter. I think there will be one more chapter but it will be shorter. The only reason I didn't finish this earlier is because after like two attempts to finish writing this, I didn't like it and deleted the entire thing. But I think this is good enough, especially after that chapter.

Also Kano's story…argh…help…sorry but some things from the previous chapters have changed to fit the plot before the anime comes out.

So here you go guys, sorry for the delay and enjoy!

~.~.~.~.~

Everything happened so fast. Right after Shintaro's body hit the ground, the whole world shook abruptly. The remaining members of the Mekakushi-Dan screamed when a thundering crash erupted from the sky as it began to crack and fall, followed by the buildings crumbling away. Metal poles, rubbles pieces of the sky fell all over the place, almost falling on where they were. Konoha was just as dumbfound, looking around in surprise at what was going on.

"Watch out!" Kido pulled Mary and Momo close once she spotted one of the metal poles came zooming down towards them. The little medusa squeaked, trembling in fear. Kido and Momo caught sight of Konoha stumbling back in confusion, muttering something they couldn't hear before the ground below him suddenly opened up. He only had a second to notice before he was swallowed by the darkness, with the blonde idol screaming for her brother when he fell in with the other dead boys. All Kido could do was hold Mary tightly as she sobbed against her.

The feeling of danger and the instinct to run came naturally. Looking around, Kido tried to think, fast. Everywhere was raining with chaos, offering nowhere to hide. Worried for the two girls, she feared this was really the end. It was either having quick, instantaneous deaths, or fall into oblivion with the rest of their fallen friends and family. The idea of dying together seemed nice though.

"Kido!" Mary's cry came when the hole reached them and they all fell in, screaming at the drop. It made Kido's heart jump into her throat, and it was nothing like the roller coaster she went on with the gang. At the back of her mind she wondered if this was how Ayano felt when she jumped off that school building.

Meters below them, they could see the rest of the gang free falling. Their bodies tumbled about from the force of the fall. Konoha looked like he was trying to resist it, but it was no use. At least, somehow anyway, Kido was able to keep her posture right and hold onto the girls.

It might have only been seconds but it felt more like hours since they fell. The pressure against her body was becoming unbearable and she would rather have her body splattered on impact rather than feeling her organs explode before death. It seemed less painful, and she hoped she was right when she held onto the girls tighter and made herself fall backwards. She was going to cushion their fall because that was the last thing she could do for them.

But instead of falling with a splat, she felt she landed on top of someone after she heard someone screaming their names.

~.~.~.~.~

Seto knew this was going to happen. But he always wished it wouldn't come true.

On the day he met Mary, his Eyes showed him everything on what would happen if he, his family and friends got near her. They would all die because of the powers they wished for and for getting close to her. He wasn't sure by who, just remembered someone with a sinister smile who would shoot or strangle them to death with snakes. And later he found out from Kano it was actually their foster father's doing.

But even so, Seto didn't want her to be alone and be feared of. That was why he started to act brave. He needed to be or the fear of death would eat him alive. He didn't want to tell anyone, even when Kano told them that Kenjirou was going to kill them. Even if Mary would cry again, it was all worth it.

But still, he knew she was crying right now. Alone somewhere. Sad… Defenceless…

"Ma…ry…" he rasped out, trying to ignore the harsh pain in his throat. A small whimper was heard nearby, followed by quick footsteps and yelling. Seto wondered what was going on; was this the afterlife? He heard there was no pain after dying, yet why did his throat burn so badly?

He felt a slight nudge to his forehead, making him realize his eyes were closed. And now he noticed his entire body ached as well. Something wet licked his cheek, but he couldn't move away from it. After some struggled, he opened his eyes to see a mountain of junks – mostly broken televisions, looming over him in a void painted in black and yellow.

"Seto!" the boy looked up to see who was calling him. Kano was hobbling over to him, hand clutching his forehead. He gave his tall friend a confused look before he sat down beside him. "You okay, man?"

"I…guess…?" he didn't want to talk, and the blond seemed to get it.

"Alright, I don't want to talk either," he said with a wince. Silence looming over them, and he wondered what was going on. Why were they here?

"Are you…" Kano glanced at him, "…dead…?"

The cat-like eyes didn't flicker at the question, nor did Kano make a reaction. He just shrugged. Well that was helpful. Not sure anymore, he just decided to sleep it off.

"Nice dog by the way," he heard him say, which made him confused again. Dog? Another lick was given to him, followed by a whine. Seto decided to have a look at what was begging his attention, only to have his eyes wide open.

"Ha…Hanako!?" he rasped, a hand came up to rub his childhood friend's head. The dog barked, nuzzling affectionately against his neck because he remembered her. Seto just stared at her happily, too much at a loss of words. "…Missed you…" he tried to say and the dog licked his face again.

Kano smiled at them, before he heard someone coming over. Looking up, he tried to get urge that person closer. She didn't want to; her entire body was trembling even. Hanako looked up and rushed over to her, nudging her legs to move forward. Seto, after getting used to the aches in his body, rolled over to see who it was.

He blinked. "Is that your mum?"

"Yep."

Kano's mother yelped when he was shoved forward, quickly followed by an annoyed voice. "Hurry up, we don't have time."

Both the boys turned to each other, confused, but Kano's mother rushed over with the new company. Kano's eyes widened when he recognized her. "Aren't you…"

"Well, hello to you too, Cat Eyes-san," the girl growled, and that's when the boys realized a rather beaten up Hibiya was holding Hiyori's hand behind him. "As much as I want to smack you senseless, I know it's not entirely your fault and your mum would be more of a train wreck than she already is." Kano did not like that comment. At all. Hiyori glanced down at Seto. "Still hanging in there?"

"I guess…?" Seto had no idea what was going on. Right after that, Hiyori glanced at Hanako, who barked and ran off. He tried to tell her to come back, but his throat still hurt.

Once she was gone, Kano's mother sat next to his son and reached out to him. On instinct her flinched away from her. She stayed still, staring at him for a second before pulling her hand away. Seto slowly sat up, staring at the two in worry. He remembered his powers made him know what Kano's mother did to her son, and it made him worry.

"C'mon, Kano-san, I really don't think he is angry with you," Hiyori tried. The mother turned to her, unsure for a while, but Kano tried to closer to his mother this time. She made a frightful yelp, wanting to run away, but Kano persisted until he was leaning into her, arms around her waist.

"I missed you, mummy," Kano said after a moment of silence. Seto almost did a double take, because his friend sounded so vulnerable just then. He was trembling against her, as if crying, and Kano's mother quickly held him, frantically apologizing as if it's the last thing she could ever do. While Kano tried to tell her she was never at fault, Seto smiled a bit, happy they were together again.

"So how did you guys die?" Hibiya finally asked. His bruises were healing up and he seemed to be more willing to talk. The pain in Seto's throat was becoming bearable, so he made it quick.

"Strangled."

Kano turned to them, and just when Seto noticed the scab shaped like a hole in his forehead, he muttered, "Shot."

"What!?" the boys turned to him with wide eyes.

"Right after you got killed too," Kano groaned and just buried himself against his mother again. The woman just rubbed his back; trying to do the best job to comfort him. That made the raven haired boy realized something.

"We really are dead." Both Hiyori and the mother turned to him, eyes wide. They were silent, but the young girl answered.

"Kind of."

"Kind of?"

"All of you…your friends I mean," Kano's mother tried to explain, "were brought here because we want to help you."

"What do you mean?" Kano pulled back to look at her. She found it difficult to look into his eyes, so she turned away. Hiyori took over though.

"Well…first of all I guess you can tell where you all are?" she gestured to the world around them. Seto just realized there were not only junks, but there were a couple of trucks, poles, traffic signs, burnt up house and broken building all around them. But that still didn't beat the mountain of televisions and the entire place was soaking wet.

"This is Kagerou Daze…right?" he tried, which Hiyori shrugged to.

"The one you were in was the real one and is part of this place, actually," she said. "As you all guessed, you've all died here and got those snakes inside you."

"Do we really have them?" Hibiya cringed. "Konoha's the one with snakes."

"Yes, I know. But shut up because that doesn't change the fact the power you have comes from them!" she snapped at him. "And if it weren't for them, you would be dead already."

Seto blinked. "So did the snake…save us again?"

"We asked them to. We can't have you die again. Not now anyway," Kano's mother sighed. "We're doing all we can to save you and make sure you guys live."

"And leave you all here?" Kano's question made them silent. "You know we came all the way here to save all of you!"

"We know that! But what about us!?" Hiyori yelled at him. "We've died here countless times in order for you all to leave this place and live!" Hibiya tried to stop her but she wasn't going to. "After all that, you really think we would be happy if you just came back here and get killed!? You're no different to what my sister's pathetic husband."

Kano was about to retort, but was quickly silenced when he saw his mother's sad face. She hugged him closer, whispering lowly so that nobody but him could hear. All Kano did was stare back, but then hug her again, saying "Sorry."

Seto turned to her. "So it is not possible for us to get you all out…and what about us?"

"Well…even though you guys died already, we still want you all to live pass this summer," Hiyori said tried to explain. "The only reason we brought everyone back to life was because we want you all to know everything before the next Route starts."

"Route?" Hibiya sounded confused, so did everyone really.

Kano's mother stared at the boys, before asking, "What…would you say if I told you can all go back in time and try again?"

Seto stared at her, about to say something but Hiyori added, "It's possible, but the only thing you guys can do is survive this summer."

They all deflated from her words. Kano and Hibiya didn't know if that was even possible, but Seto think it just might work, but, "Is that why…I feel there's some sort of déjà vu from this?"

Everyone turned to him, and Hiyori tilted her head. "Well…yeah…I guess…I mean I did before I got here…"

"Wait…" Hibiya blinked. "So did I actually!"

Kano blinked at the three of the, about to ask since when did they feel that way before they were interrupted by Seto's dog barking.

"Oh, they're here," Seto heard her say and quickly turned back to where he last saw Hanako. The dog was running towards him, but she was quickly followed by someone.

"Seto!" Mary quickly tackled him into a hug and sent both of them to the floor. Hanako wanted to join in too, but the little medusa was sobbing so hard against his shoulder that she didn't even notice the dog was there. Seto quickly got up, staring down at her with wide eyes before hugging her back, telling her not to cry. "I thought you died…"

"No, I'm not, Mary," he said, couldn't believe this was happening. "I'm here."

Right after that, Kido, Momo and three adults he didn't know of came towards them. The leader of the gang glared at them before coming up and hit both the boys on the head. Kano's mother almost fell back from her son getting attacked, staring up at the girl who was in raging tears.

"I told you guys to run away! But what did you do!?" she yelled at them, and Seto cringed. Kano just stared up at her as she towered over him. "You two got yourselves killed!"

"But we're not dead now," Kano replied, only to have Kido ready to hit him again. But in one swift movement, he got up and wrapped his arms around her body, but let her hit him as much as she liked. She was screaming, wanting him to let go, but he held her tighter. "We're here now…don't cry."

"Who's the one crying, you idiot!" she yelled, but that didn't deny the tears rolling down her cheeks. Kano hushed her and patted her head, letting her cry against him. "I thought I lost you…" she finally sniffled against him.

He sighed and continued to comfort her, and turned back to his mum, wondering what she had to say about this. All he got was a soft, warm smile, which he really liked.

"Where's onii-chan?" they heard Momo said, and they all looked up. The boys seemed to be as confused. Everyone was accounted for, if they leave Ene and Konoha out.

"Did…something happen?" Seto asked as he and Mary sat back up. He looked at everyone who was here, and if his doggy friend was with him, then the new adults must be the ones Kido and Momo lost in Kagerou Daze, and the white haired woman must be Mary's mother.

Pulling back from Kano, Kido's shoulders dropped as she sighed. "Shintaro was also killed."

"What!?" her two closest friends turned to her in shock. "How come…!?"

"Weird things happened…ending with Konoha trying to kill himself…" Momo answered dejectedly. "It turned out Konoha was actually onii-chan's friend who died two years ago."

Kano stared at her for a moment. "Er…right…" he forgot to mention that part. All he did told them was about Kenjirou's research afterall.

"But don't worry. He's alright, I'm sure," a blond man in mid-thirties, Momo's dad, came up and gave his daughter a hug. "Shintaro's being taken care of while we wait, so don't worry."

The idol looked up at him, wanting to ask what he meant, but just sighed. "I…guess."

"But first, before you all leave, I want my daughter to do something," the said girl turned to her mum, confused as she walked up to her and Seto. Patting her head, she smiled. Mary stared up at her, and before her mother said anything, Kano angrily screamed, "Why did you bring them here!?"

Everyone turned to where the blond was glaring at, only to see Ayaka and Kenjirou coming towards them. The shaggy scientist was having difficulty carrying an unconscious Konoha, still completely back, behind his back, making everyone else panic. Mary squeaked and hugged Seto closely; half from being scared while the other half from protecting her friend.

"It's ok! He's out cold right now!" Ayaka tried to reassure them. As much as the Trio missed her, they gave her an unbelieving look. "Really!"

Still silent, the Trio sent a look at Kenjirou. Seeing this, Ayaka elbowed her husband in the ribs.

"Yeow! Alright already!" he lowered the corrupted boy on the floor, sighing at what he had become, and had his eyes on Mary. At once, the small girl yelped and trembled against Seto again. He sighed, looking up at the raven haired boy in defeat. "Kousuke, can you-"

"No." The answer was a flat out rejection, while Kido stood between scientist and Kano. He and his friends' foster father had already lost it after Ayaka's death, and then used Kano for his bidding. He wasn't going to lose Mary to him too.

"Kousuke-san," Shion turned to him. "I promise my daughter won't get hurt. We just want her to turn Haruka-san back to normal for us before we tell you everything."

The gang members present turned to her. "She can do that!?" Momo gawked.

"I-I can't…"

Her mother nodded. "Yes, you can. And I'll help you." She offered her hand. "If we do this, then no one would get hurt again before this Route ends."

No one understood what she meant, but if there were answers, they would like to hear it. A lot of things happened, and it would be nice to know the full story completely rather than just knowing part of it. After a moment of consideration, Mary took her mother's hand, but held Seto's in another.

The three of them made their way to where Konoha laid, the small medusa whimpering in fear. She and Seto knew he was the cause of all the nightmares she had always had, and now this was the first time they had seen him like this.

"What…do I have to do?" Mary asked her mother.

"You have to take out one of the snakes inside him," she explained. "I'm sure you remember how you did it in previous Routes, but this time just focus on the ones in Haruka-kun's."

Mary cringed at the idea, not liking it at all. She did remember, but she never liked what happened when those snakes enter her body. They say all those horrible things, taunting her and Konoha for both failing in their goals again. And if they weren't dreams, then it just made her feel much worse. Turning to Seto, who gave her an encouraging smile, she nodded.

"Okay."

With that settled, Shion explained to her what she had to do. Closing her eyes, Mary began to summon that hidden power inside her. She felt her eyes begin to burn, slowly creeping its way down her body. There were slight, familiar tingles here and there, but she focused on Konoha.

"Slowly, don't rush," she heard her mother say and she nodded. Sensing two main snakes in Konoha, Mary knew which one she wanted to take out. Silently telling it to leave its host and come to her, she felt it resist. Mary tried to force it out, but she heard her friends around her cry slightly in pain.

"Don't force it. It will come to you eventually." Mary bit her lips, taking a deep breath, and tried again. After a few more tries, she finally got it out of Konoha's body, but everyone jumped back when it came out, withering and hissing at them all loudly. Its bright red eyes pierced them, making the children cringe at the idea of them having one inside them as well. Mary finally had it with that snake and knowing it was the cause of all her nightmares, thus she wrenched it out and absorbed it inside her.

Finally done, she fell onto her knees, groaning as she heard that snake snapping at her from the inside as her body changed. Her cheeks tingled more, inching even, as she felt the snake scales grow on her. She hoped they wouldn't appear anywhere visible, but it looked like she was not that lucky.

At the same time, Konoha's body and attire began to change. The clothes slowly turned back to its original colour along with his hair. Instead of white though, his hair and changed to a shade of grey, as well as the pink marking on his right cheek. Everyone stared at him, wondering what would happen to him.

"Is it really alright to just take out that snake?" Kido asked her sister, who nodded.

"Yes, and Haruka still need that snake to live anyway," she said.

"Also he will remember what happened this time," Ayaka explained. "We noticed how he resisted the Wide Awakening Eye's control, so much better."

"You were watching?" Hibiya turned to Hiyori, only to get shoved.

"We were getting ready to see if it work this time…a bit unexpected, but all's good."

While Mary rubbed her arms and cheeks while Seto comforted her, Konoha finally woke up, asking what was going on. After that, while looking around, did Ayake announced. "Okay, everyone's here, we can begin now!"

"Wait," everyone turned to Kano, who looked a bit conflicted. "I think I get why Shintaro-kun and Ene-chan isn't here, but…" he turned to Kenjirou, "where's nee-chan?"

No one answered anything. Kido stared at him with wide eyes, not sure if she heard it right. "N-No…she…"

"She has something to do. And let me tell you this," Ayaka smiled softly at him, just when the televisions all around them came on, showing different footage of them in the past and in the other Routes, "she's been doing a lot of things after she arrived here."

~.~.~.~.~

Everyone explained how this all begin, promising to not make any comment until the very end and only allowed to say something that is relevant. The television showed how the story went to give them a better understanding. First with Azami and her family, why she created Kagerou Daze to begin with because the Wide-Awakening Eye suggesting it. The gang understood this part from her diary they found at Mary's house, but when they got to the part about her giving away one of her powers, did everything begin to spin out of control. Mary had really died just like them a hundred years ago, and that was how she became the queen of snakes and the reason how everyone got their powers on August 15th.

Then it got more twisted when Kenjirou got the Wide-Awakening Snake in him and decided to sacrifice the Trio', Takane' and Haruka's lives to get all the snakes in the real world in order to meet with Ayaka one more time, but Ayano prevented that with Kano's help. Needless to say, everyone was shocked, with Kido gapping as she eyed the blond deceiver, who was now utterly embarrassed now everyone saw him pretending to be Ayano for a few months while she investigated. And right after she trapped a snake with her, he was used by the Wide Awakening Eye, first by being his sister's corpse.

Before a fight broke out, it was then explained that they were all supposed to die after Hibiya and Hiyori went into Kagerou Daze. The girl was mad that she was used and not only that have to go through the same gruesome days of saving Hibiya in order to keep him alive and stall some time. No one understood about the repeating days part, until they got to the part about Routes and saw themselves all brutally killed by the corrupted Konoha.

"And after the Awakening Eye took over Konoha and killed everyone, the girl's Combined Eye activates, stealing all your Eyes back from him before resetting time and all this happens again, with a few alterations to the choices made," Kenjirou finished, making everyone stare at him with wide eyes. Kano literally went limp from knowing he had been doing the same thing for who knows how long while Hibiya almost fainted. The scientist sighed, scratching the back of his head. "I'm…sorry."

"Sorry doesn't cut it!" Ayaka finally snapped and shoved Kenjirou's head onto the floor. The trio almost fell from the impact it made. "I did not adopt those three to kill them just. Because. I. Was. Researching. On. Medusas!" everyone flinched at each impact of her words.

Kenjirou tried to stop her, but all he could cry out was, "I know! I'm really sorry!"

Kano was the first one to try and stop it. "Umm…Ayaka-san, how about…" before he could finish, he saw Kido step up in front of him, delivering a slap across his face.

Seto and Mary gasped along with Kano's mum and Kido's sister, before the leader growled, "That, was for being the biggest idiot ever for not telling me and Seto any of this."

Kano didn't look up at her. "Actually, Seto knew about that part as well." For that remark, he got another blow.

"And finally," she huffed before she suddenly hugged him. Kano blinked at the sudden affection. "This is for all the time I never noticed how you really felt," she whispered. He didn't say anything, nor did he use his Eyes. Instead he just hid his face against her shoulder and whimpered.

Both Kano's mum and Kido's sister glanced at each other, the older green hair girl patting the woman's back.

"So…does that explain why I feel like I have bad cases of déjà vus?" Hibiya asked.

Hiyori just shrugged. "Well, since the reset has been going back to August 14th, I guess you would retain it like that Mary over there," he pointed at the girl. "But really, other than you two, no one else has them."

"Except us," Kido's sister grumbled. The gang looked turned to her, and she sighed. "Being dead in this world and living again in the other world does allow you to remember everything well."

"No…way…" Momo whispered in shock, turning to her dad. "But…if you somehow knew…why did you…"

"I can't let someone I care about die if they actually have a chance to live again," he explained. "We did try to keep everyone of you dying, but it was…no use. Even though it's harsh, we would all make the same decision again when the choice is given to us."

Seto turned to Hanako, who barked in agreement. Hiyori looked away from Hibiya, trying hard not to cry like a certain young medusa over there.

"Mum…" Kano asked after pulling away from Kido. "Did it hurt?"

She didn't look at him. "I…couldn't take it. I'm sorry, Shuuya."

He went over to her. "But why…you could have let me die that day," he shook his head. "I've…been thinking that if I was gone you would have been happier! You wouldn't have to deal with me because I was useless! Why did you-"

Kido stopped him just when Kano's mum shook her head in dismay, sobbing even. She kept on apologizing, couldn't look into his eyes. Kido's sister stood next to her, turning to the two teens and said, "That's because we love you. We still do."

Those words rang loudly in them, the gang stunned from the words. At first they never thought of it, but then after hearing the conditions to get out here, they felt guilty. But hearing those who died for them still care for them, made them want to cry.

"I'm not worth it."

"You are."

The kids all slowly accepted it, seeing as they were smiling at the decision they made.

"Umm…I have a few questions." Everyone turned to Konoha now. He hadn't made a single word or show an expression, but now he looked nervous. "I noticed at the final footages in the videos…but…" he looked at the televisions in confusion. "Why aren't Shintaro and Ene with us in the other Routes?"

The gang blinked, not comprehending. "That's right," Mary began. "In my dreams, Hibiya sometimes shows up, but never Shintaro and Ene."

"What?" Momo turned to her.

"Actually, about that," Ayaka stopped forcing Kenjirou to bow, "see, that's my daughter' and Ene's doing," everyone went silent at the mention of not only the former cyber girl, but Ayano too, "after she came in here, remembered what was going on even, she began to devise a plan with Ene-chan."

"Umm…plan?" the gang had enough plot twist for the last hour.

"Yeah, well you know how much Ayano likes that Shintaro," at that Kano groaned, "and she certainly didn't like what Shuuya-kun did to him after pretending to be her corpse…" On cue, Momo and Kido glared at Kano, demanding to know what he did later. "And because of that, Shintaro actually died on the same day as when Hibiya-kun and Hiyori-chan came in here. Since Ayano wanted him to know why she actually died to begin with, she told Ene to somehow get him out of the house and meet everyone." She gave them a smile. "And boy! That took forever!"

All the gang stared at her, eyes blinking to try and comprehend all this. "Ene…remembers…everything?" Konoha asked when no one else could speak. Not exactly the right question, but still.

At that, Kenjirou groaned. "I thought the snake got rid of her good, but she somehow ended up at that Shintaro's house," he grumbled. "It turned out her Eyes allowed her to travel into this world as well and talk with Ayano on what they should do. The snake thought getting her body back would stop their plans, but turns out coming back here allowed her to roam freely and set all this into motion."

"Don't tell me…" Kido began as the pieces clicked into place. "The reason why Shintaro and Ene is not here with us…"

Ayaka nodded. "He's with Ayano. And she's giving him the one thing to break out of this Endless Summer."

All of them couldn't take that last information. This was all too much. They were supposed to die. They died over a hundred time in this summer. Ayano died in for them. And now Shintaro was the key player. None of them spoke for a while, until there was a distant screaming.

"Umm…you hear something?" no one listened to Konoha as he looked up at the black sky. He swore the sound was getting louder by the second. "Something's falling."

"Konoha, can you please shut up and…" Kido blinked when she heard it too. One by one the gang snapped out of their daze and looked around, wondering what was the sound. Mary noticed how the albino was pointing at the sky, so she looked up as well, and squeaked.

"What?" Seto asked as everyone looked up, all of them back tracking at the familiar red figure falling.

"What the!?"

"Whoa! Incoming!"

The gang all jumped out of the way and Shintaro plummeted into the mountain of television with a deafening crush, destroying it and making them it all collapse. Everyone ran for it as they tumbled down, taking cover as far away as they could. The televisions were smashed into pieces, destroying the footages of how they were all killed or how the Route should have played. No one dared to look at the sight of how everything crumbled into nothing.

When it was over, leaving a cloud of dust in the air, the gang got out of hiding. "What the hell was that!?" Kido rasped after the initial shock. Kano looked around though.

"Mum…everyone else is gone…" They all noticed that, so it was just them left. From where the crash happened though, they heard a nervous laughter.

"Err…whoops…I over did it I think."

The dust cleared up a bit to show a girl floating above the wreckage, trying to not laugh at how Shintaro struggled in it. She giggled a bit, until she heard someone calling out her name.

"Takane!"

Blinking, she looked up and turned to where it came from. Her eyes went wide as Konoha came running towards her, a familiar bright smile on his face as he climbed over the wreckage, followed by everyone. Ene slowly landed on her feet, staring at him in shock until he stood in front of her, grinning.

"Ha…ru…"

Shintaro looked just as surprised. "Umm…Haruka? Is that you?"

The albino turned to him. "Ah! Shintaro! Are you alright!?" he panicked and tried to pull him out. He didn't notice how it wasn't working and the hikiNEET was actually squished by broken televisions.

"Stop it, Haruka! You're gonna tear me in haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaalf!"

Kano started to burst out laugh at the scene, but was lightly smacked on the head by Kido. Seto came over and started to help digging Shintaro out, before Kano and Kido came over to help him as well while Hibiya helped Konoha. Momo and Mary stood back, watching with Ene.
