Chris explained what had happened the previous week.

"EVERYONE! WAKE UP!" Chris shouts into his megaphone.

"Seriously? It's like three in the morning." Heather complained while throwing the sheets off of her.

"I'm hungry." Harold sighed.

"Can you think about somebody else for a change because you are always complaining about the fact that you are always hungry? For example, if I don't get enough sleep, I am all grumpy."

"Can you be nice for once hun?" Sugar demanded.

"What do you mean?"

"Ugh, nothing."

"No, answer me."

"Fine. For one thing, you trick others to become friends with you and use them to get you to win the season."

"No, I don't!"

"Yes, you do. I've watched all of the seasons prior to the one I was in. A good example would be from season one when you tricked a few girls to become friends with you and…"

Heather sighed and started to get ready for the day.

"Ahh!" Eugene screamed after he woke up. His bed was right outside of team one's house. "Who did this?"

"That would be me." Duncan sniggered.

"Why? Wait… aren't you on team two?"

"It was a prank and yes I'm on team two."

"Then how did you…"

"I snuck in with Harold when everyone was asleep."

"Who screamed?" Arnold yawned while rubbing his eyes.

"Eugene was."

"Why?"

"It's because he was pranked."

"EVERYONE! HURRY UP!" Chris shouted through his megaphone again.

"Okay everyone. This week you will canoe five laps around the island."

"Is he serious about this?"Heather whispered to Phoebe and she nodded.

"Here's how it will work. Each canoe can fit two. I will pair you guys up. You will only be paired up with someone on your team. Now for the pairing.

"For team one: Arnold and Curly, Gerald and Eugene, Cody and Courtney, Gwen and Eva, Leshawna and Sid, and Brainy and Scarlett.

For team two: Phoebe and Stinky, Harold and Sugar, Sierra and Heather, Duncan and Tyler, and Lindsay and Sky. Now get going!"Chris shouted.

"On your mark… get set … go!" Chris exclaimed.

"So Eugene what happened…" Gerald was interrupted by the boat slamming into something.

"What happened over there?" Cody wondered.

"You think we should stop and help them?" Courtney asked.

"No… As much as I do, I think we should try to win for the team."

"Well… we would be helping the team either way."

"I was hoping he would agree. Like I said last week, I want Gwen to go." Courtney shouted.

"Does this have anything to do with Gwen?" Cody demanded.

"Uhh…" That was all Courtney could say.

"I thought so. Plus, I thought you would have been over it long before now."

"No, I haven't... Maybe I have been overreacting."

"You have been for almost two years now."

They continued to canoe.

"Ugh. I can't believe I got paired up with you." Heather scoffed.

"Hey, I thought we were friends." Sierra sighed with a sad expression.

"I was only acting so that we would get Gwen voted off a few seasons back."

Sugar was right. Sierra thought.

"You did a great job last week, Arnold." Curly grinned.

"I thought you did well when you played baseball last week." Arnold replied.

"Thanks."

Everyone was at lap two, whereas Gerald and Eugene were still in the same place.

"What should we do?" Eugene panicked.

"I don't know." Gerald replied.

"If we lose, then the team will hate us."

"No, they won't. They will probably understand that it was a boating accident."

"Hey Chef, what should we do about Gerald and Eugene's boat?" Chris wondered.

"I don't know… wait. I think I may have an idea." Chef replied.

"What is going on?!" Heather shouted.

"What do you mean?" Sierra wondered.

"Look to your right, Sierra."

Sierra glanced over and there were Gerald and Eugene. They had started canoeing.

"What kind of joke is this?" Heather complained.

"I don't know." Sierra replied.

"Chris had replaced our canoe!" Eugene shouted in response.

Heather crossed her arms. "Is that even allowed?" She spat, shaking her head with disbelief.

"So, why did you want to do something about this, Chris?" Chef wondered.

"I was doing it for the viewers and the ratings." Chris replied.

"You don't care about the campers, do you? You only want to help the show."

"That's right."

It was almost the end of lap four and Arnold and Curly's boat, and Linday and Sky's boat were head to head- Gerald and Eugene's right behind them.

"How did they get ahead of us? I mean, we were a whole lap ahead." Heather scoffed.

"I'm not sure, but where's Cody?" Sierra wondered.

"Can you think about anyone besides Cody for once? Jeez."

"Why?"

"Why?! Why?! We could lose, that's why!"

"You only think about yourself, Heather!"

"You only think about Cody, Sierra!"

The race was almost over and nothing had changed.

"We're almost to the finish line." Arnold stated.

The race had finished.

"The winner is… Arnold and Curly."

"Okay campers, you may think that was the only challenge of the week. Well, you thought wrong." Chris grinned. "You have one more."

"What is that, Chris?" Heather demanded.

"The next challenge is chess."

"CHESS?!" Seriously?"

"Yes, chess."

"The first two contestants to play chess against each other are Arnold and Lindsay." Chris announced.

"Checkmate." Arnold announced after only a couple of plays.

"Wow. That was fast." Chris stated.

"It looks like team two will go to elimination again."Chris announced.

"Again?!" Heather scoffed. "Why does it have to be us?"

"Calm down Heather. Maybe team one will go to elimination next week." Sierra explained, trying to calm Heather down. She only rolled her eyes.

"The votes are in. When I call your name, come and get a chocolate bar. Phoebe… Sugar… Harold… Sierra… Lindsay… Stinky… Duncan… Tyler…

"The final chocolate bar goes to either Heather or Sky. The bar will go to…

"…

"…

"…

"Sky. That means that Heather will be going home today." Chris announced, leading Heather to the paddle boat.

"Whatever!" Heather scoffed.
