"Dean! Dean wake up!" Sam shouted suddenly.

"Ugh what the hell Sammy," Dean said, "Last thing I remember is Cas zappin' out again and then nothin'."

"I know, but I think we have a little problem right now," said Sam, "I think I'm hallucinating-"

"No you're not," Dean interrupted, "I see the blue police box slowly appearing outta nowhere too."

"Should we knock?" Sam exclaimed in an ambiguously sarcastic voice.

"Yeah, sure Sammy, and they'll open right up and invite us in for tea and biscuits." Dean replied.

Suddenly the door to the TARDIS slammed open without the Doctor's direct consent, and the Doctor stuck his only his head out of the door.

"Hello! You two boys! You want some tea and biscuits?" said the Doctor unknowingly.

Sam and Dean both looked at each other, realizing the irony.

"That'd be great," said Dean, "But you mind tellin' us who the hell you are first?"

"Oh right, sorry!" said the Doctor, "I'm-"

Suddenly, without warning, Castiel appeared in the middle of the TARDIS and where Sam and Dean stood.

"What?!" the Doctor yelled.

"Well hello, 'What'." said Dean. "Creative name."

"No!," said the Doctor, "I'm the Doctor and that shouldn't have just happened!"

"Well, Doctor," said Dean, "I'm in perfectly healthy condition, so if you could just go ahead and disappear again, that'd be swell."

"I'm not a real Doctor," said the Doctor pointing at Cas, "and he's not a real thing. What is he?"

"Hello, Doctor," said Castiel, "My name is Castiel and I am an angel of the lord."

"Angel of the lord?!" said Jack, popping out of the TARDIS. "In all my travels I have never seen any 'Lord'."

"Big universe." said the Doctor quickly, "It's all really debatable actually. Now everybody, get in my box."

"Sorry but-," Sam said.

"It's bigger on the inside, you'll figure it out," interrupted the Doctor, "I have no time, the TARDIS is about to leave again, I'll explain in my box now get in."

Without explanation, everybody happened to trust the Doctor, like they had known him for years. They quickly rushed into the TARDIS. And it left very shortly afterward.
