Chapter 2 was REALLY short so I decided to write chapter 3 now, just so there's more to read. This is a battle scene(yay!), so we finally get to see Jay in action, sweet! Anyway enjoy.

Chapter 3: Old Friends
Jay made her way to the Ops Center. The rest of the Titans were already there.
"What's going on, Robin?" Cyborg asked.
"What was SO important that you had to wake me up from my nap?" Jay snapped, rubbing her eyes.
"Control Freak has been spotted downtown at-" Robin began.
"Video Dome." Everyone (but Jay) said dryly.
"What a surprise..." Raven remarked sarcastically.
"Control Freak?" Jay inquired.
"He's just some lame couch potato." Beast Boy responded.
"Who has control of a magical remote." Starfire added.
"Yeah, so we'll be in and out of there in 5 minutes." Cyborg flashed Jay a grin.
She blushed profusely.
Keep it together Jay....
"Titans, move out." Robin commanded.
"Sure thing Bird Boy." Jay joked and walked out with the rest of the Titans.

The Titans burst through the doors of Video Dome.
"Ahhh!" The woman store clerk screamed, she was being attacked by a stack of possessed video games.
"No need to scream, you can save yourself if you answer me this. What is Space Gladiators 4 doing in the sci-fi section?" Control Freak questioned, tapping his remote against his hand.
"Um, because it's science fiction?" The woman answered fearfully.
"Wrong! If you would have researched the movie, you would have known that the idea for Space Gladiators was based off of a mission assigned to an FBI agent during his stay at Area 51 in the 1950s. He took notes of all his encounters with the 'aliens', thus having solid proof to create this movie series. This would conclude that Space Gladiators is indeed historical fiction, making your placement of it incorrect." Control Freak announced, point his remote down to the woman.
"And now you shall-" He began, but was knocked down by a dark blue ball of energy.
He got up and looked at the girl who shot at him. Her eyes and hands were glowing dark blue.
"Jay? Is that you?" He blinked in disbelief.
"You've always talked to much Eugene..." Jay smirked.
"EUGENE?!" The 5 Titans yelled.
"It is you!" Control Freak smiled and dropped his remote. He ran towards Jay and hugged her. She hugged him back.
The teens stared at the two in shock.
"Haha, how you doing Eugie?" Jay asked.
"Eh, a little evil here and there. You?" He inquired.
"Staying with my sister and the rest of the Titans. Stopping a few bad guys, the usual." She smiled.
"Glad to hear it." He replied, smiling back as well.
The others just observed in utter confusion.
"Um...what's going on?" Robin requested.
Jay just chuckled.
"When I was 10 I was lonely and depressed, so I came to Earth looking for Raven. I ended up in Jump City and I met Eugene, aka Control Freak. He wasn't very evil back then. (not that he is now either.) We ended up becoming really good friends." Jay confessed, Control Freak nodding in agreement.
"Okay..." Cyborg said.
"This is probably the weirdest thing I've ever known." Beast Boy claimed.
"This would me counted as 'creepy', correct?" Starfire implied.
"Definitely." Raven added.
Jay and Control Freak just laughed.
"Well, it was nice seeing you Jay. I'm just gonna go home now, you guys would've stopped me anyway." Control Freak stated, picking up his remote and walking towards the door.
"It was great to see you too Eugene, maybe we could hang out later." Jay suggested.
"Totally! Catch you later Jay!" He commented and walked out.
"See ya!" She mentioned happily. She turned back towards the Titans.
"What?", She asked.
"Now that was just freaky..." Robin indicated.
Jay rolled her eyes.
"Let's go home." She declared.
There you have it, chapter 3! I hoped you liked it, a little comedy aside from all the relationship drama. I don't actually know Control Freak's real name(because he doesn't have one), but I though Eugene was a pretty nice fit. Anyway, review please!
