I sit there dumbfounded and shocked staring at him. "H-How do you know my name" I say in barely a whisper. He just laughs again in my face like a crazy person, "well your dad came over and introduced himself to us and told me about you. Ugh that is something dad would do and he knows I hate it when he talks about me to other people.
"Well I'm sorry about all the boring details he told you about me" I said. "No you're not a boring person at all I find you very….interesting", he says as a soft smile appears on his face. I can totally feel my whole face turn red….. I don't understand how just a few words can make me so red, just as I was about to say a response my sister texts me saying I'm wanted home now.
"Crap my parents are home!" panicked I hop off the stool and run for the door but I stop just before opening it. "Hey I never caught your name", he smiles softly, "my name is Austin", he says with a cool grin on his face. Smiling I rush out the door into the cool night running home. Austin….well that's a cool name he seems like sweet guy considering all of the cruel people in my life. I finally make it up the steps of my house but before I can open the door my step-mother opens it.
"WHERE WERE YOU!" she screams. Annoyed I go past her and into the kitchen for a glass of water. "Ally I believe your mother asked you a question" my dad says sternly with a bit of anger and annoyance in his voice. "I was out with a friend" I say clearly annoyed pouring the water into the cup and drinking it." A friend…..that's hard to believe ally since I haven't seen you go out all day!" my dad yells. "What friends could you have possibly made you just got here, and who would be friends with you", Marie says in a snooty attitude as Chelsea and my step-mother laugh on.
I can feel the tears brimming in my eyes just wishing I wasn't here being verbally attacked, this would have never happened back home with mom.
I run upstairs to avoid any further humiliations and slam my door shut locking it as, I hear nothing but laughing downstairs. I lay in my bed with tears flooding my pillows just hoping and wishing this was a dream.
I hear knocking on my window, but I don't bother to look up and the knocking continues or at least ten minutes when I hear a bang on the window and a loud one at that. Sitting up I see a boy with blond hair….AUSTIN! I run to the window and open it.
"Jeez what took you so long I thought you were dead!" he says while climbing into my room. "Sorry", I murmur softly. Suddenly I can feel his cold hand on my cheek, "have you been crying" he asks softly. I look down at me hands avoiding his eyes.
"Oh Ally I'm so sorry I never meant to get you in trouble honestly" then take his hand off my cheek "It's not your fault it was me that left the house without permission" I say softly.
"Look I want to make it up to you, how about I take you out with a couple of my friends tomorrow night at my party" he says smiling. Confused I decide not to remind him that it was leaving the house that got me in trouble in the first place, but I just shake my head yes.
"Cool I'll stop by around 8:30 to come get you oh and have you seen m phone I can't find it" I shake my head no as he just shrugs and climbs back out the window into the warm night.
MARIE'S POV
Ugh that skank how does she Know Austin Moon! I quietly shut the door and head back to my room with Chelsea. "So what did you find out" Chelsea says. "Apparently Austin seems to be having a party tom and she's invited" I say. "WHAT how on earth does she know my Austin?" Chelsea says angrily." I don't know but she better leave him alone or else we'll make her lie even more miserable" I say. "SHUT UP MAIE I'm THINKING!...oh wait I know let's make her life miserable than it already is!" Chelsea says. "Um that's what I just said" I say.
"Well who cares is not copyrighted…anyway it seems we have a little party crashing to do Marie so get some beauty sleep because you're going to need it to be as pretty as me" Chelsea says smirking while holding Austin's hone in her hand.
Ignoring her comment I lay in bed thinking of what to do to Ally to keep her away from our precious Austin.
