Okay i am now back. So how you been? i been great lately i has a puppy now his name is Yager but i call him little yager. but my cat don't like him at all. One minute Yager is running around Lucky and the next Lucky is scratching the shit out of the little puppy. I like my cat more... Lucky is more calmer and fatter.. i mean warmer. but i love his fat little belly… ahhh how he eats a lot just like me…. now i am calling myself fat. well i do love food and i do love my cat and we do sleep together and we do sleep all day and do nothing and only get up for food. Wow i need a life… Oh and this chapter have been sitting in my docs so i am going to throw it out there so basically have fun with unedited stuff. :D

I don't own DGM or SNK do i still need to do the disclaimer i already wrote it in the first chapter.

I used some words in the manga in this… but i changed some of it.

Chapter 2.2: I am Human

"You two spent three days in a coma," the man with neatly combed blonde hair said, "do you have any questions?"

"Umm where are we?" a familiar voice said.

From the other cell Allen heard the noise of harsh metal clanking. Allen looked at his hands and notice chains on him too. He followed the chains to the cells wall behind him.

"You can tell by the situation but you are in an underground cell," he said, "you three are under the police force responsibility… we were allowed to talk to you only a few minutes ago. Your friend over there was talked to but he wouldn't respond to any questions."

Che'

"What are you going to do with us?" Allen said as he remember the order locked him up and how he refused to eat for days.

"That is what the judge is going to decide. We don't have the power to make that decision." the blonde man said.

"What about the two trainees that was with me!"the person in the other cell said.

"We are currently asking them questions and hearing what they tell us." He said, "we are also asking questions to people you know in the past."

The blonde man took out a key from his pocket and held it up.

"What we are going to do from now on…. won't be much of a change from how it been so far." He said looking at the other person in the other cell.

"That key!" the person partially screamed.

"Eren is that you?" Allen asked confused.

"Yeah who are you?" He asked.

"Allen the one you told us not to die." Allen said.

"Can you two stay on topic," Levi said glaring at the two ukes.

"Back at your parents house in Doctor yaeger basement in Shinganshina lies the answer to titans am i mistaken?" he said looking at Eren.

"I am not sure about that. My father didn't talk much about what was in the basement he only told me that I'll one day go down in the basement and see what was down there." Eren said with a unsure voice.

"You lost your memories and now your daddy gone missing, eh...now THAT'S convenient…" Levi said with a pissed off(?) face.

"Levi… I thought that i already established that he had no reason to lie." he said looking over at Levi, "There are a few things that i would like to know.. However as of now.. I believe i should ask you what you want."

"What I want?" Eren said.

"To get to your house we have to recover Shinganshina. The door there has been broken. Unblocking it and getting the broken door off would require us to use that titan's power of yours. Like it or not, the titans have a definite influence on our fates. The colossal titan and armored titan follow the same principle as you do presumably. Our will is the key. The key allow humanity to escape this hopeless situation." He said holding up the key. (How did he know his house was broken and that key go to the basement door?)

"I, uh.." Eren said.

"Hello… We don't have all day, you little piece of trash," Levi said looking over at Eren, "What is it you wanna do?"

"I wanna join the Scouting Legion…. and kill them titans sir," Eren said.

"Not bad," Levi said as you saw a small smile on his face for only a few seconds, "Elvin tell the higher ups that i'll be vouching for him… Not that i trust him in the least.. I wanna be around to kill him if he goes rogue and starts to go berserk,"

Levi walked up to Eren's cell and held the bar.

"I doubt the top brass would disagree… I'm the only one fit for the job after all," Levi said, "All right son, you're in… welcome to the scouting legion."

Ervin looked over at Allen and asked,"What is your name?"

"Allen Walker sir," Allen said with a small smile.

"Allen can you remember what happened," Ervin asked eyeing Kanda.

"I remember Kanda and I were fighting with each other and that's all," Allen said trying to remember what happened three days ago.

"How do you fight without maneuver gear?" Ervin asked.

"We have what you called innocence," Allen said.

"You saying you have innocence when you destroyed five houses sound like a load of shit to me," Levi said, "how does your friend do it with a katana?"

"Che how about you try to cut down a titan with mugen and see if you can manage to stay alive," Kanda said with a glare.

"Why don't I cut you down now," Levi said glaring back.

"Why don't we try now with your ballerina dancing," Kanda said.

"You talk shit now but later you'll regret it," Levi said

"You're shorter than the Moyashi over there why should I be scared of you," Kanda said back.

"Yuu stop fighting with other people and try to think about the situation you are in right now," Allen said.

The two seme's glared at each other.

"Tell us what happened back there…," Levi said staring at Allen.

"I don't know… like it said the last thing I remember was Kanda an I was fighting…," Allen said with a unhappy face.

"Allen I didn't mean I say those things about the Usagi and Lenalee….gomennasai," Kanda said looking at his hands.

"Kanda….," Allen said smiling to himself. (Awww this lovey dovey crap XD)

"You homo's get back on topic," Levi said.

"Let us ask you this Allen and Kanda," Ervin said, "do you want to join us and defeat titans or humanity."

"We are exorcist… we live to destroy akuma and anything that hurts humanity," Allen said with determination.

"How about you Kanda," Ervin said looking over at Kanda.

"Che whatever the moyashi say," Kanda said.

"Levi do you mind having two more trainee's?" Ervin asked Levi.

"This will be a pain in the ass," Levi said glaring more than usual.

And so after months when my everything died. i come back with this bad chapter but it took me awhile to organize my life to have time for fanfics and school. Okay here is what i am going to do… I will write my draft on Fridays. Saturday i will spend time doing my homework. Saturday i will be continuing my story.. and so on with the week if i have time. I will be updating both chapter this week will be Titan week then Vampire week then so on each two weeks will be Titans. The other two weeks Vampires good and done. Ahhh it fell so great to understand how to do math when your friend helps you…. HIs name is… shouldn't say his real name… Armin his nickname only i call him because no one else knows snk in my class…. and my guidance teacher. I want to you know kick him as Levi did to Eren. Like i hate him so bad. He wants to get into my personal life and i no want that…..and he told me he wanted to i don't know bring people to my house when he haven't asked my mom or me about shit… sorry for this long author note thing. i has nowhere else to put these things *sigh* i wish i was smart or this wouldn't have happen….. not depressed or anything
