Gilbert? Why as he here?
Alice has gone off to bed, and we are all alone.
He has a tortured look in his eyes, for who knows what reason.
He comes closer, now a determined look is cast over him.
I back up, stumbling over furniture. I feel like a cornered animal.
"Oz, don't." He now looks hurt, "Don't move away from me."
He curls his fingers around my own, slowly pulling my hand to his mouth.
"W-what are you doing?" I manage to stutter.
"Kissing you."
I couldn't even breathe. What was happening?
My insides melted, and my stomach was doing back flips.
I couldn't speak, why?
"Please, accept me." He asks timidly
"I will."
And that was the beginning
