Brambleclaw's shadow
Every time they look at me
they don't see me they see another.
I'm the only one,
out of the four.
Who look exactly like,
that hated soul.
Mothwing's dappled.
Tawnypelt'ts tortishell.
Hawkfrost's close.
But ice blue isn't amber.
My tabby coat
and amber eyes
only match one.
They look at me and think,
I look like him.
Then they hope
that I act nothing like him.
They don't believe me
When I tell them
I won't act like him.
Yes I have ambition,
Just like him.
Yes I want to be deputy,
Just like him.
But I'll control my ambition
and follow the Warrior Code.
Though I imagine
What it's like
if I'm deputy
and Firestar dies.
Only imagine what I'll do
if my ambition gets unleashed.
I'll control it,
And if my father decides to come,
I'll try to control it.
But if he decides to control me
We'll be done.
