Chapter Three (one moon later)
I opened my eyes; I had been reborn as on of Sorrletail's litter! "It will be nice to be a kit again." I thought. Both my parents Frostfur and
Runningwind were dead and my siblings Brightheart and Brackenfur had families. "Wait a minute!" I thought "Brackenfur is Sorrletail's mate, did
that mean my brother is also my father? I wondered "I'll think about it later" I decided….. "Cinderkit…Cinderkit! Someone was whispering in my
ear. "What do you want?" I snapped looking up. "Oh Bluestar, I'm sorry I did not realized It was you.' I apologized. "That's Okay, Cinderkit I
want you to wander into Firestar's den Tomorrow and tell him everything, but warn him not to tell anyone." Bluestar asked me. "Yes Bluestar, I will
but—." I was cut off as Bluestar disappeared. I awoke feeling nervous. What if Firestar did not believe me, what if he told the clan! Sorrletail was
still asleep so I padded out of the nursery toward Firestar's den. I had to hide several times as first Squirrelflight then Rainwhisker pasted me on
their way for dawn patrol. When I finally got to Firestar's den I prodded him awake with a paw. "Cinderkit what are you doing here?" Firestar
exclaimed when he woke. "I must tell you something, I am Cinderpelt." I told him "I was reborn into Sorrletail's litter, I have all my memories, my
accident, Tigerstar's death, the badger attack. " If you don't believe me, ask me anything!" I demanded. A shocked Firestar asked "Who was your
mother?" I simply answered "Frostfur" "Cinderpelt. It is you!" He exclaimed.
