Chapter 3

Harmon confessed to the other murders his wife was in disbelief.

Ziva and Tony asked Abby of Phim could spend the night with which she happily yes. Knowing Tony wanted to take Ziva out to dinner.

Gibbs thanked the BAU for their even thou he would have rather drank poison. McGee waved bye. They handed in their report and Gibbs told Ziva that Eli would be found.

"Gibbs right now all I want to do have a romantic dinner with my husband and worry about it tomorrow," Ziva said, "Phim to stay with Abby. She promised to keep the door locked and let nobody in," Ziva said and left knowing very well that Gibbs would check on Abby later.

Tony and Ziva ate and laughed when Ashley Seaver who was on a when another agent but was bored and she saw the DiNozzos.

Ashley looked at her watch, "I had a lovely Broc, but I have to work tomorrow and don't want to be over sleep. I'll see you later," Ashley smiled and fished her car keys out.

She stopped and said hi and asked how they were doing before dodging her date as she left.

"Tony, do you want another boy?" Ziva asked after Ashley left.

"Don't care as long as the baby is healthy that's all that matters," Tony said kissing her hand the he held in his,

Smiling Ziva looked at Tony," We already boy. Can you handle a girl?"

"I'll have to knock the boy off her with a baseball bat, but yeah," Tony said as the check came.

Paying for the check Ziva covered her shoulders with a black Shaw that matched her dress. She had on strappy heels that were that were killing her feet, but when she was with Tony she could care less.

On the way out to the car somebody drove by shooting an automatic hand gun Ziva tackled Ziva to the ground shielding her body with his own. People were screaming as the glass shattered.

Tony and Ziva were unharmed but stayed till the police came. They helped the injured till help arrived. The ambulance came and Tony had Ziva get her blood pressure taken and they took to the hospital because it was high. (Mine would be to if I was shot at.)

Tony followed behind in his care calling Gibbs who saw it on TV meet Tony there. Abby had Phim, who was asleep in his Pokémon pajamas that Ziva got him over a month ago. Abby was in her black pajama bottom and an oversize NCIS T-shirt. Gibbs had on his NIS T-shirt and pair of jeans.

That doctor came out and said, "DiNozzo."

"Yes how is my wife and the baby?" Tony asked about Ziva.

"They are both fine but I like to keep her overnight to be on the safe side.

"Can I see her," Tony asked.

"Yes right this way," the doctor lead Tony to Ziva bedroom.

Ziva was fuming as she laid in bed When Tony came in she finally relaxed, "Tony what did the doctor say," Ziva said worried about her unborn child.

"The doctor said you both are going to be fine…"

"But?" Ziva looked at her husband.

"They want you to stay overnight," Tony her as she groaned angrily.

"I want to go home, Tony," Ziva said as Abby walked in with Phim asleep in the goth arms.

Then Gibbs walked in and have her his famous stir, "You're staying here, Ziva I'll stay with Abby and Phim so Tony can stay with you. Everything will be alright," Gibbs said reassuring that everything will be alright.

"Alright," Ziva not at all happy about being in the hospital.

Ashley Seaver was getting stitches not far from Tony and Ziva. She called Agent Rossi to come and get her.

She was at her car getting ready to unlock the door when she heard shots being fired. She dodged the bullets just in time, but she was grazed by the temple.

Rossi showed up seeing the stitches he made sure she was alright," Are you sure you are alright?"

"Fine, but I'm worried about the DiNozzos they were there at the restaurant."

"Let's get you out of here and we'll see if they are here," Rossi told her.

Tony held Ziva as she slept. He stayed awake praying that Eli wasn't the cause of this. He talked to Ashley and Rossi when they stopped by the see them earlier.

Tony heard Ziva groan slightly, "Tony, go to sleep."

"Zi, I can't lose you. When Those bullets started to fly I thought I lost you," Tony said kissing Ziva's shoulder.

Ziva rolled onto her back and looked up at her husband, "Tony, you can't lose me. We are a part of each other," Ziva caressed her face.

NCIS BAU

Gibbs was there the next, morning with extra clothes fir Ziva and Tony. Changing into a midnight blue blouse and a pair of blue jeans. Ziva was surprised that she could still wear the jeans that Gibbs gave her since she had them before she had Phim.

Tony had on his red button down shirt and pair of black slacks. Tony always smiled when he saw his wife gave a secret smile when she came out of the bathroom.

Gibbs took Tony and Gibbs to NCIS, but first the first thing they did was go to see Phim who was under the watchful eyes of Sarah McGee who smiled when she saw them.

Phim saw his parents and his eye lit up lick a Christmas tree, "Mommy. Daddy," he ran up to Ziva and hug her legs and then Tony's who bent down and picked him up.

"Are you being a good boy for Sarah," Tony asked as he saw as he saw Sarah get up to see to a child who mother was just getting ready to drop off.

"Yes, Daddy," he said reaching for Ziva, "Mommy he squealed when Ziva kissed him on the cheek.

"Where you good for Aunt Abby, Phim? Ziva asked nuzzling his check making the toddler giggle.

Yes," Phim said giving Ziva a hug.

"Daddy and I will pick up today," returned the hug, "you be good today," Ziva gently out him down.

"Me will," Phim said as Ziva put him down, "Luv you."

"Mommy and daddy have to go to work," Tony kneeled down and kissed his son."

Bye Daddy. Bye Mommy," Phim said giving him hug.

Leaving Phim in the caring hand of Sarah McGee then went to work to find out who shot up the restaurant they were at the night before.

When they entered the bullpen they found the BAU, "You better out of my chair, Morgan if you want to live," Ziva said to the dark skinned agent.

Morgan took one look at the Israeli- American and moved as quickly as possible.

"Did you get lost?" Tony asked then as Gibbs came with his cup of coffee.

"They had an agent that got hurt last night at the restaurant," Gibbs said coming in.

"Is Ashley alright?" We saw her at the restaurant she left few moment before we did," Ziva's brown eyes were filled with concern,'

"A bullet grazed her temple," Rossi relieved, "But she alright."

"I had to stay overnight," Ziva said, "They were worried about my blood pressure and me being pregnant. Your would go up to if you had bullets flying at you."

A/N The reasons I haven't updated this story is because first I got married and been without internet. Second I lost the book the story was written and a finally found it,. The Third and last reason I have been working five days a week and tired when I get home and on my days off a want to rest and I also been working on my Dark Hunter story and my Justice League story.
