Where: Authors choice, though i would prefer that is started in the chamber of secrets with Harry being betrayed, and as a consequence somehow gets send back to the point in time when the first "Lords of Shadow" takes place, which i believe is somewhere around either Scottland or Irland and maybe Wales, then streaching over France and the Netherlands and Germany, then through either the Czech Republic or Poland through to Ukraine, then to large parts of Russia and Kazakhstan, and once he is to go to defeat the final Lord of Shadows it takes Place somewhere in the regions of the lower middle east like Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Iran, Afghanistan, Pakistan and maybe parts of west China.
However i believe that his castle, the legendary Castlevania is placed in the region of Novosibirsk.

Optional: He befriend the four founders of Hogwarts and finds them to be alot diffrent then what history tells.
Helga will be a calm mother-hen that has a slight drinking problem that does not affect her work as a teacher but influences it in slightly weird ways.
Rowena will be a funloving bookworm that gets herself in stupid situations all the time but is also a very whimsical person, with no patiance.
Godric will be an idiot that talks big but more often then not have to put his foot in his mouth, but is still a kind an lovable person as he will be open about himself and never hide who he is, think of a combination of Onizuka from GTO and Nagi from Negima.
and Salazar is to be a person how loves history in all it's faucets and who adores and gushes like a fangirl over beasts of all kind, kinda like Hagrid, but will good naturdly threaten you to never tell what you just saw, he will also be a person who ovely worry for both the magical world and friends, family and students.
Recommendation(s): Take your time and build Harry/Gabriel up slowly, i would even go so far as to state that after he is betrayed he will not JUST be sent back, but even reborn into the body of Gabriel Belmont and that he will lose his memories of his previous life until he becomes the legendary Count after the "Forgotten-One" is killed and that the power surge he feels after getting his new found power will be what awakens them.
My recommendation is that you take at least one hundred to one hundred and fifty, maybe even two hundred chapters to tell this fic, but that would require that you write at least thirty to fourty thousand words in every chapter.
