Author note: Well this certainly took a lot of time to come out, I am attempting to use a program called Grammarly to help me with editing and fixing mistakes and so forth. I have noticed it has a ton of perks if I get a premium for it at some point which I am very much considering it since I really wouldn't mind the extra help especially since I can't seem to get a beta reader to save my life.. especially one who can keep up with my workload.

This chapter is extremely long which is about old hat for me considering I used to write forty to fifty page chapters for some of my stories.. the problem is they take longer to write.. but there is more information inside the chapter.

Course I am a video gamer, though I been spending quite a great deal more time at work so that is why it also takes so long for me to write and release a chapter I apologize for the wait.

Without further ado on with the show.

H.L.A. Ch:3

Somewhere in China both Rei and Ranma walked down a small alleyway, occasionally glancing at their surroundings. The light cool breeze caused their hair to blow ever so slightly, the structures to their sides were small businesses and warehouse complexes.

"So tell me where are we going now?" Rei queried, glancing to her twin.

Ranma didn't bother to look at her raven-haired twin. "We are going to a little shop just around the corner I want to get some clothes," she casually explained.

"Okay.. but why not just use magic?" Rei queried since actually going shopping made little sense to her, which elicited a chuckle from her red-haired counterpart.

Ranma gave a slim smile at her twin. "Cause sometimes the human experience is far better than any magic we can wield? Well in seriousness the less magic we use the better.. after all we haven't found that avatar of our's.. the thing I don't get is just what the heck she would be using this much energy for."

"Who knows we were all serving a purpose before that virus hit us.. and since you didn't disperse me that tells me all the others are still out there as well.. heck, could it be that it wasn't the request that saved us however perhaps the fact you had so many avatars out and about that it couldn't get us all?" Rei queried, turning her attention forward as she walked.

Ranma shook her head. "No it was definitely the request I remember doing the scan myself and had a close friend look me over to confirm I wasn't going crazy no that virus hit me one hundred percent my main body as well as my avatars so I didn't see a reason to dismiss any of you," she casually explained.

"I still don't get it.. I looked through the ledger no such request is in there unless..." she trailed.

Ranma gave her twin a quick glance, stating. "Now you are getting it."

"What about Urd are we just going to leave her in the dark and let her think we are dead and gone?" Rei queried since the idea didn't sit well with her at all.

Ranma bit her lip. "For now.. besides as many waves we are creating I am sure she will figure it out sooner or later.. and she isn't the only one who will figure it out.. we will have our retribution on those who have wronged us," she grimly promised.

"We have been saying that for years about him as well.. but yet we haven't lifted a single finger." Rei pointed out, as she and her counterpart finally reached the end of the alley and rounded the corner.

Ranma lets a small sigh escape her lips. "All in due time, we mustn't rush things," she simply replied.

Eventually they arrived at a small wooden structure, several displays were set out front with various clothing items and accessories, both Ranma and Rei entered the shop walking towards the back where the shirts were located, the man at the counter as an aging gentlemen, a full head of gray hair, wearing a brown tunic, as well as a black pair of trousers.

"Good afternoon ladies." he called in Mandarin to the two young foreign girl's who had just entered his shop.

Ranma and Rei called over their shoulder, with a little help from magic for the translation. "Good afternoon to you as well."

"So what colors are you looking for?" Rei queried, as she glanced from one shirt to another as there was an assortment of various colors to work with.

Glancing from one shirt to the next Ranma's sapphire gaze fell on a red silk shirt of which she immediately grabbed it up, she then turned away from the display walking over to where the pant's were displayed.

Rei tiredly sighed. "Why did I bother to come if you didn't need my help picking an outfit?" she complained.

"Cause I am going to need you to send me back to my current guardian... I don't have enough energy to transport myself." Ranma casually explained as she looked over the various slacks that were available settling on a pair of black slacks.

She then walked over to the changing room to try them on, Rei watched her counterpart enter said changing room. A few minutes later her twin stepped out giving a twirl.

"What you think?" Ranma inquired.

Rei looked to her counterpart in an appraising manner. "I suppose it works," she casually replied as she observed the red silk Chinese style shirt had gold buttons on the front, the cuffs white, and the black pants seemed a little large on the small girls frame, but then so did the shirt to some extent.

Speaking on what she was looking at. "I think you got them a little larger than you need.. after all your curse is currently locked," she pointed out.

"Ah that is why I need you to transport me I fixed it on the way.. it was more trouble than it was worth but I don't want the old man bitching at me ya know," Ranma replied as she looked towards a nearby mirror to get a look for herself.

Rei shook her head at her counterpart. "Personally why should you care what he thinks.. I mean he nearly killed you isn't that unsettling to you at least a little?" she questioned.

"Unsettling yes kinda.. but in his defense he didn't know that cliff was unstable.. but you know what is more unsettling is the fact.. up until that incident with you showing up from nowhere saving me I was living a normal life as a Human.. as Saotome Ranma I didn't remember anything about my former life until you showed up.. and now I am having dreams about that night and the request," Ranma explained, continuing to gaze into the mirror.

Rei looked to the mirror. "Well sorry, if I ruined your perfect bliss of being human... but I wasn't about to just let you die.. you are the most important part of all of us combined.. You are the central core something happens to you we've all had it."

"I know you don't have to keep reminding me ya know," Ranma stated as she adjusted her sleeves a bit.

Rei looked to her twin with scrutinizing eyes. "Well what about the seals you going to change those for dear Ol' dad as well?" she inquired.

"Already covered I can conceal them with passive magic so they won't be visible to anyone, but myself and anyone else attuned to magic, uh say Rei you think we can spar after this?" Ranma asked, turning her gaze to her raven-haired counterpart.

The raven-haired girl shook her head negatively. "Not today I have a busy day tomorrow.. gotta go to school then I have to go to work for six hours.. and in my spare time check on those Tendo's.. telling you the middle sister is gonna be trouble you would be wise when you meet her to be wary." she warned.

"What could possibly go wrong.. I mean she's like any mortal girl right?" Ranma inquired, as she turned a little to the left to get a better look at the image of herself in the mirror.

"Well as you know.. or if this memory hasn't surfaced for you yet.. we cannot go around striking deals personally which is why we have lower demons that offer contracts to mortals to fulfill they're desires.. and always for a price which has to be proportional to the mortals wish. However if say a mortal were to be in contact with you and started to bargain with you then a contract can be created.. the problem with this mortal is I doubt she could keep her word at all and would most likely breach the contract." Rei explained, as she walked over straightening the collar of her twins soon to be new shirt.

Ranma thought on this a moment. "Well we will cross or burn that bridge when we get to it.. I am not concerned the request was made to watch over her children.. she did not state how long so I must assume its at least until they can fend for themselves.. and if one finds themselves tangled in my web then I will have no choice but to do what it is I do." she stated.

A few hours later after being transported by Rei a now male Ranma stood at the door of the motel he and his father currently shared, now dawning his new outfit, in his right hand he held a white bag, while his free hand reached for the knob to the door that would gain him entry.

Once inside he found the room dark, reaching over he flipped on the lights immediately observing there was no one inside, upon further inspection his sapphire gaze fell on a note that was placed on the foot of the bed closest to him.

Closing the distance he placed the bag down onto the bed, before retrieving the note to read it: Ranma I am going to the store to gather some supplies I will be back soon.

Upon reading the note Ranma shook his head. 'Gather some supplies he says.. bet he just off scamming some poor soul out of their life savings again.' he thought to himself, before picking up the remote to the TV in order to observe the latest news cast.

About half an hour later while Ranma was now in the process of reading a book, the door to the hotel room opened and in stepped his father carrying a medium sized paper bag.

As he closed the door to the room, he continued further into the room placing the bag down on top of the nearby dresser, he then turned to his son. "Was you're night out interest.." he trailed, eyes getting big. "Boy you found a way to change back.. but you said even with you're current magics you couldn't fix the curse.. how?"

"I did some research on the occult while I was out and hit a lucky break." Ranma carefully lied, not once removing his gaze from the TV screen that currently depicted a war flick of some kind.

The older Saotome then spoke once more. "Well since you found a way to unlock you're curse.. is it possible to maybe to find a cure that won't leave us with something worse than if we attempted to use the springs?" he inquired in curiosity.

"There is always the possibility pops.. the problem is spells used for one's self usually end in disaster. We got extremely lucky that I didn't implode or somethin' like that." Ranma replied, before turning his attention to the bag his father had just brought home. "So what kind of supplies did you get us, and how did you pay for them?" he queried.

His father shook his head. "Don't look at me like that I paid for this stuff fair and square. It is basically ramen and other basic food supplies.. I know you usually do the shopping, but I wanted a few extra ingredients that I hope you will add to our food during our journey." he paused a moment before continuing.

"I already sent a letter to my friend in our home town of Nerima Japan that I needed to speak to him so we will be halting our martial training journey to go visit him so go ahead and get some rest we will be leaving in the morning." he explained.

Looking to his father with a curious brow raised. "Out of the blue like that we are just going to return home.. but what about that temple you were talking about going to?" he questioned.

"It can wait boy.. 'sides it isn't like we can't go back later. After all you can't learn every bit of the art in a single day." he explained with a chuckle.

Ranma gave an agreeing nod. "True.. but we don't live forever so we should attempt to learn all we can as well in the short time we have." he returned.

"You are strange Ranma ever since that cliff incident.. its almost as if you had become more developed than a boy your age should be." he stated, before walking into the nearby wash room and sliding the door closed.

Ranma watched his father disappear behind the washroom door. 'You have no idea..' he thought to himself.

"Hey Pops do you ever wonder about the after life and what you will do with you're immortal soul?" he asked inquisitively.

His father returned through the door. "What you mean boy? I mean when we die we just die so there is no need to worry about it."

Ranma looked to the closed door. "Well Hypothetically speaking what if both Heaven and Hell really exists.. Don't you think you should consider repenting for all the sin's you have racked up over the years?" he inquired.

"Boy we talked about this before.. there is no such thing as Heaven an Hell or God's and Demon's for that matter.. and I have only done the things I have done for our survival.. I don't enjoy living a shady life.. but it is the hand I have been dealt." he nonchalantly explained.

Ranma continued looking to the door, before turning his attention to the TV. 'What about me.. you made a deal with me and got the child of you're dreams.. who would have thought I would end up reincarnated in this vessel.. as your son.' he thought to himself, however thought better of speaking on his thoughts for the moment.

Meanwhile in Nerima, Japan...

At a small busy café in Nerima, Japan several employee's dressed as french maids with bunny ears busied themselves with waiting on customers, as well as serving drinks, one of whom was Rei who currently sat at a replica of an antique table created from fine oak wood all by herself, with a text book open and off to the right of her table, a pen in her right hand with a work sheet on the table in front of her.

As she read a question, she then looked to her text book flipping the pages, eventually finding what she was looking for writing down the answer on her work sheet. Her attention was then called to the sound of a cup being placed on her table.

"Here you go Senpai one Mocha vinti as ordered." called her blonde haired waitress, who started to walk away, pausing her step when the raven-haired girl called out to her. "Ayame when did you dye you're hair.. yesterday it was mid-night black?"

Ayame turned to the older girl. "Last night after work, Why you like it?"

"Its different I have to admit anyways thanks for the coffee I really need to finish this home work assignment." Rei called, returning to her studies, while Ayame went to work waiting yet another table.

The blonde haired girl turned leaving the table, walking over to a table where a couple had just sat down, while retrieving a pad of paper from her apron as well as a pen.

As time drew on Rei put her homework and supplies back in a small purple bag that hung on the back of her chair, she then stood up grabbing up her bag taking them to the back where her locker was.

Once putting away her stuff she then returned to the floor, eventually finding the time clock where she punched back in before going about waiting on a fresh set of customers whom entered the shop and were heading over to the table she had sat at before.

A few hours later she found herself leaving the shop, pausing in her step observing her twin was waiting on her in female form. "Eh what you doing here?"

"I just thought I would let you know that Pops is heading for Japan soon.. so should be only a matter of time." Ranma simply stated, before turning to walk away.

Rei then called out to her twin. "Just a minute before you go." she called causing the red-head to stop in her tracks. "Since you will be heading to Japan soon would you like the jacket on the Tendo sisters now? I mean I know you didn't want to know about them until Japan so?" she inquired.

"No thanks Rei.. 'sides I want it to be a surprise.. Humans are far more interesting when the encounter is random." Ranma simply stated, however her raven-haired twin wouldn't have it and stepped forward slamming a packet of documents against her chest.

Rei shook her head at the red-head. "No I think you should look these documents over before you get there cause we can't afford surprises specially with what will be coming once certain individual's realize we are still alive.. one of which being our daughter.. and don't think for a minute she would keep quiet about who we are when it comes to the Tendo girl's." she explained.

Ranma in a huff took the file, placing it into subspace. "Fine I will give it a look see tonight." she replied through gritted teeth. Upon consideration of where she and her father would be going very soon. "How far is Nekomi from Nerima?" she inquired.

"Well if you are walking about half an hour, by car maybe thirty minutes tops.. also Ma-chan's arcade is over there as well.. and Hagal-chan and the rest of our lieutenants are there as well.. would you like to drop in and say hello?" Rei explained, though she was sure of her twins reply.

Seeming to think it over Ranma slowly shook her head negatively. "Not right now.. 'sides last time I was at the Mid-Night Higurashi an interesting development came up and it should prove amusing at the very least, and I would like very much to see how this development plays out." she explained.

"Very well Ranma, but Ma-chan and the rest are allies we shouldn't ignore them for very long.. let me remind you we need all the allies we can get." Rei reminded, looking to her twin.

Ranma gave an agreeing nod. "You don't need to remind me I know this all to well.. but I feel it may be too early to approach them. Anyhow I need to return now.. Pops will be back at the hotel soon and today we gotta head for the docks so as to catch the ferry." she explained.

"Very well see you when you get here, have a safe trip." Rei called, giving her twin a wave as the red-head did the same while being engulfed by flames which dispersed not even a second later.

Ferry ride...

It was day time that a now male Ranma and his father whom was in the lead followed a long winding road through the streets of Seoul South Korea. For his part Ranma felt rather skeptical of his fathers motives however stayed the course in following him.

"So Pops what is so important we have to go to Japan of all places huh?" Ranma inquired, shifting his gaze from one sight to the next, the sent of rain attacking his senses. 'Damn its going to rain again.' he thought to himself, at which he quickly retrieved his umbrella.

Observing his son was holding his umbrella he decided to retrieve his own umbrella, both he and his son opening them and raising them up just as the rain started to fall. "It can wait until we on the ferry boy. Also good instinct about the incoming rain.. magic I take it?" he inquired changing the subject.

"No I could smell the rain in the air. Pops does it really bother you that much that I can use magic?" Ranma queried, looking to his father's back.

His father looked over his shoulder. "Yes and no.. on one hand I could see how the ability to use magic could prove useful when it comes to the anything goes school of martial arts. However it is also unnatural, The thing that bothers me the most is neither me or you're mother can use magic.. Lets just leave it at that boy." he stated, thinking on there destination. "Speaking of magic why don't you transport us to the ferry so we don't have to chance getting splashed by rain water from the next speeding car.. and don't tell me you don't have the ability I have seen you do it before."

"Well I could transport us I suppose, but are you sure Pops my transportation spell could level this entire block.. heck maybe even wipe half the city off the face of the Earth.. lots of people might get injured maybe even killed." Ranma warned, as he and his father continued trudging forward.

The elder Saotome paused his step, turning to face his son. "Don't give me that I know for fact you could do it without causing damage.. you seemed to disappear after flames engulfed you.. and then you were three blocks up the road from where you was from the start."

"Okay.. okay, but the answer is no I don't have enough energy for such a spell right now.. 'sides walking is good for us." Ranma relayed, walking past his father.

The boys father shook his head. "Dammit boy.. well if we wind up transforming this is all on you."

"Yea whatever.. lets just keep moving." Ranma replied, as he and his father continued on as cars from both directions passed by, the wind picking up and the rain seeming to increase in intensity.

Observing the rain was starting to pour, the elder Saotome then called to his son. "If you won't transport us.. maybe you could I don't know stop the rain?" he inquired.

Ranma shook his head negatively. "Yea I could stop the rain, however to do so could cause serious complications for the surrounding area.. its best to let mother nature run its course." he nonchalantly replied.

Eventually they both arrived at the docks unmolested by the rain, stopping by the depot in order to purchase the tickets they needed, once done they then joined the line of passengers waiting to board the boat, eventually once at the boat they each showed they're Id's, as well as gave the dock master their tickets.

The dock master looked the Id's over. "So you're name is Saotome Ranma huh.. are you originally from Japan?" he queried.

"Well I was born in Japan-" Ranma started to reply when he was interrupted by his father. "My name is Saotome Genma, And yes my son was originally born in Japan.. but he has been raised kinda all over cause we have been on a martial arts training trip since he was the age of five." he explained with pride.

Handing the Identification cards to the man revealed by himself to be Genma. "Alright have a safe trip." he curtly stated, turning his attention to the next person in line.

Half an hour into the trip Ranma stood by the rail on the lower deck, watching the rain fall into the ocean, the moderate waves causing the boat to rise and fall, Genma for his part sat in a chair against the bulkhead his gaze centered on his son.

"Boy what you thinking about?" he queried of his son.

Ranma didn't bother to look, however called over his shoulder. "Nothin' Pops.. nothin' at all." he lied, however his thoughts were on his destination.. and the possibilities that lay within having took the time to somewhat skim over the file he had been given by his twin.

'Just thinking about my contract.' he thought to himself, however no way he would ever tell or even attempt to explain it to his current father and guardian.

He continued to think to himself, glancing over his shoulder. 'Even if I told you the truth you would never believe me huh Pop's' he inwardly queried knowing his father couldn't hear him. At any rate he felt it was best to leave his Father in denial for the time being.

He continued to ponder his current situation 'Dammit this is tricky in my past life I was a woman.. in this life I am a man.. am I truly either anymore?' he inwardly queried.

Before the curse he had just accepted being a guy striving to be a man among men, however between the incident where he was saved by Rei as well as gaining the curse.. his past memories surfacing as well as the fact he had seen his daughter from his previous life at the Mid-Night Higurashi only served to compound matters.

He felt confident that he at least forged a stalemate with his former self as far as his personality was concerned, however now he was fighting the war on gender.. the curse only giving his former self the edge she needed to quite possibly win that battle.

System error...

"Okay tell me you found some information about the two girl's I encountered?" Peorth inquired, looking over the shoulder of a white-haired Goddess whom was busying herself with typing in commands, a transparent screen lit up with two images one being the red-haired girl, as well as her raven-haired twin with the eye patch.

The information on the screen read as follows:

Name: H%#^ % må

Age: Error

Sex:Ma#%Fe

Species: Hu%#^ / Go^d#s$

Location: Error

Name: Re^ H%#^

Age: Error

Sex:Female

Species: Hu#%^ / Go^d#s$

Location: Ne#%m# $#pan

"Sadly not much while I was able to pull they're images and by looking at the screen they both appear to be twins and human females.. the problem is there information is all corrupted and so far I have had little success in fixing the problem.. However I did get a hit on the energy signature of the two.. and you won't believe this." the white-haired goddess called, as she pressed a couple buttons and the images on the screen switched to two separate maps.

"Okay what are we looking at? Peorth queried observing one was a map of Asgard which had two glowing red dots that appeared stationary, the map of Midgard however had thousands of red-dots that appeared to blink on and off at random and never in the same place twice.

The white-haired Goddess then explained. "Well typically all of us God's including the demons have the ability to create multiple avatars.. well in this case all these signatures I believe are from the same person.. the strange part if the girl you encountered was in fact human she is quite extraordinary.. only two beings could generate this many avatars at once and they are both the Almighty-" she then found herself interrupted by Peorth.

"And the late Daimakaicho.. Well Urd could easily create half that number. Anyways it doesn't matter I don't know whats going on the thing I do know is anyone whom was associated with Hild is bad news and we must find out what our two friends are up to and put a stop to their sinister plans." Peorth adamantly pointed out.

"Could be their plans.. or one Hildr left behind before her untimely demise." came a voice from the direction of the rooms entrance.

Turning to the voice Peorth spoke up. "Ansuz what are you doing here?"

"I just simply came to see if we found any new leads as to the identities of your attackers. Also I have been advised to tell you Peorth to not investigate this matter any further. The Almighty has another he feels the task is far more suited." the Goddess revealed to be Ansuz declared, walking further into the room to gaze upon the images depicted on the terminal.

A look of shock crossed Peorth's features. "What do you mean I am not to continue this investigation.. who is more qualified than myself?" she stubbornly questioned.

"I cannot tell you that. I am only passing on the Almighty's will, Would you defy his will Peorth?" Ansuz inquisitively stated, turning her gaze to the brown-haired goddess.

Peorth shook her head negatively. "No.. but I don't understand I am the reason Lind is in this predicament.. I wanted to be the one to find her attacker." she stated with a long drawn sigh at the end.

"It wasn't your fault Peorth Lind was there doing her duty and she knew the risks especially when the Daimakaicho's ledger is involved, We already lost a powerful warrior to that girl we can't afford to lose anyone else." Anzus explained, placing her free hand on the brown-haired goddess's shoulder.

Unwanted summoning...

As the boat made its way to Japan Ranma currently stood by some railing looked to the water as he watched the rain hit the water. "So Pops mind telling me what is so important we have to go to Japan?" he queried.

"Well guess I was going to have to tell you before we got there.. but a long time ago me and my best friend from childhood made a promise that if we ever had any children we would have them wed and join the schools." Genma simply explained, which in turn cause Ranma to whip around.

Shaking his head. "What!? Since when do you choose who I am going to merry huh?" he questioned with a slight growl.

"Don't make such a big deal out of it boy.. besides when you make a promise boy the best thing is to follow it through.. in this world we you are only as good as your word." Genma nonchalantly explained. He then went on to say. "And besides who knows you may like one of them."

Ranma shook his head. "Out of the question I can't get married yet I am much to young for that..'sides Shouldn't I get some say as to when and whom I decide to marry?" he questioned.

"It has been tradition for families to form arranged marriages, Even you're Mother if she was here would tell you the same thing I am telling you now."

Ranma took four deliberate steps towards his father, his fists balling up. "I ain't going to agree with this Ol' Man!" he shouted as he continued forward however before he could get to his father he found himself being held in place by an unseen force.

It was then that he looked down observing a pentagram form beneath his feet, a thrum of power was in the air, as he then found himself being whisked away and a few minutes later he found himself standing in the middle of some stone room which he assumed to be a basement of some kind.

The same pentagram was still beneath his feet turning his head to the right observing a mirror observing he was in cursed form on his now her forehead was a purple six-point-star, on each cheek she also sported purple five-point-stars.

She then turned to a voice whom spoke up from the left of her. "It is I you're master Gosunkugi Hikaru!" called a pale skinned boy whom she observed had raven-hair his brown eyes looked sunken, his clothing consisting of a long sleeve white button up shirt, he also wore black slacks, black socks on his feet.

Taking stock of her situation, giving the room a cursory glace she observed a set of stairs that lead up to what she assumed was the rest of the house, she then gave the area a cursory glance observing a washing machine, as well as a clothes hamper. Feeling a draft she looked down observing she was naked as a jay bird.

She then turned her attention to observing the ritual that was used to summon her. 'Wow so he managed to summon me here yet... he didn't even put the right incantations in for his safety barrier nor for that matter to summon a demon hmm..' she thought to herself.

"I serve no one." she nonchalantly stated, taking two steps forward reaching out taking the collar of Gosunkugi's shirt in hand.

Finding himself lifted off the ground by his shirt. "How did you get through my barrier? And what do you mean you serve no one!? the spell was to summon a succubus that would be loyal to my every command." he questioned.

Ranma frowned at the raven-haired would be voodoo priest "It means just that I serve no one. As for how your barrier isn't holding me well you did the incantations wrong. Now just what the hell do you think you are doing meddling with forces you can barely comprehend huh?" she questioned.

"Wha- what do you.. you mean I-I know a th-thing or two about ritual's.. besides this ritual was given to me my a lady at the local magic shop." Hikaru stuttered, reaching up attempting to pry his way out of the red-head's grip.

Raising a curious brow. "This lady what did she look like I want details." Ranma demanded, tossing the raven-haired boy against the nearby washing machine which sounded like a loud bang of something hard hitting metal.

Feeling frightened of the red-head. "Okay I-she was a blonde haired woman fair skin.. I think she was missing her right hand, she was wearing a very exotic dress.. think she had markings kinda like the one's you possess.. but they were different they were blue in color.. think a long thin diamond shape was on her forehead.. under that was what looked like a tiny blue tattoo of an eye, on her cheeks were blue diamond symbols." he returned in hopes he wouldn't get harmed anymore than he already had.

"Tyr I should have known." Ranma stated through gritted teeth, furrowing her brow.

Hikaru looked away from the red-head's person, directing his gaze to the floor, blood streaming from his nose after finally noticing the red-head's lack of clothing. "Could you know.. maybe put some clothes on?" he asked of the red-haired girl.

Ranma gave the raven-haired boy a death glare, a loud roar of thunder was heard from outside.

"This was your doing since the summon wasn't done properly and you summoned me without my clothes." she snapped.

Composing herself she then leaped into the air and levitated there as if sitting in an unseen chair, leaning forward laying her chin in the palm of her right hand, crossing her legs.

"Generally I always require some form of payment for such things however today since you did summon me here and you told me what I wanted to know I am feeling somewhat generous and will grant you one wish on the house.. and one wish only so make it count." she dully stated, a fog seemed to encompass her person eventually dissipating to reveal she was now wearing a simple purple-n-black dress with a gold chain belt around her waist.

Then with a simple gesture of her hand a platter appeared with a simple bowel for drinking, as well as a purple bottle with a gold label appeared as well. Once finished with this she went about the process of pouring some of the bottles contents into the bowel, then went about consuming its contents.

Slowly turning back to the red-head observing she was now dressed, Hikaru stood up from his sitting position meekly speaking. "Can it be two wishes instead of just one?"

'He dares make such a- 'Er well hmm.." She inwardly considered this a moment a somewhat sinister grin crossing her lips. "Fine fine I will grant you a second wish then as well.. but that one will cost you something are you sure you wish to pay the price?" she inquired of the raven-haired boy.

"Yes I suppose I would be willing.. what is the price?" Hikaru returned, looking to the red-head for her answer.

Ranma chuckled as she lifted the bottle to her lips taking a long pull from it, once finished she then gazed at the raven-haired boy.

"Oh nothin' much a token rather trifle really.. but lets not worry about that until after I grant your wish after all I am sure we can come up with something between you and I." she simply stated.

Hikaru considered the girl's words, nodding his head. "Fine.. for my first wish I would like a date with you if that would be okay?" he asked of her.

Ranma in the process of taking another pull from her sake bottle suddenly choked, spewing the contents of her drink all over the boy. Coughing and hacking she finally got herself under control.

"Fine fine I will grant such a trifle request.. now the subject of your second wish have you given it some thought?" she inquired.

Hikaru shook his head, as he grabbed up a towel wiping his face off. "One thing at a time I will make that request after the date is that okay?" he countered.

Ranma gave a reluctant nod of her head. "Fine fine we can wait for that one.. well your current outfit just wont due will it. Hmm let me think about this.. How about a black four piece tuxedo suit?" she questioned, as she let go of her sake bottle as well as the platter and saucer which all vanished into subspace with exception of the sake bottle itself.

"I guess that would be fine.. but I don't own anythin-" he then found himself interrupted as a bright white light flashed in the room as he then found himself wearing such a suit.

Ranma observed her handiwork a moment, taking another long pull from the nearby bottle. "You look just smashing darling.. just simply smashing. Now then for this occasion I will need something as well won't I?" she inquired, at which the raven-haired boy gave a simple nod.

A tiny vortex formed around Ranma's person from nowhere blowing things around the room, then dispersing to reveal her simply dress had been replaced by a very revealing purple-n-pink dress.

Four small cape like straps hung off her shoulders connected to tiny gold rings, which served to connect four more longer straps that hung down a little past her waist.

The front of the dress did nothing to hide her ample chest, also running down the front of the torso on both sides was tiny gold rings with small pink straps hanging off them. Splitting open just mid thigh the skirt of the dress did nothing to hide her shapely legs, on her feet she sported a couple of white pumps, the golden bangles on her ankles shined in the light of the room.

Her hair seemed to move on its own forming into a wild bob, short bangs hung just over her eyes, framing her face two long bangs held together by two large gold beads hung down a little past her waist matching gold beads towards the ends with four inches of hair hanging freely from them.

She also sported four more gold beads which held smaller pigtails in place at either side of her crimson hair, a pink crown appearing atop her head, its top crowned by gold inlay.

Last but not least all her limiters became visible, a gold choker appearing around her neck.

Hikaru looked to the red-head who's appearance had changed rather quickly, turning to gaze into the mirror at his own appearance observing the suit he now sported, then spoke up. "So where should we go.. you know for our date?" he inquired.

"Hmm this was your wish perhaps you should decide where we go? Or if you wish it I will choose the location.. as well as the mode of transportation so forth." Ranma coolly stated, taking a standing position while still levitating in place, her left foot raised slightly.

Hikaru looked to his left at a table observing a magazine featuring several restaurants, he grimaced observing many of them were high dollar. "Eh I don't really have any money I spent it all on the ritual items in order to summon you." he explained.

Giggling at his words Ranma shook her head. "Oh no worries you don't need worry about the money for now.. Perhaps we can go to.. Ah I know a place we can go they will just charge you later so you can pay in payments." she explained, as the doorbell was heard.

"Eh okay.. huh I wasn't expecting visitors.. give me a moment." Hikaru stated, turning to the stairs and started up them heading for the front door, Ranma following close behind him still levitating.

Once at the door Hikaru opened it to reveal a rather tall brown-haired Japanese man with sunglasses dressed in a suit similar to his own, a matching chauffeur hat atop his head.

The gentleman then spoke up. "Mr. Gosunkugi your car is ready." he stated, moving aside then gestured to a long black stretch limousine.

Looking to the car Hikaru was rather shocked since he knew he hadn't contacted any rental services, he then found himself nudged forward by his red-haired summon at which he started forward to the car, Ranma following close behind. The door to his house seemed to close on its own, the click of the locking mechanism was faintly audible.

'What kind of demon is she?' he wondered to himself, alarm bells sounding off in his head yet he ignored them cause the prospect of dating her was something he probably a chance he never would get again.

The driver quickly met them at the car opening the car door, at which both Hikaru and Ranma got inside. Once both his passengers were stowed away the driver then went to the driver side of the car getting inside behind the wheel.

Unbeknownst to the occupants of the car a girl with brown hair cut in a bob, dressed in a simply light blue shirt that was tied so it exposed her mid-drift, also wearing brown shorts with matching sandals. was in the process of snapping photo's of them with a Polaroid camera from the house and too the car.

She snapped the final photo she zoomed in at the license plate which read: Hel666.

A few minutes after taking her photo's she then waited patiently for each photo to develop, observing that Hikaru was the only one shown in the car, neither the red-head or the driver appeared in the photo even the license plate was blank.

Unbeknownst to her sitting on the roof of Hikaru's house was Rei who's gaze was directed to the car watching it vanish around the corner, then turned to look at the brown-haired girl with a slim smile.

"Curiosity killed the cat young Tendo you should be careful whose business you pry into." she whispered aloud, however the message was never meant to be delivered.

So far for Rei watching over the Tendo girls had been rather boring, yet she did her job to the letter saving each of them from one disaster they got into after another all without any of them knowing.

The eldest one didn't need a lot of watching since she lead a mostly plain existence, the middle child however had several brushes with danger and seemed to flirt with it on a constant with her somewhat lucrative activities.

The youngest of the three was a tomboy and seemed to be able to protect herself.. though there was some instances she had to act in order to save the child from certain peril.

Feeling a familiar presence behind her Rei turned observing a blonde-haired effeminate man that looked a lot like an acquaintance from her and Ranma's former life, though this one was missing his right hand.

"So Tyr this was you're doing? And how long had you known of our existence?" Rei queried, turning her gaze back to the brown-haired girl who was in the process of getting on a bicycle she had hidden nearby.

The blonde-haired individual revealed to be Tyr gave a simple nod, speaking. "Indeed it was me.. and I have known for some time after all not even Odin was able to erase you so I doubted a hair brained scheme created by one of my own nor one of your demons could ever manage such a feat."

Rei chuckled at his words. "True not even Odin was able to destroy us.. so do you know which God did this too us?" she inquired.

"Yes.. after all I do know everything that goes on in Heaven but I am not obligated to tell you anything since you are clearly operating outside the rules and the system.." he coolly stated, giving the raven-haired deity a piercing gaze.

Rei not bothered by the Almighty's gaze shrugged her shoulders "I suppose you will tell the rest of Heaven of our whereabouts?" she probed.

"No, it would serve no purpose for me to put you in any more danger than you are already in being here on Midgard and vulnerable due to your weakened state. However, that is the only favor I will do you..

Also just an FYI In light of your actions as of late I will be placing someone in charge of investigating your whereabouts and tracking you down." Tyr explained, giving the area a cursory glance.

In a change of subject. "So you realize by giving Gosunkugi Hikaru the ability to summon Ranma you have done him a great disservice that could possibly land him in the fires of Hell.. why would you do such a thing to a mortal?" she questioned.

"It matters not the boy was doomed from the start.. born under an unlucky star and born to a curse that afflicts his entire family damning them to Hell. Even without said curse his use of the dark crafts would have eventually landed him in the fires of damnation and ruin." Tyr coolly explained, looking off to the right in the distance.

Rei let a tired sigh escape her lips. "So with this you did the boy a service.. better with her then the alternative.. Tyr why did you never come see us.. you know during all that time?" she inquired in yet another change of topic.

"It wasn't because I didn't want to.. but you made that very difficult with that spell of your own design." he replied, turning to gaze upon her person.

Rei looked to the roof she was sitting on. "The spell you cast to end the war wasn't much better.. the only good thing that eventually came from that of that was our daughter..we raised her in the beginning teaching her our ways.. teaching her spells some we know you didn't approve of.. but spells she needed to survive.. in a harsh world." she stated with sadness going on to say.

"The thing that makes us even more angry is the fact not once in fifteen hundred years did you even attempt to see her much less send her a post card.. then one day out of the blue you have the gull to contact her behind our back, telling her the wonders of the Heavens, and the woes of Hell which lead up to her decision to become a goddess." Rei stated, shuffling her feet.

Tyr looked to the raven-haired teen. "I did what was best for not only our daughter but for you as well; don't pretend even a minute that you was the only one who loved and cared for her." he paused a moment before continuing "I left her alone with you due to the fact I still cared for you and out of respect.. while it is true on one hand you are a force to be reckoned with on the battle field, but on the other hand because of that you have also gained a great many enemies both in and outside of Hell you know as well as I you can't be everywhere at once. She wasn't safe with you any longer and it was a matter of time before any one of your enemies could have decided to use her to get to you." he explained.

"We see but that doesn't mean you are forgiven..." Rei trailed, standing up then seeming to follow the brown-haired girl whom was in the process of riding a bicycle in the direction for which the black stretch had gone.

Tyr followed the raven-haired teen with his eyes until she eventually disappeared from view after rounding a corner. 'I wish there had been an alternative...' he trailed in thought, eventually seeming to turn into a flock of doves that flew off in every direction.

A little date...

Racing after the stretch limo the brown-haired girl made good time taking a few shortcuts while at the same time attempting to keep from being spotted, all the while unaware of her own tail whom seemed to keep pace with her soaring through the air.

'Why does she follow that 'kugi fellow.' Rei wondered to herself since her charge had never seemed that interested in the self proclaimed voodoo priest. Her attention was then taken by a ringing of her phone, answering it. "Ah hey Junko whats up?" she queried, listening intently while keeping track of her brown-haired charge.

"Yes I could come help you study for the upcoming exam Junko-chan.. however you will need to give me a couple hours I am sort of in the middle of something." she stated over the phone.

Meanwhile in the stretch Hikaru looked from one sight to the next, his red-haired summon sitting next to him though her sapphire gaze was not directed towards him but to the window she sat by.

"So tell me something about yourself?" he probed, gazing over her form.

Continuing to look out the window to various scenes that were playing out in the mean time, she spoke rather softly. "I am a being who likes to help those poor unfortunate soul's just like yourself who are in need and are being ignored by the so called God's they worship. I am a protector of the weak, a friend to everyone who is looked down upon by their peers for being different.. as well as being ignored by the Heavens above."

"Do you have a name I can address you by?" Hikaru probed, continuing to look upon the red-heads person.

Ranma considered his words a moment. "Is a name truly necessary? Hmm.." Pausing a moment to think about it she then spoke. "I guess you can call me Ranko."

"Ranko that is a pretty name." Hikaru stated, whilst inwardly noting. 'A pretty name for a very pretty girl.. however I doubt its her real name.'

Considering another line of questioning. "So what schools of magic are you capable of?"

Turning her gaze back to the raven-haired boy. "Al-a few.. So tell me Hikaru-kun what is your favorite foods if I may ask? Ranma queried in a change of subject, whilst tilting her head ever so slightly in a semi-cute fashion.

Hikaru turned his gaze to the roof of the car, his right hand reaching up to scratch the back of his head. "You know I never thought about it before, but I would say I like all types of curries.. well to be truthful I like nearly everything so I have no real favorites." he responded.

"Oh C'mon certainly there is something you like over all things? well myself well I do love anything with fish in it and much more.. but my favorite desert is a strawberry parfait." she stated with a smile.

Taking in her words Hikaru replied. "Not very big on parfaits though I guess I like pot stickers.. but I would like to try some of the other foods the world has to offer someday before I can give a definitive answer." he explained.

"Ah well you may get to pick a winner yet since the place we are going to serves nearly everything the world has to offer." Ranma said with a slight giggle at the end, a grin crossing her lips.

Though a part of her was content with the prospect of what she may or may not gain from the encounter with the self proclaimed voodoo priest, another part of herself held no special interest in men at all that and she wasn't exactly keen on the idea of their little date either.

However a wish was a wish and she had no choice but to comply due to certain terms involving summoning, even though technically she wasn't exactly in the system anymore she still had been summoned, thus meant she must comply within the limits of the summoning rules.

{Author note: this building/Restaurant does not exist in real life, its just something I thought up for this story. Most restaurants and buildings rarely would in fact have a table, room 666 or even a 13th floor, Course if you are a fan or not a fan of Wal-Mart apparently in Florida they have store# 666.. with that said okay back to the show...}

Eventually they arrived at their destination which was inside a Tokyo skyscraper, A Neon sign reading: Sky Palace stood out front of the building, along with a larger sign on top of the structure that was obstructed by the clouds.

The car slowing to a stop in front of the structures entrance. Once stropped the driver got out of the car then made his way around the car eventually opening its door so as to let the cars two occupants out.

Ranma hooked her left arm around the raven-haired boys arm, making sure to walk next to him as if they were a true couple. 'Asks for a date and doesn't even know to offer his arm for me.' she inwardly complained.

Looking around Hikaru observed many individual's whom looked to be wearing suits that probably cost far more than the house he and his parents lived in, the structure itself looked like many glass towers.

Two women dressed in woman's three piece suits opened the twin glass doors to allow the couple entry, upon entry he observed the floor looked to be white-n-black marble design that reminded him of a chessboard.

The idle chatter of nearby individual's sounded like a dull roar, both Hikaru and the red-head made their way to the nearby elevator. 'Why is everyone staring at me? Oh its not me they are staring at its my date.. I bet they are thinking what a lucky dog I am to have her on my arm." he smugly thought to himself, his confidence building up.

"You enjoying this all the attention we are gaining from the other patrons?" Ranma whispered into his ear, observing the raven-haired teen seemed to be gazing to one individual to another as they passed by.

Hikaru gave a nod of his head. "Y-yea so far.. are you enjoying yourself?" he inquired.

"Yes you sure bet I am; and the night has just begun." Ranma stated, a falsetto smile crossing her lips, once at the elevator she pressed one of the various buttons next to the door, the indicator to the elevator slowly made its way down to the floor they were on.

The dinging of a bell was heard indicating that the elevator had arrived, it's doors opening to allow them entry. They both entered the elevator its doors closing a soft tune playing over the PA system, hitting the max floor number they elevator then ascended to its intended destination at which its occupants departed into a long hallway that lead to the restaurant itself.

Upon entry Hikaru could tell this was a higher class type of joint, a podium was setup near the entry way standing just behind it was a petite woman with raven-hair wearing a white button up blouse, a stripped gray vest worn over it, a matching skirt, with white hose with black pumps on her feet.

The restaurant was a rather extravagant joint, white satin table clothes that hung off about a couple inches from the floor, classic wooden western style chairs sat around the table, the seats cushioned via a black cloth, one small glass chandelier were set up above the outer tables, a rather large crystal chandelier was directly set up in the middle.

The PA system seemed to play a soft oriental tune, the restaurant was packed with patrons who filled all but one table in the far right corner of the room. Idle chatter from said patrons seemed to create a dull roar that nearly over took the music.

The hostess looked to the couple who were now standing in front of her observing they looked to be quite young, and though they appeared dressed for the venue she had her doubts that they could afford the place much less have a reservation.

"Do you have a reservation with us Mr?" she inquired of the raven-haired teen, tapping her pen on the desk.

"Actually we have a reservation here, names Saotome Ranko." Ranma stated simply, watching the raven-haired woman check through her guest list.

Checking over her list three different times the raven-haired woman shook her head. "I am sorry Miss Saotome but I cannot find your reservation perhaps you placed a reservation somewhere else?" she probed.

Ranma seemed to tilt her head upward to the left side, before straightening her posture she then moved in closer so that her lips were by the raven-haired woman's left ear whispering. "Ah perhaps we could try this again look for a reservation under the name of Hildr."

The raven-haired woman went about checking her books once more then observing the name Hild written down for table thirteen. 'What.. but that name wasn't there earlier.. it was the Mizakaza's?' she inwardly thought, then snapped her finger twice as two more individual's approached.

"Yes Suzuki-san?" one of the two individual's who was a raven-haired young man, dressed in blue pin-stripe four piece suit.

"Mr Saito it would appear the Mizakaza's are sitting at the wrong table, and this young lady and her date are the one's who have reserved the table.

Mr Saito looked to the young red-head shaking his head negatively. "Are you sure I seated them myself after checking the register." he explained.

Suzuki then leaned forward whispering to her boss the name the red-head had given, at which his face turned white as a ghost. He then turned bowing to the red-haired woman.

"I am sorry we will get this sorted out immediately." he apologized, gesturing for the brown-haired man standing nearby who quickly called over several servers who went about moving the Mizakaza's to another table who while being moved voiced their complaints, once empty the table was cleaned up for its new occupants.

Once seated Hikaru looked to the couple who had been moved, then to his red-haired date for the day. "He looked like he had seen a ghost.. just what did you tell him?" he queried.

"I wouldn't worry too much about the details Hikaru.. lets just enjoy ourselves yes?" Ranma questioned not at all expecting an answer, as a server approached their table.

Turning his head Hikaru observed their waitress was just arriving, wearing a similar uniform that the girl at the podium had worn, she was a rather tall attractive woman with raven-hair done up in a traditional style held in by a decorative silver clip, her make up light with ruby red lips.

Setting one menu in front of each of the tables occupants she gave a pleasant smile, proceeding to retrieve her pen as well as a small booklet. "My name is Hone Onna I will be your server for your time here, what can I get you to drink?" she requested.

Without giving the menu so much as a quick glance the red-head curtly spoke up. "I will take a cherry limeade."

"I guess I would like to try that as well." Hikaru responded upon hearing what his date had ordered, proceeding to peruse the menu.

"That will be two cherry limeade's, I will get those right out to you." she cheerfully stated, before turning to head off to get the requested beverages. 'So this is the girl 'Er no our new boss Ai spoke of.. I wonder what she has planned for that young man?' she inwardly wondered.

Though for the woman revealed to be Hone Onna this was an unusual setting since usually her job was to investigate clients for her mistress who's job was to ferry grudges to Hell for those individual's bent on revenge, but today her mistress had her playing waitress for what looked to be a normal young couple whom were on what looked to be a normal date.

Ranma watched the waitress walk to get their beverages, whilst retrieving a small key chain with a crystal container connected to it. Inside the container was what looked to be a orange and black spider of which she sat on the table just in front of her.

"You can't hold me like this it breaks the rules of Hell.. Let me out of here you miserable human wench and I may just be willing to show you mercy!" the spider threatened in a very deep resounding voice whilst hurling many other colorful insults, which went unheard by any of the nearby customers since only the red-head herself and or those attuned to magic could hear a thing it said.

She smirked at its words, whilst picking up a pair of chopsticks proceeding to tap the crystal casing with them. She then surprised the spider as the chopsticks passed unhindered via the crystal poking him directly.

~You are just an insignificant bug compared to me, by now you should know who I am and with that knowledge you should also know your place on the food chain.~ Ranma spoke without a single movement of her lips.

The spider moved back against the other side of the crystal, whilst finding himself poked and prodded some more. "Hild-sama? Is that really you?"

~In the flesh.. though I occupy this mortal form whilst here on Midgard know that I have more than enough power to squash you like the insignificant bug you are.~ she paused a moment to let her words sink in, once sure she had his attention. ~Now then I must admit Mr. So called Master Of Hell I am quite pleased with your scheme which has garnered us a great amount of souls.. however I am greatly displeased that you didn't let me in on it and tried to hide it from me.. by trying to do things behind my back this is your punishment and shall be served this way until I am satisfied which could be a very long time so please do get comfortable.. FuFuFu.~ she stated with a mocking laugh.

The waitress returned holding a platter with two cups, proceeding to place the beverages in front of the tables occupants, whilst her gaze lowered observing the red-head was poking a familiar spider with a pair of chopsticks that was trapped in a crystal container. 'The Master of Hell.. so wait if he is trapped in there then that means she must be significantly higher on the chain of command in Hell.

~How perceptive of you Hone-chan. There is a pecking order in Hell.. and your old boss well he is on the lowest rung on the chain of command.. a ingenious individual I must admit.. but going behind your superiors back is very bad for one's well being due keep that in mind in the near future.~ the red-head's

words called softly from within her mind.

Glancing up from his menu at the spider in cased in crystal. "That is a very strange looking spider, its markings on the belly almost make it look as though it has human eyes." he called, as Hone Onne walked away to clear a table that had just became vacant.

Perking an eyebrow Ranma turned her attention to her date. "Ah you can see this?" she queried a slight look of intrigue to her features.

"Yes I am big into voodoo rituals, demonology and the arcane.. so what kind of spider is that if you don't mind me asking?" he inquired, a curious brow raised.

Ranma looked to the spider, then back to the raven-haired boy. "Oh well if you must know this isn't a normal spider.. oh no he is a lessor demon. Though don't let his size fool you he can be very destructive if left to his own devices, currently I am administering his punishment." she coolly explained, picking up her cup to partake of its contents taking a small sip.

"Wait so you must be a high up demon huh?" Hikaru probed, while continuing to gaze at the crystal encased demon.

She gave a slight smile. "I guess You could say that Hikaru-kun." she simply stated.

A few minutes later their waitress returned, pad and pen in hand. "Have you two any idea what you wish to order for this occasion?" she inquired, a inquisitive brow raised.

"I will have chicken curry, with a side of fried rice please." Ranma stated, while picking up the crystal encased spider within the key chain putting it back into subspace.

Hikaru giving the menu a cursory glance, after hearing his dates order. "I will have the same please." he stated.

"That will be two chicken curry, with a side of fried rice.. can I get you anything else before I pass this along to our cook?" she inquired. Both Ranma and Hikaru shook their heads negatively, at which she went off to process their orders.

Hikaru gazed upon the red-head's features, pouring over ever detail as if to memorize them. 'Absolutely beautiful like an angel.. how can something so beautiful be a demon.' he thought to himself inwardly wishing this scene could continue forever, however he knew eventually all good things and or bad things must come to an end.

Reading his thoughts Ranma thought to herself. "Gee I wonder.. if he likes what he see's now I wonder how he would have liked my body from my former life."

A body she missed, but she knew eventually if she could get all of her fragments she could reform it. However in the meantime she was making due with this new form which was beautiful in its own right, even though to her she shared it with a handsome male form upon the adding of hot water.

The only problem with the current living arrangement was that she wasn't quite sure who she was anymore. Her former self being that of a female deity, and her current self being that of a mortal male vexed by a female curse didn't help matters very much when it came to identity, and gender roles.

She was Ranma with the former memories of Hildr however the lines became blurred at times since she sometimes found herself enjoying certain interactions that her former self would have taken great pleasure in such as when she personally killed a Yakuza member she took great pleasure from it, however at the same time she felt disgusted with herself due to her human upbringing in her current life.

Her human father trained her to respect life, whilst also teaching her not to kill unless necessary and to protect the weak which seemed to conflict with her former self's interests. Though she killed what she deemed a murderer so far she had yet to slay an innocence which she hoped her former self wouldn't ever put her through such a thing.. though she did feel confident her old self even had some respect for life, she just hoped that she wasn't wrong in that regard.

Also to her it would also seem her former self had an agenda which would seem also was her own and that she was bound to the fact she must get revenge for a wrong that was committed in her former life.

Something she had come to slightly loath was the fact that anytime she attempted to do something good it almost always exploded in her face.. the only way to truly do good was to find a balance between both good deeds and evil deeds.. sometimes intertwining them helped.

Thirty minutes later the waitress brought out large platter, sitting atop this platter were two stainless steel hot plates that held individual portions of chicken curry, as well as two separate bowls filled with fried rice steam wafting off the contents of the dishes.

Hone Onna laid the dishes out on the table, once finished she walked off. A fare-skinned Japanese girl that looked the age of fourteen with long raven-hair walked up, her eyes the color of brimstone wearing the similar uniform to the waitress whom had just left went about refilling their drinks.

The red-head, as well as the girl pouring their drinks made eye contact briefly before the girl gave a slight bow of respect before finally walking away from the table.

Considering various paths to conversation Hikaru decided to speak up. "So I bet being a demon has its perks.. you probably get to see all manners of life as well as various locations that others could only dream of doing."

"Well I guess you could say it has its perks.. and you are right we get to see many locations humans only dream of.. we also meet all manner of life within the universe.. but I must admit the life of a demon isn't all a bed of roses." she paused a moment.

She then continued "No its a dog eat dog world and if a demon slips up it could mean their very existence.. and well there is a pecking order every demon has a boss, each higher than the other on the power scale whom could decide their fate in a mere instant." Ranma coolly explained, as she went about divvying portions onto her plate.

"That kinda sounds like only the strong survive.. the strong destroy the weak." Hikaru observed, while divvying his portions out on his plate.

Giving a nod of her head. "Indeed, but such is the life of a demon. The demon world is very harsh and to live within it one must overcome weakness to survive.. A frail demon or weak one if you will must use their wits if they expect to survive and flourish."

"I see.. have you ever considered attempting to change things for the better?" Hikaru inquired, looking to the red-head.

Giving a nod of her head. "Yes, but in the end I have no real control.. the rules were set in place far before I was even a spore in my mothers womb.. No you would have to talk to the Daimakaicho to see if she would be willing to change the rules fu fu fu.." she paused a moment before continuing

"Then again she may just tell you her mother made the rules.. and her mother may just tell you it was the Almighty who set the rules in place to keep the demon realm weak.. but then who knows.. perhaps you will be the one to attempt change? To think of that seems silly since you are but a mere mortal whom has no hope of reaching either the Demon realm much less the realm of the Gods."

'Then again you have better luck at reaching Niflheim than myself in my current state.' she noted to herself since she had yet to be able to go anywhere outside of Midgard, though for the life of her she couldn't figure out why since even in her current state she could destroy a world if she so chose to, but transporting herself outside of Midgard would seem an impossible task.

Hikaru let out a small sigh. "Yea I guess you are right as a mortal I couldn't hope to make a difference.. summoning you was one thing.. doubt summoning the ruler of all demon kind would be an easy task."

"Then of course there are more than weak demon's and or gods to think about there are in rare cases half bloods living in the demon world.. Of course unless considered a power piece Heaven typically won't have them as they are considered an abomination.. these individual's have it worse than most since they are born from both a demon and a god and or human..The Gods don't view them as one of their own, and the demons won't acknowledge them either.. not accepted by either side their soul survival is based on power and strength alone, few have the power let alone the strength to survive the odds that are stacked against them." she explained.

Considering what he had heard so far. "I see.. so do you know any such individuals personally and what is your take on them?" Hikaru questioned, after saying a quick prayer to begin his meal.

"Well I know of a few, however I don't know them personally. As for how I feel about them well.. it matters not to me where one comes from so long as they don't squander the gifts nature has provided them." Ranma explained, chopsticks in her right hand taking a small morsel off her plate before proceeding to eat it.

'This curry isn't too bad.' she thought to herself, eating her food with gusto.

Hikaru doing the same, pondering over his next question a moment. "So you never told me what kind of demon you are?".

"Ah that is true I didn't.. hmm what kind of demon am I huh? Well who says I am a Demon I could be a Goddess for all you know.. you just happened to summon me." Ranma casually replied, not at all serious on giving the raven-haired boy any true answer.

Hikaru studied the red-head a moment. "I don't think you are a Goddess because of the fact Goddesses can't tell a lie and always answer questions directly." he pointed out.

"Well I guess you got me there.. Fu Fu fu I am a fairy hailing from Never Land home to the great Peter Pan, and his villainous rival Captain Hook." Ranma jested, before taking a drink from her cups contents.

Giving the red-head a slight look of frustration Hikaru spoke up. "Your not going to tell me are you?"

"Nope. I must say Gosunkugi-san you sure like to ask a lot of questions.. does it truly matter to you what I really am?" Ranma inquired, looking to the raven-haired boy.

Hikaru shook his head negatively. "No it doesn't I guess sorry.. its just I am trying to master my abilities with summoning and was curious as to what exactly I summoned is all." he explained.

"Well Gosunkugi-san that individual you got the summoning ritual from kinda gave you a little help.. you see one doesn't just simply summon me from a random box kit you can get at the local magic shop." Ranma casually pointed out, before finishing off the rest of her food in a matter of seconds.

Hikaru's expression turned to a glum one. "Way to kick a guy when he is down.. but one day mark my words I will be able to summon demon's like you at will without help." he stated with a certainty.

"Fu Fu Fu.. I just bet you will Gosunkugi-san." she stated picking up her drink. "Here is to you the greatest voodoo priest around someday soon." she said through chuckles.

'Hmm so far he hasn't proven that great.. Tyr why did you send him to me?' she inwardly inquired not at all expecting an answer, then with a downward movement of her right index finger a computer interface appeared at which she started punching commands in whilst images and text flashed across a small transparent screen that had also appeared.

Watching intently at what the red-head was in the process of doing. "Wow how did you do that? And what is it are you trying to do with it?" he queried with a curious brow raised.

"Oh you can see this can you? Well I must say had you been a celestial being such a skill at being able to see through illusions would have been very useful to me.. but as a mortal well it does me no good sorry. As for what I am in the process of doing with it is of no concern to you." Ranma stated, while continuing to read the file she was looking for which belonged to the self proclaimed voodoo priest.

'A family curse damning his entire family to Hell? So he gets a free wish.. which he could have used to nullify said curse yet he chose greed over the greater good for a date with me.. I am allowing a second wish with a price.. that turns out I will gain nothing at all depending on what he wishes for... fuckin' A I hate breaking even!' she exclaimed to herself, mentally slapping herself since she didn't do her research ahead of time.

She personally loved to take the cases she was sure to win, those cases she was unsure of she usually passed the buck to a demon such as a first class demon named Marller. Though she in her previous life had schemes blow up in her face from time to time and had proven to be inept on a case by case bases she would never out right admit it to anyone since she had a reputation to protect, that and no one in their right mind would have contested her in her previous life.

Across the way not far at a distant table Hone Onne sat with Enma Ai, and an older gentleman with a bald head, his eyebrows were larger than average wearing a similar suit to the male staff, and a rather young man with raven-hair that was also dressed like the rest of the male staff.

"Oujo what do you think she has planned for him?" the young man questioned, his brown eyed gaze directed at the seemingly couple.

Ai for her part seemed elsewhere seemingly to not have heard the question.

"What does it matter Ren.. he is a mortal meddling with things beyond his comprehension?" Hone inquired, directing her attention to her raven-haired counterpart.

The man revealed to be Ren shrugged his shoulders slightly. "I guess it doesn't matter I was just curious what the miss thought is all." he replied.

After half an hour both Ranma and Hikaru had finished with their perspective meals, many of the surrounding tables now had a new set of couples and or individual patrons.

Hikaru looking to the red-head as he sipped on his drink. "So I really enjoyed this dinner.. say do you want to watch a movie with me?" he inquired.

"Sure that might be fun I suppose.. do you have something in mind?" Ranma inquired, before finishing her own drink.

Remembering his own money situation. "Sorry just remembered couldn't see a movie even if I wanted to I don't have any money.. kinda got taken from me at lunch earlier today." he dully stated.

"Ugh bullies do suck.. you know I once had someone bully me just cause I had red hair.. so I am going to do us both a favor I will pay for the movie you just name what you want to watch and we will head there next." Ranma carefully lied in order to make the raven-haired boy feel better, whilst also offering to pay for the movies.

Of course while part of her was in a hurry for the date to end since she wanted to be there once her father had made land fall in Japan, another part of her wanted to keep going just out of curiosity.

"I can't let you do that after all I am the guy I should be paying for our expenses." Hikaru replied with sigh at the end.

Ranma gained a thoughtful expression. "Well then how about I give you the money and you can pay me back later.. that way you are the one paying." she offered.

"I guess that would work. On a side note what do those symbol's on your face mean? And can anyone other than me see them?" he inquired.

Having nearly forgotten all about them Ranma lightly chuckled. "Well actually only you and anyone attuned to magic can see them at the moment.. but I can make it so all can see if I really wanted too.. as for what they mean well lets just say I am a war deity.. the six-point-star represents the six attributes of God being power, wisdom, majesty, love, mercy, justice." she explained pausing a moment to let it sink in before continuing.

"The five-point-star stands for the five elements. The upward point of the star is representative of the spirit. The other four points all represent an element; earth, air, fire, and water." she finished.

Hikaru considered the red-head's explanation, before coming to a conclusion of his own. "So in other words you are Kami-sama?" he inquired.

"No no no I am not Kami-sama.. I am a deity, but I could never hope to have the power he has.. I am but a low man on the totem pole 'sides you did cast a spell to summon a demon didn't you fu fu fu." Ranma carefully lied, however the thing she wasn't lying about was the fact it was true she wasn't the Almighty.

'Where have I seen those symbol's before? I know it had something to do with the demon world.. but then it could have been related to Norse mythology or is it both? hmm...' Hikaru trailed in thought.

He doubted she lied to him at all about the meaning of her symbols, however he wished he could figure out to whom they belong to since he wanted to know which entity he was dealing with especially since this one seemed to dance around his questions without directly answering them.

And there are some entities ranging from poltergeists to Demons and even Gods that are on the do not summon list, too summon one of these takes a highly skilled individual in the magic field.. he knew by history account only a handful ever survived summing such a entity, and well those who did usually lived to regret it cause their lives usually went down hill from there.

If any such individual managed to summon one and gain good fortune and survive the encounter it wasn't noted in any of the books he had read thus far.

Feeling eyes upon him he noticed both the girl who had refilled their drinks, as well as the waitress along with two other individual's who he hadn't seen yet all looking his way. 'That girl..is she with her? Could I have summoned multiple entities?' he wondered, turning his attention back to the red-head.

Just by senses alone he could tell said girl wasn't of this world or if she was at one point in time she wasn't of it anymore, nor were the other three individual's sitting with her.

Ranma watched the raven-haired voodoo priest. 'Ah he actually senses them.. this just might be worth my while after all.' she noted to herself. She then went on to think. 'Definitely was the right choice gaining them as allies.'

The thing that bothered her was the fact not only did Tyr give this boy the correct diagram to summon her, but basically sent a clear message he knows she was still around and where she was. Quite possibly was even watching them right at this very moment.

Another thing that eluded her was the exact reason he allowed this particular individual summon her, with an instant strike she could easily kill him on a whim, though the one thing she was sure of this boy must be of a special interest to him for whatever reason or another and she just happened to fit into whatever scheme he had to accomplish.

Course it also wouldn't have been the first time he used her to accomplish a goal, and not always did she get a choice in the matter since he loved to ambush her with projects that forced her hand.

'For the most loathed individual in the universe you sure love to use me like a gardening tool you can just toss back into the tool shed once your finished with whatever forsaken project you decided to doodle with.. haven't I done enough for you? Just how many times are you gonna do this to me before you leave me be..' she queried in thought not at all expecting an answer.

A few minutes later they both departed the restaurant, proceeding to the nearest theater to finish their little date. Hikaru for his part glanced over his dates person before turning his attention to the window.

'Could she be the Daimakaicho?' he inwardly wondered, before chuckling out loud which drew the red-head's gaze to him. 'No that would be too much to hope for specially since that takes a special spell I don't even know yet.. come to think about it the Daimakaicho's summoning ritual isn't even available.. yet she or he is on the do not summon list.. the one thing I do know for sure is she has to be a high up there being, low man on the totem pole my foot.' he thought to himself.

"What is so funny Hikaru-kun?" Ranma inquired, her curiosity peaked.

Hikaru mechanically turning his attention to the red-head. "Eh its nothing was just thinking about something that happened a few days ago." he carefully lied.

"If you say so Hikaru-kun..." Ranma trailed, her piercing gaze caused the raven-haired boy to shiver as if someone had walked over his grave, as well as tell him she knew he lied to her.

Careful how you wish-

you may just get it...

The theater that they had chosen for their movie experience was rather pact, the screen depicting some martial arts flick. Ranma sat in her seat a popcorn bucket in her lap that she was in the process of grabbing a few pieces of its contents, a small orange Styrofoam cup of soda sat in the chairs cup holder to her right, to her left Hikaru also watched the movie reaching over to grab the cup of soda that was sitting in the cup holder to his left.

'Surprised she likes these kind of movies.. figured her for the waffy stuff, course then again this is the romance of the seven kingdoms we are watching. That and she did say she is a war deity didn't she?' he thought to himself.

"Are you enjoying yourself?" he whispered so as to not disrupt the rest of the movie goers, the red-head for her part gave a simple nod of her head while eating some more popcorn.

Feeling eyes upon his back he spared a glance over his shoulder observing the same girl from the restaurant whom had served their drinks, and accompanying her was the same trio of individual's who were also sitting at the same table with her.

'I knew it they are definitely with her... body guards maybe?' he wondered to himself, turning his attention back to the picture he and his date were watching.

"So Ranko-sama is the four of them with you?" he inquired of the Ranma whom gave a simple nod of her head, whilst retrieving her drink cup to partake of its contents.

On the second story balcony which was for the most part empty with exception of the brown-haired girl whom had been snapping pictures of the duo earlier was in the process of taking some quick pictures wit the flash bulb turned off.

The girl once snapping a couple quick pictures then gave her surroundings a cursory glance feeling as if she was being watched, however there was no one there nor was there anything out of the ordinary. Once sure she was alone she went right back to taking a few more pictures.

"Caveat emptor Miss Tendo you are familiar with the saying yes?" a unfamiliar voice called out in Latin from behind her nearly causing her to leap out of her seat and scream.. however she managed to somewhat retain her composure.

The brown-haired girl slowly turned around observing a raven-haired girl that looked to be the red-head's twin, but with an eye-patch over one eye. "Whoa you scared me..where did you come from?" she queried, whilst trying to get her heartbeat back under control.

"It doesn't matter.. answer the question Miss Tendo." the unfamiliar girl queried of the brown-haired girl.

The brown-haired teenager considered the word that had been spoken in Latin for a moment, once sure of the answer. "Let the buyer beware." she replied after some deliberation.

"Curiosity killed the cat Miss Tendo I would advise to walk away from this one or you could get burned." the raven-haired girl advised.

The brown-haired teen's features took on a blank mask as she turned her gaze back to the screen, her lips gaining a small smile as intrigue set in. "True however satisfaction brought it back. So tell me how is it you know who I am, but I have never met you in my entire life?" she inquired.

Not receiving an answer the brown-haired teen looked behind her observing the raven-haired girl was gone. Turning her gaze back to the screen she observed the end credits were now rolling.

Once the movie was over both Ranma and Hikaru, along with Enma Ai and her entourage made their way to the theaters exit.

Too Hikaru's surprise once he passed through the door way everything around him vanished with exception of Ranma, his gaze then fell on a raven-haired girl whom looked much like the red-head whom was waiting for them.

Looking over his shoulder the girl from the restaurant as well as her trio all were now standing just a few feet behind him. "Where did everyone go? Where is everything?" he queried in a worried voice whilst looking around he realized this may just be where the date ends, and quite possibly his life.

Calm down Hikaru-kun no one is going to hurt you. Currently we are in a pocket of subspace that will allow us to get your second wish going without prying eyes.

"How am I able to breath? And why isn't it cold here?" Hikaru inquired his curiosity peaked, as he gave the area another glance.

"I have made it more hospitable for you." came a quick reply from the unfamiliar raven-haired girl who was Ranma's twin.

Rolling her eyes observing Hikaru's features being one of curiosity and confusion. "Basically we are indeed still on Midgard currently in an American underground bunker that was created to hide out from bombs of both the second world war as well as of the cold war." she carefully explained, just as the scene changed revealing a very nineteen fifty style room with monstrous looking super computers and what not.

Once sure the raven-haired boy was in the state of mind he could computer, the red-head continued. "Now look we had a date which was your first wish.. now I am ready to grant your second wish so what do you have in mind.. do think carefully as this one will cost you." she carefully lied at the end since she stood to gain nothing at all since in current circumstances she already owned him, however once she made a deal or a promise she would honor it no matter the circumstances.

Unbeknownst to them Tyr above was watching the proceedings as if it was some kind of soap opera since he was quite curious what the boy would choose for his wish, though he was confident in the answer since he had seen what lurked in the darkest regions of the boys heart.

Hikaru racked his brain considering what he wanted for a wish, he gazed to the raven-haired teen then back to the red-head for a moment.

'C'mon what do I want.. I have to make this count my immortal soul is on the line.' he thought to himself, as thirty minutes went by the red-head started tapping her foot, her raven-haired twin did the same crossing her arms over her chest.

"Hurry up I don't got all day Kugi-kun." Ranma growled, as she wasn't the most patient and she was on a deadline since any moment her father would be making land fall.

Tyr watching the images depicted on the screen clasping a coffee mug in both hands. "Yes hurry up already!" he half shouted, causing his secretary outside his office to nearly jump out of her seat in the other room, as well as Urd whom was sitting in the seat next to his office door waiting to be called in.

"He must be watching mortal soap opera's again." the secretary grumbled, as she went back to working on the paperwork in front of her.

Urd gained a sweat drop to the side of her head having made out the secretary's grumble which meant she would be waiting awhile cause once her father started watching mortal shows it seemed to be an eternity before he would get back to business.

Then Enma Ai's group all shouted for him to hurry up causing him to nearly jump three feet in the air, at which once landed he blurted off "I wish to be of your heritage.. I mean it has to be more interesting then mine right?" he inquired of the red-head turning his gaze to meet hers.

Ranma blinked a moment, both she and her twin shaking their heads. "I am sorry that is not a valid wi..." she trailed when magic thrummed in the air.

Her markings started to glow a bright purple, as a beam of purple light shot upward from her forehead marking going straight up through the ceiling and then further skyward into the stratosphere.

A purple sphere of light seemed to erupt from Ranma's person seeming to saturate everything within a thousand miles causing everyone within its radius moods too change to one of contentment, however since only those attuned to magic could see the sphere no one had seen what had made them feel better for the time being.

Once the beam of light seemed to vanish Ranma looked to Hikaru with a mix of both happiness and sadness speaking. "It would appear your wish is considered to be valid and that I must comply.. thus your wish is granted."

"So that is it.. when does the wish start?" Hikaru inquired, observing the red-head approach him seeming to put her arms around him pulling him closer to her person.

Ranma responded. "I have to initiate it with a kiss.. so close your eyes please." she requested though it was more of a command."

Hikaru closed his eyes awaiting her kiss, Ranma for her part not only squinted her eyes shut but seemed to strain as she leaned further her lips mere inches from the raven-haired boys.

'No I don't want to do this.. but I have to its the rules.. I am a guy dammit why did the wish have to be valid!' she inwardly thought preparing to give her first ever mortal kiss to this raven-haired boy for whom she hardly knew.

As all parties looked on as what seemed to be half an hour passed, Rei having had enough moves forward giving Ranma a shove sending her flying against the wall leaving an indention of her body on it.

"Too slow." Rei shouted, embracing the teen, her lips meeting his as she put some passion behind the kiss, at which everything in the room seemed to be saturated in purple as yet another sphere encompassed a thousand mile radius from within the bunker and to the outside world.

Ranma slowly moved to stand up, as she did so her person seemed to change her skin becoming tan, her features changing as well. Her red-hair turned to that of silver, her height rose from four-foot-eight to that of six-feet, her breasts becoming larger as well to match her now larger form, her clothing ripping apart as it was much too small to accommodate her frame.

Her sapphire orbs now replaced by Amethyst one's, eventually standing up straight she crossed her arms over her chest.

Observing the change Enma Ai and her crew all fell to one knee bowing their heads in respect as they were now sure just whom they were in league with.

Gazing to a nearby mirror Ranma recognized her former self from a not so distant past, however she also recognized her energy levels were in the process of plummeting and that she wouldn't be able to hold the form for very long.

Hikaru opened his eyes realizing it wasn't the red-head in his arms, but the raven-haired girl who's gaze wasn't directed to him but to his right at which he turned to look that way at which he immediately gained a nose bleed observing a very much naked and exotically beautiful extremely tall silver-haired woman.

"Oh pull yourself together Karu-chan a women shouldn't get a nose bleed over another women unless of course she is very much interested in the same sex." Ranma now in Hild-form called out.

"Your.. your..." Hikaru trailed realizing something was very much wrong about his voice, it was his turn to find the nearest mirror observing standing there was not the boy he was used to looking at, but a very beautiful tan skinned teenage girl with raven-hair, with strands of silver that almost looked to be highlights.

On each cheek right below the corners of her eye's were small purple markings that looked to be in a circular pattern its middle were triangle points with an eye at its center, on the outside of the circle were eight arrows the edges appearing jagged, on her forehead was purple symbol that looked to be that of a double spiral.

She was also wearing the suit he had been wearing throughout the date, though despite the form difference it relatively fitted her body perfectly, he then also noticed a pair of black feathered wings upon her back.

Ranma walked up behind the raven-n-silver-haired teen looking to the girl in the mirror stating. "I don't know whether to be happy for you.. or feel sorry for you Karu-chan.. one of my heritage tends to live a very harsh and interesting life.. I hope you can manage it well."

"You see when I was growing up my mother was a very powerful Goddess named Hel whom was cast out of Heaven since the God's had feared due to her nature and that of their betrayal of her father Loki whom which was my grandfather would attempt to seek revenge." she paused letting her words sink in.

Once she was sure he had processed the information she continued. "Well long story short my Mother being Hel became the first Daimakaicho or for simple terms the great demon world leader." she paused briefly before continuing.

"Of course due to loneliness and the fact that due to her looks no one wanted anything to do with her.. don't get it wrong she was very beautiful much like myself.. however only one half of her body was the other half however was skeletal. My father being a demon showed up and brought warmth into her icy cold heart.. however he only used her to get something for himself.. leaving her with a bastard child being myself." she explained, allowing the information to sink in further.

Ranma looked directly to the raven-haired teen who's features were one of shock in the mirror. "And thus a powerful Goddess was born.. and through her veins ran demonic blood.. her wings black as mid-night.. neither accepted by her peers in Heaven, nor those of Hell.. due to her heritage became quite bitter.. but a very powerful warrior who gained the attention of Odin the all father whom sought to make her power his own much like he did with anyone of Loki's decent." she explained.

"He made her the leader of his Valkyries who's job was to during times of war fight for the values set by the all father himself.. and during times of war on Midgard would help lead the valiant dead to Valhalla..Of course her very name being Hildr brought fear to all the populations of the nine worlds, and her sisters didn't trust her due to her unique affinity to the dark magics.. able to bring forth legions of both the dead and demons to fight for her." she allowed once more for the information to sink in.

"Then one day something happened that caused her to eventually be cast out of Heaven where she then went back to her Mother whom made her the leader of the furies which were Hell's answer too the Valkyries.. and then eventually one day she became the Daimakaicho as her mother's reign came to an end." she finished.

Once finishing her short version of her former life story she let out a tired sigh. "Sorry Karu-chan about the history lesson.. but I think at the very least you deserved to know what it is you just got yourself into.. may you live in interesting times." she stated.

Hikaru eventually snapped out of his now her shocked state, and as well absorbing everything the silver-haired women had to say stated. "I-I didn't want this I wanted to be a male deity.. why am I a female I didn't ask for this change.. I just wanted to be a celestial being like you.. how am I going to explain this to my parents when I show up as women?" she frantically questioned, tears starting to fall from her now amethyst eyes.

"That's not my problem fu fu fu.. you made the wish you live with the consequences. I am sure you will figure it out." Ranma stated, her form started to shrink and change until red-head from earlier was left standing there, whom lightly tapped the raven-n-silver-haired girl on the back of the head with the palm of her right hand, their surroundings changed leaving them in what looked to be an abandoned warehouse.

'Ugh I ache all over.' she inwardly complained, since such a rapid change in such a short time wasn't easy on her mortal body.

Rei moved closer to support her twin when she nearly fell sideways, turning her sapphire gaze to the newly minted Goddess Ranma spoke once more. "Ai please take Karu-chan to Ma-chan's arcade and carry out your mission." she relayed.

Enma Ai looked up as a vanilla envelope appeared in her hands, and without a word she gestured to Hikaru at which her entourage went over and collected said girl taking her away with them struggling the whole way out of the warehouse.

Eventually once Hikaru was out of ear shot Rei heatedly spoke to her twin. "You told her too much.. that was a personal secret.. and not only to her but in front of Ai and them as well."

"Its fine.. none of them can speak of the information I gave after all you missed my final spell.. Ai and them won't remember it.. and Karu-chan will never be able to breath a word of it since the words will fall silent on her tongue." Ranma explained, which helped to calm Rei down a bit.

"How did you manage to take on our former appearance?" Rei queried since she didn't sense her twin using any magic at all.

Shaking her head Ranma replied. "I don't really know it should be near impossible in our fragmented state.. it just happened for whatever reason or another I just am not sure how."

"Well seems we now have another daughter.. though we didn't give birth to her." Rei stated, turning to watch just as the larger group had finished leaving the structure.

Giving a slight nod of her head. "Yes so it would seem.. though I think I want to leave her in the dark on that one for a bit.. and well Urd may or may not take the news of having a new sister very well.. but then again who knows.

"Like we left her in the dark about Marrler.. and even left Marrler in the dark about her origins as well.. we sure are a piece of work." Rei spat with disgust.

Ranma sighed to herself. "I am disgusted with our former self.. what was done with Ma-chan was truly regrettable.. but even me as I am now I understand why it had to be that way.. her life would have been in peril and there was no way our former self could have been everywhere at once even with as many avatars as we could muster she very well could have been kidnapped and or killed which could have possibly lead to our own demise.

Rei hung her head, feeling a pang of guilt and remorse. "You are right.. that was partly why we allowed our eldest daughter's wish to become a Goddess come true wasn't it. In both cases was truly regrettable.. but a necessary evil for the greater good of all things."

Elsewhere Tyr watched on a small smile crossing his lips as he was quite pleased with how things transpired, even catching a glimpse of his former lovers body was icing on the cake. "May you live in interesting times Hikaru-chan. Perhaps this life will treat you better than the one you were given at the start. Oh I do expect great things from you." he stated out loud to no one, in particular,.
