"Why are you planning to train with us, Taiyou?" Ace asked.

"I have awakened my Haki but I can't properly use it yet."

"I see. So, what kind of training are we doing?" Deuce asked.

"We are going to fight each other blindfolded."

They gave me a disbelieving look.

"Deuce, since you aren't a brawling type, you will focus to awaken Observation Haki ( Kenbunshoku) to predict the attacks of your enemy and to take them down with your devil powers. Ace, you are going to focus on Armament Haki (Busoshoku) so you can overpower enemies that have eaten a devil fruit. Before that, I will teach you guys here the way to control your powers.

"How do you know all this kind of stuff?" Deuce asked.

"Don't overestimate me I don't know that much. I only read it in books I found on a certain island."

We were sitting on the boat while preparing to get out of these weird currents.

We saw the next island with a town on it.

Our boat crashed on the beach of the island.

Looking for a navigator in a noisy port town was a difficult task.

Since the accident ended the people retreated an went back to what they were doing before it.

I noticed the girl running away fast.

I managed to catch up to here.

I pushed her down against the wall.

"Why did you steal?"

"Can't you see? I'm poor. I want to stay alive so I steal."

"How did you become poor?"

"Asking so many questions without introducing yourself. It's rude you know."

"Just answer the questions."

"I manage a place where orphans and poor kids come together. But to rent the place we came in a debt and it keeps getting bigger. Those debt collectors are scumbags and keep looking at us like we are trash. I tried selling my maps but the money isn't enough."

"Why not deal with force? You had a nice knife there."

"There a lot of them. I can't deal with such a number."

"I will help you but on one condition."

"I won't give you my body for help!"

"Calm down idiot. I don't need your body."

"And now you insult me," she said while puffing her cheeks.

"I will help you if you become the navigator of my captain's crew. You will become a pirate."

She thought a minute about it and looked like she made a decision.

"Okay, I will become a pirate. Now you can introduce yourself and say your age. Calling me your little sister, I'm not that young."

"I'm Taiyou and I'm 17 years old."

"I'm Mira and I'm 17 years old too."

"So, let's go and kick those guys asses."

"Yes!"

We arrived at the huge hangar.

For some reasons, they saw us coming.

We opened the hangar saw a small army of neatly suited man.

I estimated that their number is 200.

Fresh human blood. It has been a while damn owner.

And I thought I got rid of your voice damn sword.

"Mira, you finally came to become my map factory." stated the man in a neat suit that was sitting on a throne.

"You're wrong. I came here to get rid of you," she answered with a frustrated face.

"HAHAHAHAAHAHA! You came here to get rid of me with only 2 people," he replied while laughing hard.

"More people aren't necessary. I will cut you guys." I told.

"I see. You guys seek a quick death. Shoot them death." he ordered while his men loaded their guns and started shooting.

I deflected the bullets with the hilt of my sword while I heard my sword 'Masamune XIII' scream for human blood.

BOOM!

The door went in flames behind me and I saw 2 people sitting on a flying carpet made of cards. The one put the door down in flames was Ace and the people on the flying carpet was Deuce and a guy wearing skeleton mask.

"Taiyou, we came to help you guys!" Ace screamed.

"I didn't your help, idiot."

"Is that our new navigator?"

"Yes, I am Mira. I will be your compass from now on."

"Hey, I'm Skull. I am also a new member. I will be the new archaeologist."

"I see. Nice to meet you, Skull."

"Likewise. It's an honour to meet the one and only Ichihara Taiyou."

"You heard of me?"

"Yes, of you helping poor countries with their never-ending wars. It is really ni-"

"HEEEY, WHY ARE YOU GUYS IGNORING ME?! WHAT ARE YOU DOING?! KILL THEM!

I readied my sword and concentrated.

"Ittoryuu: Akuma no Uta"

I cut and blasted them all away.

"You really didn't need help," Deuce said.

"I said it."

"So, what's the name of your pirate crew?" Mira asked Ace.

Ace took a flag with a Jolly Roger on it.

"We are the Spade Pirates and our ship is called 'Full House'. It's a nice name right."

"It's a nice name," Mira said.

"I agree." Skull and Deuce said.

"The name is too good to be made up by you," I said.

"I really made it up myself."

"Alright. Let me get some sleep on the ship. I missed a bed."

"Yes, we will leave in 2 days."

"Yes." we all said.
