A "Sticky" Situation, part 3

"I'm just your problem."

Edit: I know this took me forever to distribute to you all, and I am very sorry. Last year I had to catch up on my studies and couldn't write as much. I hope you guys like this chapter and look forward to many more! (: I'm sorry for the confusion in chapter 2, even I was confused. And about the seme x uke thing? You'll just have to wait, now won't you? (; for now it is just a bit of playful evil, though I'm not sure how long this chapter will be as I have limited time.

"...So what in the hell do you suppose we do then, prince?" Asked Marshal Lee, the obvious irritation he had showing in his tone, though the prince didn't seem panicked to the slightest. "You were the one who came into my room without asking.. why are you angry?" The prince snickered, walking back into the bedroom , Marshal Lee frozen there for a moment, dumbfounded, then letting out a growl he followed behind the prince, closing the door. "No one asked you to do.. those things." He said, his voice starting out loud, then becoming more hushed, his eyes averting to the floor. "If anything, they'd think you were attacking me before they became suspicious of something we were doing." The prince laughed. Marshal Lee looked up at the prince with slightly widened eyes which narrowed quickly. "A-Attacking you?! " Marshal Lee growled. "That was your initial intention, wasn't it?" Gumball asked in a-matter- of-facility tone. Marshal Lee's gaze didn't change, it stayed cold. "I see.. so I'm just your problem...Don't come near me anymore." He hissed softly but angrily through his teeth, turning towards the door, suddenly the prince put his hand on it, right in front of him, Marshal Lee's eyes widened. "Don't come near you?" He whispered near Marshal Lee's ear in that cold tone, the one that only Marshal Lee heard and the citizens never had.

"I didn't come near you in the first place, now did I?" He asked, sliding his hand up Marshal Lee's torso, Marshal Lee tensed, his eyes still wide, but then he snarled aggressively. "Don't touch me, you're disgusting." He whispered through shut teeth- why couldn't he get to the prince? Nothing Marshal Lee seemed to say got to him, and yet every move he made, every word the prince spoke effected Marshal Lee in every way. Marshal Lee reached for the door knob quickly- but the prince moved even quicker than him, taking him by his wrist and pulling Marshal Lee, slamming his back up against the door, Marshal Lee was still glaring intimidating, his eyes once again meeting the prince's. Gumball smirked- and the expression he was wearing pissed the vampire off even that much more. Did he find this /amusing/? "You didn't seem to think that," He said, grabbing Marshal Lee by his chin, his thumb in between Marshal Lee's lips. "When you were biting me." He whispered near Marshal Lee's ear. The vampire stood still- in literal terms it was a case of "A cat has your tongue". Marshal Lee didn't dare bite down- he knew what that did to him, that taste, it would only make the prince 'win', and he wasn't going to let that happen. Marshal Lee tried hard to keep from biting the prince... he wouldn't admit defeat, there was /no way/ he wanted.. this.

Fionna panted breathlessly. She had her sword in her hand, holding it tightly. "Aggh, how will I explain this to the prince?!" She asked, yelling the last part as she jumped into the air, swinging the sword at the creature in front of her. "I don't know girl. But it's not your fault, he'll understannddd-" Cake said as she was picked up by the large evil creature, Fionna dodged it's attack at her, jumping up into the air and charging her sword towards it, cutting off it's arm. "Cake!" She yelled as Cake quickly punched the creature as many times as she could, until it was finally down. "Wooh, that creature put up a fight!" Cake said, letting out one breathless breath- even for her to do so- as a magical dog, that said something. Fionna looked at her watch. "Do you think it would be too late to go to the date now..?" Fionna asked, the image of the prince waiting for her making her sad, but at the same time making her heart flutter. "Nahh girl, go for it!" Cake suggested, rubbing the back of her head. "Do whatever you want, I'm tired... I'm gonna go home and make a sandwich." Cake said, walking the opposite way. Fionna sighed, she wasn't even properly dressed! She couldn't show up for.. their first date in her normal attire! Fionna sighed. "I guess it's, better than not showing up at all.." She mumbled, running towards the kingdom, though she knew the prince's usual sleeping time so she wouldn't get her hopes up.

Fionna had been running for quite awhile before she finally reached the candy palace, clumsily tripping over herself on her way there, she stopped, her hands on her knees, her blonde hair hanging down over her eyes. She caught her breath, looking up at the palace she looked confused. "Marshal Lee? " She raised an eyebrow as she saw the prince and he come out of that 'secret passage' gumball showed her long ago, Fionna put her hands on her hips, questioningly, soon looking at the two of them.. they seemed like they were arguing silently, but about what, exactly? "Yo, gumball!" She called, running towards the two. Marshal Lee felt his heart stop, the prince seeing the tense expression on Marshal Lee's face, he smiled, they looked at Fionna, waving her over to him, that prince like expression on his face, as always. "Yo fionna." The prince laughed, putting an arm around Fionna's shoulder, Fionna giggled alongside him. "W-Wait, you aren't mad at me?" She asked in a surprised tone of voice. "Mad?" Gumball looked confused. "Why should I be mad, have you done something?" Just the sight of the two made Marshal Lee angry- but why? It was like an internal conflict going on in his head, and he couldn't help but to growl.

"We were supposed to hang... remember?" She frowned, then looked up at the prince with a smile. " But I got wrapped up in kicking evil butt! And... didn't have time to put something nice on.. so sorry." She frowned again. "Fionna, don't be upset, we can always hang out tommorow." The young girl perked up, smiling once again. "Really?" She asked attentively- Marshal Lee cutting off the prince's next words. "I'm leaving now." The prince snickered, and Fionna looked over at him. "What was that about?" She asked, her curiosity blunt. "It was nothing. You shouldn't worry about it too much, go home and rest." He told her. Fionna smiled and nodded, "I'll see you tomorrow." She smiled, too head over heels to question she walked away, turning back occasionally- but the prince's focus wasn't on her at all- it was on Marshal Lee, but more obviously.. the person who had seen them. Who was it who'd seen them if it wasn't Fionna.

The prince sighed with irritation, walking back into the seemingly empty castle- it was late, so there had been no one around. They didn't leave the door opened- so there was someone.. the prince wasn't paranoid- nothing of the sort.. he enjoyed 'playing' with Marshal Lee to some extent- and it was fine- so long as it didn't get out. He wasn't afraid- he was rarely afraid of anything.. The prince pulled the rim of his collar back, looking at the bite mark Marshal Lee left, he snickered. But- he'd go to any extent he had to, to keep his 'toy' for longer.

I'm sorry, there weren't many hints in this one, but don't forget to read the next chapter which will be out very soon! It will answer all of you questions.
