(Just to clarify this is an amalgamation of both comic and homecoming Spider-man)
Peter had to clear his head. After being hit with the force of a battering ram nearly ten times he swung around NYC just to feel the breeze of the city on his face, well obviously he had a mask on but he just wanted to clear his mind.
He was still, after all, a teenager, only 18 with many years to come. He had graduated high school just one year ago. I wonder how Uncle Ben would react now, seeing his nephew swinging around the city bloodied carrying enough weaponry to take down a small mercenary unit.
Finally some action Peter said to himself seeing a Helicopter spotlight in the distance.
Swinging faster towards the action Peter hears the distinct sound of Vultures wings, it sounded like it had cut thick metal judging by the unique noise of screeching metal. Three screams swiftly followed. Vulture then flew towards the air. Peter had a choice. Save the officers or finally kill the Vulture.
Why can't things just be simple for once, why can't villains just leave the innocents out of there stupid plans! He moans to himself before web zipping towards the descending officers.
Throwing three web bombs onto each of the officers backs then ascending to the fleeing Vulture, the moments before the officers would hit the ground the capsules would eject large webs cushioning the momentum and saving the officers.
The problem with these devices was the fact that they were for Spider-man just for his aerial foes. But now a risk would have to be taken if he was to take down Vulture for good, seeing what Spidey is attempting to do uses his webs to slice the web swiftly it was too late however, Spider-man had already pulled the web hard. this had pulled Vulture down while boosting himself up to strike the villain with a two-footed kick to the chest.
Vultures armour absorbed the brute force of the powerful kick unfortunately for our hero. " You're a fool for even attempting to fight me here!" Vulture sneered to Spider-man loudly over the rushing winds as they ascended.
Spider-man web strikes vulture landing on him delivering punches at an astonishing rate even surprising himself, Vultures visor became cracked exposing him to the harsh conditions on the outside as they had never stopped ascending.
Vulture couldn't afford to take them any higher now or he would be at a higher risk of brain damage due to lack of oxygen and Spideys brute force.
Spiderman took one second to look down and quickly regretted it.
"How am I going to get down?"
Spider senses suddenly begins to blare as Vulture slices Spider-mans side with his wings.
Losing blood rapidly he loses concentration.
Dyings not an option i have to use the prototype it's my only chance
Clicking down on his metal brace web shooters emerge from his wrist.
"That's really going to serve useful where we're just far up in the air isn't" Vulture chuckles while punching Spidey's already numb face. "You feel it now don't you?"
"Feel like I'm winning sure Adrian I always experience that"
"You plan on joking to your grave don't you?"
"Yeah but that won't be to anytime soon" Spider-man attempts to web Vulture in the face only to find the web fluid wouldn't eject from the shooter.
"Oh shit, you've gotten me so far my fluid has frozen" Spider-man struggling to breathe.
"I've also ascended so far you'll notice you're running out of air to breathe, you really should have thought about this before you tried to stop me" Maliciously laughing knowing that he has won the fight.
"I've still got tricks up my sleeve old man" Pressing down on his large web two barrels, quickly ripping up Vultures mask further stunning him he fires attempts to fire at vultures face with one hand, missing narrowly he decides to shoot Vulture in the side of his ribs where the armour would be the weakest, bullets disperse into Vulture.
All of Vultures glee dissipated as he realises the bullet went through, he then twists around and wraps his wing around Spiderman and launches him from his chest.
However the lack of oxygen had gotten to Peter and he blacks out while descending into NYC
This was a nice short chapter for you guys the longer chapters will be the ones you wait 2 weeks for but i like updating regularly to keep you happy while you wait. Anyway, I'm going to leave it completely open to what Avengers character you want in the next chapter so send a PM or review to tell me what character it should be the character that's requested the most will be in the next chapter.
