Hello again everyone Im sorry that this chapter took me so long , anyway I'm glad that more people like this story and reveiwed it and favorited it but I got one comment that said they were confused if Natsu likes Gray back so if anybody else was confused about that I will happy to tell you that Natsu does like Gray back he just either hasnt realized it yet or he doesnt want to admit it I haven't decided yet and I'll think about it, if you want to leave a reveiw about which one you want please do anyway I'm probably talking more than I should so I'll stop now and let you read the next chapter

The sun peaked through the window and landed its bright gaze on Grays eyes forcing him to wake up. He sat up and rubbed his eyes while yawning. He looked over to Natsus bed and noticed that he wasn't there, he raised an eyebrow and wondered where he might have gone. He got out of his bed and looked around their room a bit for him. He searched all around their room but couldn't find him. He suddenly heard the door open and looked over to see the rosette entering their room.

"Oh there you are I just looked around the whole room for you" Gray said breathing a sigh of relief. Natsu looked a little surprised at hearing Gray was actually worried about him.

"I just went down stairs for some breakfast I got you something too" Natsu told him. Gray sighed then he finally noticed that Natsu had some food in his hand. Natsu noticed Gray staring at the food, he held it towards Gray.

"Here you go" he said smiling. Gray took the food and started to eat it. "Thanks" he mumbled. Natsu just nodded then walked over to his bed and waited patently for Gray to finish eating. Gray finished eating the food quickly then he looked towards Natsu.

"Are you ready to look for the missing people?" Gray asked, Natsu nodded then got up again and started for the door. Gray followed behind him closing the door after he walked out of their room.

They got to the lobby and were just about to leave when they heard "HEY PINKY WAIT!" they turned towards the noise and Gray let out a low growl when he saw that it was the girl at the counter from the day before. She caught up to them and was a bit out of breath so they had to wait until she could breathe normally. Gray didn't even know why they were bothering to wait for her. After she had caught her breathe she smiled sweetly towards Natsu.

"Hey I didn't catch your name yesterday I'm Bree" she said moving some hair behind her ear. Gray glared at her but she didn't even notice him which just made him more angry. Natsu hesitated for a moment then smiled a little.

"I'm Natsu" he said. Bree smiled wider. "So that mark on your shoulder does that mean your in a guild?" she asked. Natsu nodded. "Ya I'm a proud mage of Fairy Tail we're actually here on a job" he told her. She looked amazed.

"Wow that's so cool anyway I was wondering if when you get back to the hotel if you wanted to do something like maybe go out to dinner or something?" she said leaning closer to Natsu. Gray was now shaking with rage, his fist were clenched so hard that his knuckles turned white. Natsu was about to say something when Gray tightly grabbed his arm.

"Sorry he can't he has other plans tonight now if you'll excuse us we have a job to do" he said harshly to Bree then he turned and left the hotel dragging Natsu along with him and leaving a confused Bree behind.

Gray was trying to walk as fast as he could to get away from the hotel while keeping his grip on Natsus arm. Natsu was trying to get out of Grays grip but he couldn't.

"Hey what the hell is wrong with you?" Natsu said angrilly glaring at Gray. He loosened his grip on Natsu a little but he still kept it firm. "We don't have time to go out to dinner with girls we're on a job remember" he said still pulling Natsu kept trying to get out of Grays grasp.

"I know that, that's why I was going to say no to her" he said. Gray sunddenly stopped and looked at Natsu. "Really you were?" he said surprised. Natsu pulled his arm away from Gray.

"Yes really I didn't want to go out to dinner so I was going to say no then you just pull me away before you even hear what I say" he said. Gray looked down embarrassed.

"Sorry about that I guess I should've waited to hear what you were going to say" he said. Natsu sighed. "Its ok lets just go look for the missing people" he said. Gray just nodded then started walking to one of the houses to ask the people there questions.

They walked to the house and knocked on the door and waited a couple seconds before someone answered the door. It was an old looking lady with wrinkles by the corners of her eyes and mouth. Her gray hair was tied back in a messy bun. She looked at them with a worried face.

"What do you want?" she said a little rudely. Gray smiled a little. "Hi there, we have a few questions to ask about the missing people" he said. The lady suddenly got a look of horror on her face and shook her head.

"No go away, you're strangers here if you go poking around at stuff that's none of your business you'll be the next victim and I don't want you to suck me in too. Go away from this town and don't return or you'll just get all of us killed!" she said then slammed the door in their faces. They looked at each other then shrugged, they didn't think it was so weird that the people here would be freaking out since the people suddenly started disappearing.

They turned and went to the next house but that house didn't have very much luck either. All of the people said the same thing, for them to go away and stop asking questions. Natsu sighed then turned to Gray.

"We're never going to able to find those missing people if we can't get any answers" he said. Gray nodded but then he saw something out of the corner of his eye. He turned to look and saw a guy in a nearby allay looking at raised an eyebrow then turned back to Natsu.

"Hey there's a guy in that allayway staring at us" he whispered. Natsu turned to look at the guy and before Gray knew it Natsu was gone and running towards the guy leaving Gray confused. When he processed what happened he started running after Natsu.

"OI IDIOT DONT JUST RUN AWAY LIKE THAT!" he yelled after him. Natsu turned the corner into the alley and out of Grays sight. Gray started running faster trying to catch up to Natsu, he was really worried that something might happen to Natsu if he wasn't there to protect him. He quickly turned the corner and into the alley and turns out that alley was a dead end. He sighed a breath of relief when he saw Natsu hitting the wall like a maniac and the man was no where to be seen. He then felt angry when he remembered that Natsu ran away by himself making Gray worry like walked angrilly to Natsu grabbed his shoulder and turned him around.

"Hey you idiot what are thinking running off by yourself, what if you had gotten hurt" he said angrily. Natsu was a little taken back by this, he didn't think that Gray, the person who fights with him almost everyday, would be worried about him getting hurt. Natsu gave Gray a confused look.

"What's with you today, first you look around our whole hotel room looking for me, then you drag me away from the hotel girl when she asked out to dinner, and now you're worried about me getting hurt are you feeling sick or something?" he said.

Gray felt his face heat up, he knew why he was acting like this but could he bring himself to tell Natsu the truth or should he tell a lie. Gray was quiet for a while then he finally decided on what he should he should say.

"Natsu the reason why I've been acting weird today is because-

Aww a cliffhanger don't you hate those, I'm sorry but I really wanted a cliffhanger and that's the only way I could think of having one. Ok that's a lie I actually thought of a couple different ones but I decided to do that one just for you guys. But I wanted you guys to choose what Gray says, he can either tell Natsu the truth and confess his feelings or he can make something up and lie to Natsu whichever one you want, the one with the more votes win so go leave a comment now go shoo be gone. Well if you ignored me and decided to keep reading then I want to say I'm sorry I take forever to write a chapter school sucks but the good news is that I'm on winter break so the chapters should be coming faster. Well I don't know what else to say so bye.
