Waaah! I'm so sorry! Please forgive me, been a little while, no? Heheh~ I've been reading a WHOLE LOT of Hetalia lately, and watching the episodes again, so I didn't really have the time to post (perfect excuse, though it's summer _). So, enjoy!

Disclaimer: Do I have to say it? It's not like y'all don't already know..I'm not awesome enough (Like Prussia) to own Vocaloid.

"..Me-Meiko..?" Kaito whispered, still cradling her hand close to him. She was breathing heavily and gripping to his shirt, which was the sign of weakness that Meiko always hated to show. She looked exceptionally vulnerable, which in Kaito's case was pretty adorable. Her cheeks were flushed and she was averting gaze quite often. He was about ready to say her name again before she bounded out of the classroom, and if I can do say so without getting mauled, it seemed like she was being a typical drama queen. Luka watched after her, in both shock and concern, yet she managed to contain herself from chasing after her best friend.

"Ne..? Luka, is Meiko okay?" Miku slanted her head vaguely to the left, vivid aquamarine eyes naively shining with curiosity. Luka ignored her momentarily, longingly staring at the door. The air was intense, almost choking.

Luka nibbled her lower lip, her eyes reflecting fatal worry as she stood elegantly from the piano's uncomfortable stool, breezing out of the classroom in search for the nearest female restroom.

"What was that all about? You caused on big ass dramatic scene back there, Meiko." Luka hissed at her friend as soon as she took step onto the marble tiles, not even checking if her friend was in there. It's not even like she needed to check. She knew where Meiko went when she felt anxiety. I wonder if Meiko had some sort of stage fright condition. Hmm, that would be weird to have considering that she would have to perform often for being in the Musical Arts.

Anyway, yes, indeed, Meiko was in there, seated on the sink counters with her head swung back pressing against the oversized mirror. Luka folded her arms over her chest. She loathed being ignored, especially by Meiko.

"It wasn't a big fucking deal. God, just get off my case Luka, I'm fine." Meiko hollered at Luka, glowering at her with a growl. Luka's expression didn't falter as she stood her ground, looking completely unfazed by Meiko's harsh words, but deep down, Luka's heart was slightly aching, shivering from those venom covered words. It was like poison was being injected into her bloodstream; a nipping poison that was slowly eating away at her body. Luka was used to the attitude and personality issues of Meiko, but she never really ever fought Luka back before. Sometimes, it seemed that what Meiko said to her, she truly meant it and had no remorse for taking glass and jabbing it deep into Luka's already healing wounds.

"From what I can see, what you are saying doesn't seem to match with what is portrayed in front of me. Besides, I think you up and ran since the pressure and attention was building in. If you have anxiety problems, why don't you just admit to it?" Luka hissed through gritted teeth and scowled at Meiko.

Luka was trying to maintain control of the situation, so apparently she was demanding to be top dog, I suppose. I'm not sure how long Luka can keep up this act, since she is much sweeter and kinder than Meiko, how is she supposed to maintain control?! Meiko appeared stunned by Luka's words; it was almost like Luka read her like a simple sheet of paper.

"How did you...?" Meiko averted her wide eyed gaze from Luka, focusing her gaze on the stainless steel faucet by her hand. It automatically reacted to the contact of skin being peculiarly close. The soft splash of the running faucet was the only noise in the dense aura of the bathroom.

Meiko chewed her lip, looking up from the ground and back at Luka, glaring into her icy blue irises with her own flames of russet fire. It was never good to mix fire and ice together, but there didn't even seem to be a winner to this battle since they both glanced away, Meiko exhaling a soft sigh. "Ok...So that is the reason, but not all of it…" Meiko exhaled once more, as if 200 lb. weight had just being yanked by the chain, now falling to the ground and off her shoulders. Luka's eyebrows raised slightly, a smile on her face now that the ice had finally put the flame out.

"Then what's the other reason..?" Luka began to question, only for Meiko to cut her off. "It's something I know, that you're probably too dumb to find out~" Meiko murmured, a sly smirk on her lips as she played the trump card on Luka. The salmon haired girl pouted, about to protest Meiko's proposition until the brute jumped off the counter, draping an arm over Luka's shoulders and skipping giddily out of the bathroom, a grin on her face.

"No one's missing us, so let's just wait till class is over to grab our stuff, there's only like," Meiko paused mid-sentence; looking up at the walls she passed to check the time. "2 minutes left in this lesson, anyway~" Meiko pouted. Luka sighed, and sadly agreed to Meiko's scheme, slowing her pace to get to class later.

2 minutes flew by like a humming bird, and considering how the classroom was slightly far from the restroom. The bell had rung as soon as Luka and Meiko reentered; retrieving their stuff swiftly and exiting briefly, without even a word to Lily or their classmates, which some of them were still confused of Meiko's dramatic high school soap opera storm out.

"Wait guys!" Kaito's voice shied over the chatter of other students leaving their elective classes. Meiko felt her heart skip a beat at how her name ran along his tongue when he called it out, pushing through the crowd and attempting to reach his two new friends. Finally making his way through the ocean of others, he wheezed, grabbing at Meiko's hood so he wouldn't get separated from them again. "Jeez, for a second I thought you guys ditched me." He chuckled. Meiko snarled at him while Luka only smiled warmly and giggled.

"I wish~" Meiko shot back a snappy retort, dragging herself free from his grip and shoving her way through the students that stood idly in the center of the hallway, chatting. Obviously, they were in no rush, so Meiko might as well give them a little pleasant push on to class. One of the students had stumbled back as she elbowed him in the stomach, which he theatrically fell to the ground.

"Aww, Mei-chan! Why are you being so cold to me? You didn't seem so angry with me in the classroom after I kissed your hand, well…Now that I think about it, you did slap me." He chuckled at her puffed cheeks while she fumed, glowering at him like an angry pitbull.

"Shut the hell up, BaKaito! I didn't ask for you to say anything!" She shouted, snagging the attention of passer-by students. "Aw, You're such a Tsundere~" Kaito flashed a toothy grin, running his fingers through her russet hair with a smile while he pat her head affectionately.

"Damn it, guys I gotta go! Meiko, I have that meeting for school council, so you guys will have to go to lunch without me." Luka pouted, turning on her heels and disappearing into the dissipating crowds. It was obvious behind Luka's subtle frown, was a smirk of utter slickness. She did have the council meeting, but she did depart from her friends just a tad bit early. Who am I kidding? Luka is really early. Meiko didn't know the time for anything unless she was planning to ditch at a certain time, so both her and Kaito had fallen for it completely. 'Now they're alone together, perfecto!' Luka giggled like junior high girl, bouncing down the hall towards the cafeteria. Meiko wouldn't go there; she had always thought there were just too many people, so Luka was home free!

"L-Luka!" Meiko whined, reaching out to her, but the intelligent junior was already out of sight. Meiko whined, stomping her feet on the ground and then turning to dart daggers at Kaito.

"Wait, so we have lunch now, right?" Kaito questioned her, trying to get her attention, but she was occupied with glaring at Luka's faded figure.

"Yeah, follow me." Meiko hissed, snatching his hand and tugging him through the sea of students. While Meiko pushed and shoved her way through and screeched profanities, Kaito constantly apologized to those he rammed into. Meiko could only smirk at how polite he was. 'He would definitely be an uke.' She couldn't help but imagine Kaito underneath another man, being dominated. AAACK! Meiko's totally not a pervert, alright!? Don't let her know I told y'all that thought! Anyway, Meiko kept a strong grasp on Kaito's hand, turning the corner and avoiding every other student.

'I wonder where we're going…Everyone else was going straight. Maybe she's taking a shortcut to the lunchroom…?' Kaito reflected his situation, wonder shrouding his mind. They pivoted down a barren hallway, Meiko soon finding a scratched up wooden door, flinging it open and pacing up the steps. Kaito decided to remain quiet, just so Meiko wouldn't turn and give him a nasty defiant stare. She finally reached the pure white door at the top of the staircase, shoving it open to reveal the school's roof. Kaito heaved for a second, hunched over with his hands on his knees, panting for dear life. "Gosh Mei-chan, do you always rush..?" He steadied his breathing, looking around to see that he was out in the crisp morning air. Geez…lunch this early didn't make any sense to him...

"Whoa! I've never been up here before! This is a pretty big roof. The roof of my school was so thin that they advised everyone to never eat up there, in tempt to protect us from falling through it." Meiko couldn't help but scowl and snarl at Kaito as he looked around at the passing clouds with luminous azure eyes. Why did Kaito always have to bring up something out of random? Well, I guess you could say it wasn't really a random thing to say since it was on topic, but whatever! Meiko loves peace and silence! Ignoring him, she submitted herself back to the open arms of the sky.

The morning sky was a dusty light blue, with its speckles of orange, pink, and purple floating around here and there. Clouds gently floated across the air in their puffy glory. A gentle wind strolled through gracefully, battering both russet and sapphire locks.

"Well, let's eat!" Kaito announced with a bubbly attitude, obviously trying to slice through the dense silence that was leisurely beginning to suffocate him. Meiko nodded and fell to her butt, pulling her knees up and crossing her arms over them, burying everything below her eyes into her arms. She was perfectly curled up in a fetal position now. Kaito didn't seem to notice how far off she looked until he dragged out his lunch box from his bag, a keen smile on his face as he popped open the lid. Ah, it didn't look as good as when his Mom used to make him lunch, but it was good enough.

"H-Hey, why don't you have your lunch with you, Meiko?" Kaito dragged a long stare at her, poking her arm wearily. Meiko's lazy half lidded eyes suddenly widened and she shook her head; Kaito suspected she was just daydreaming.

"Oh…I usually don't eat." Meiko shrugged, returning a long, cold, hard stare at his warm, kind and caring glance. Kaito was about to ask why, but decided against it and simply looked down at his lunch. Well, I guess it was too much for him alone to digest anyway.

He dug his chopsticks into the rice, picking up a perfect scoop and managing to squeeze some meat in there. He raised his right hand, bringing the chopsticks up, but not to his own lips, to Meiko's. She looked momentarily stunned, turning her face away from Kaito and the food he was trying to force her to eat.

"Meiko, stop being so difficult! Eat the damn food!" He demanded, being granted with her full attention. It was the first time he'd ever cursed before, so the tingle was foreign to his tongue. Kaito watched Meiko's expression before coming to the perfect assumption; Cursing does get your point across better.

Meiko opened her mouth to protest and spit something arrogant in his face, but Kaito took control of the opportunity and shoved the food into her open mouth, forcing her to chew and swallow. Meiko scowled at him, a light blush dusting her cheeks.

"Good, right? I made it this morning." He smiled at her, beaming with a gentle glimmer in his eyes. He had finally learned how to cook, of course Akaito had taught him. Meiko was one of the first actual testers, so this was quite important! He looked at her with a worried expression, hoping that she wasn't going to die from his possibly horrible culinary skills.

"It's good, Bakaito. Stop trying to feed me though! I don't need feeding!" Meiko complained, trying to brush off the fact that she had complimented him. She could see the stars in his eyes get slightly brighter, which made Meiko cautious.

…..

Time passed as Kaito kept the transition of feeding himself and Meiko steady, until it finally hit him like rocks. He was basically kissing Meiko indirectly. His cheeks flushed a bright red and he coughed awkwardly, still continuing to feed her. He liked how she stopped being so reluctant and now was leaning her head on his shoulder, eating the food that he placed against her lips. It made him feel fluttery and it felt…Right? Is that word to use in this situation?

Kaito placed the lid on the empty bento box, reaching into a small separate compartment and pulling out a small, bite sized silver wrapped candy. He eyed it for a moment before pulling Meiko's hand towards him and placing the small item in the center of her palm.

"Here, I saved it for myself, but I want you to have it." He grinned and chuckled at how she eyed it cautiously, constantly looking up at him as if saying 'What is it?' Quickly, she refused the chocolate and placed it back in Kaito's palm.

He pouted and frowned, placing the candy back into her hand, making her frown and glare at him with blazing fire glazing her eyes. This action between Kaito and Meiko kept a steady pace; they bickered like an old married couple. It was quite cute~.

He shoved his sapphire colored bento back into his bag, peeled the silver wrapping off the candy and popped it into his mouth. He looked at Meiko with an innocent smile, using it to mask a charming smirk lying hidden underneath. Meiko scoffed with disgust, averting her gaze from his eyes to watch the clouds storm by overhead. Did they get faster? Kaito stared at her for a moment before shifting his body and grabbing her right hand with his left, pulling it by the wrist up to his cheek and nuzzling his face into her soft hand. She turned to face him, about ready to bark at him in anger, but luck surely wasn't on her side. Kaito seized her chin with his free right hand. It was surprising how Kaito kept the chocolate from fully melting on his tongue. She squirmed uncomfortably, obviously not a fan of physical contact. Meiko, being caught off guard, tried to scream at him, but was silenced with Kaito's lips being pressed firmly against hers. His lips were soft. He groaned softly, flicking out his tongue and brushing it gently against her lower lip. Meiko gasped in utter shock and embarrassment, apparently trapped in the moment. He rolled his tongue, pushing the chocolate forward and dropping it lightly on hers in the heat of the moment. God, she didn't want him to stop. Who would've known such a passive and easily manipulated uke like him could actually muster something that hot?

She felt the chocolate drip and slide around her tongue. She urged herself to stop, but now that she was on the brink of losing control, she just couldn't keep a strong hold on the leash anymore. How the hell was she supposed to have self restraint in a moment like this? She already lost her dignity the moment she fell for his trick, so might as well submit to her own desires. Meiko let her hands freely grasp at Kaito's sapphire locks, head turning ever so slightly to the left to give him better access. What's come over her? Why is she making out with Kaito!? She already fell to temptation, eyes closed and lips parted, tongue battling with his. It seemed he wasn't letting up anytime soon with how he wrapped his arms around her back, almost restricting her from leaving. She couldn't help but moan, no matter how hard she tried to suppress it. She faintly heard Kaito moan as well. Oh God, was he getting turned on? She felt Kaito smirk against her lips and immediately pulled away, still locked in his arms, but ignoring his taunting eyes.

"Sorry, I guess I got a little carried away." Kaito released his hold on her and scratched the back of his neck nervously, grabbing his bag and rising to his feet, staring at sky and reminiscing over what had just occurred. Meiko tried to ignore him, but she couldn't help but let her mind wander over the previous events. She let a hand slip up, reaching to let her fingertips brush her lips. Her heart was vastly picking up speed and she couldn't control herself now. It was almost like Kaito had stripped her of both self restraint and dignity. The taste of the Hershey was still lingering on her tongue.

Meiko felt so stupid, and let's not mention ditzy. She let herself be dominated, and to top it off, she went along with it. 'Goddamn it! I let myself go! Fucking Kaito just had to be so persistent! If I knew he was going to fucking make out with me I would of ate the piece of shit already!' She mentally shouted repeatedly at herself, scowling and looking around with the red tints of her blush still bold and vibrant.

Meiko was finally considering Kaito as a friend as of today, and he had to go on and fuck up her mind. How comfortable did he feel with her that he was bold enough to kiss her, let alone slither his little slimy tongue into it?! And what the hell was she thinking, getting all intimate!? I mean, Meiko hasn't had a boyfriend since she dated Gakupo, and let's just say he's the reason why Meiko never got another boyfriend. It was because he only dated her for sex (which he never got) and to get close to Luka. He tried cheating on her with Luka, but of course, being Meiko's best friend, she had self-restraint and was responsible enough to not let his seduction hit her. Meiko hasn't had a boyfriend ever since, so maybe she's just a little lonely, besides, she hooked up with Gakupo in 9th grade.

"I really want to just shove you off this fucking roof." Meiko hissed, turning to him while picking up her books and binder, cradling them under her arm. She was about ready to storm away from him, but she wasn't going to back down like some sort of child that constantly ran away.

"I'm sorry, but I really like you, Meiko!"

"You just met me, dumbass!"

"Come on, can't I fall in love at first sight, don't you believe in that?"

"Too cliché, you dumb uke."

"U-Uke!? What the hell do you mean "uke"!? I am certainly not an uke!"

"Whatever you say~." Meiko smirked

"Keep talking and I'll kiss you again, but I guess you wouldn't mind with how you had your hands in my hair and stuff~."

"Mother fuc-! What happens on the roof, stays on the roof, got it!?"

"Hmm..I dunno if I can comply with that…Could you...Seal our deal, somehow?" Kaito tried to pretend like he was oblivious to what he was implying. Meiko huffed in anger. Did he really want another kiss? The fucker. Meiko glowered and stormed over to him, balling her fist and socking him square in the jaw. Well shit, that hurt. Kaito stumbled backwards, falling on the concrete and mumbling some curses, rubbing his jaw and glaring nastily at her. He looked hot when he's angry. Meiko couldn't help but snicker at him, he looked pathetic. She kneeled down, leaned forward over his fallen figure and gently pressed her lips to his. It was chaste, but Kaito could manage it, at least it was better than her not complying. He couldn't help but smile into the kiss, watching as Meiko pulled back and glowered at him.

"I fucking hate you."

"Love you too, Mei-chan~."

Yay! Thumbs up for this chapter, right? You should be proud of me! I'm so sorry I was gone guys! I was a little side tracked with writer's block. Sorry the beginning doesn't really have a nice transition with the last chapters ending, but I ended that chapter like it was the ending of an episode to an Anime ;^;. Did I tell you I am making a NeruxLen story? I PROMISE I WILL CONTINUE TO WORK ON THIS ONE just not as often/shot. Well, I have too much to talk about, shoot me for being a blabber mouth, heheh. Well for now, those who read this story~

Lol dat kiss scene, SMEXY. Well on the other hand, no, they aren't a couple exactly yet, since if you were paying attention, you noticed how Meiko said "what happens on the roof stays on the roof" meaning that this probably won't ever happen again and she'll do her best to forget it~.
