Chapter 3

I slowly woke up to an enormous headache. What the hell happened? I carefully opened my eyes to find Black staring at my face. I did the thing that every normal girl should do, if she wakes up with Black staring at them: I screamed. Black flinched.

"Would you shut up? We are out after curfew and I don't want to get caught!" I ceased my screaming but I huffed and crossed my arms. Black stumbled a little and glared at me.

"Would you please make this not harder than it already is?" Just then noticed I that Black was holding me up. I shoved myself out of his arms. But this move just resulted in me hitting my head again. I closed my eyes and just lay there. This would be a perfect place to sleep. Black groaned and then I was lifted up again but this time I let him. I was too tired to do anything and my head was seriously killing me. Seriously… ha… how funny. I had a serious headache and Sirius was holding me. It wasn't really funny in retrospect but I was on the brink of unconsciousness. I was laughing so hard that I fell from Black's arms again. But this time I didn't feel the impact. I was too busy laughing.

"Come on! Be quiet!" Nothing. "I will stun you!" At the word stun, there was a nudge at the back of my brain saying that I forgot something important. But before I could protest, had Black his wand already out and a red light was flying towards me. And then everything went black.

"You stunned her? Are you going bonkers?" screeched my best friend. My stomach churned.

"Calm down, Evans! She started laughing and would have gotten us caught!"

"You have silenced her! Or perform a Body Binding spell! It is a really bad idea to STUN her!" I heard someone sigh.

"What is the big deal? It was a simply Stupefy. Nothing serious."

"You don't understand! She has some sort of allergy against them. Every time she gets hit with a Stupefy, she gets sick. I don't know why that is, so don't ask. I think she won't be happy when she wakes up." That was true. I was not really happy.

"What? She gets sick from a spell? How is that even possible?"

"You don't listen do you? I said I don't know Black!" But before they could fight again, I was on my feet and ran to the nearest bathroom. Lily was not far behind and was now rubbing my back. I turned my head a little and looked at her.

"Today is not my day, Lil! First I slept too long and had no breakfast. Then I miss lunch. I lost control of my anger, which shouldn't happen, and hit black. I ran into the forest to calm down and fell over a tree, hitting my head on a stone. I woke up to Black staring at me and then I made a really bad Sirius/serious joke in my head. Black is too stupid to find another way of calming me and stuns me. And now I can't stop throwing up!" I was leaning over the toilet again and tears were falling now repeatedly.

"I know Ams. Come on I bring you our room where you can sleep." I nodded at her and she helped me clean myself. I leaned heavily on her, as we made our way back to the common room. Black was still at the couch. He ran over to us and started apologizing.

"I am sorry. I didn't know that you would get sick!" I just waved a hand to show that it was okay but I was too weak. I fell forward and Black got me before I hit the ground.

"Woha! You are really not strong right now, hm?" He held me in his arms and I not in the mood to argue.

"Are you sure you can get her to your room Evans?" Black asked.

"Sure!" Lily said defensibly. Black just raised his eyebrows and handed me back to her. If I wouldn't be so tired, I would have protested to be pushed around like a doll.

"Thanks." We just made five metres before I stumbled and Lily lost her grip on me. Black hat to grab me again. He grinned at my best friend and lifted me back up in his arm.

"You were saying…?" Lily threw her arms in the air and Black grinned triumphantly. He made his way to the stairs that led to the girls' dorms but Lily's voice stopped him.

"The stairs are enchanted to set off an alarm if a boy walks on them!"

"I can go up there without help." I said. This time Lily chuckled with Black. I threw a glare at my best friend.

"I am sorry Ams but I know that you are a very strong girl but right now are you weak as a new born."

"Fine." I murmured.

"But where am I going to sleep now?" Lily and Black looked at each other. Then he started to grin.

"She can sleep in my bed." My eyes, which were half way closed, opened themselves wide and Lily looked shocked at the boy who smirked down at me.

"No way! I am going to sleep on the couch. That is a really good idea!" I said and pushed myself away from Black. But I was so weak that it was just like a feather trying to move a mountain.

"She will not sleep with you in your bed!"

"Lily, she won't sleep with Sirius in a bed. He can sleep in mine." I had totally forgotten James and by the surprised expression on Lily's face, so had she.

"But I will be there with her!" Their voices got quieter as my headache got stronger. I realised that I was on the brink of sleep.

"Just bring me to a bed." I mumbled into Black's chest. Tomorrow I will be totally mortified with my actions, but now I was too tired and too hurt to think about something like that. Black started going and I was soothed to sleep by the motion of his walking.

I woke up with a start. The room I was in was dark but I could see a person beside me. The last thing I remembered was my happy dance in the forest. The person next to me mumbled something then turned around and threw an arm around me. I stiffened but when I saw red I knew it was Lily. But why was she sleeping in my bed? A glance to my right showed me a nightstand just like mine, but it was filled with stuff I never would have there. Crumbled parchments, broken quills, pictures of half nude girls, our school books thrown open on different sides with lots of dog-ears and a lots of sweets. That was clearly not my nightstand, so I wasn't in my bed. And not one of my roommates were so unhygienic. So where was I and why was Lily here too. Did we went out drinking again? The room was silent so I took the chance and woke Lily up. She rubbed her eyes and looked at me.

"What?" She whispered.

"Where are we and why are we here?" She yawned.

"Don't you remember?" I rolled my eyes and shook my head.

"You hit your head in the forest and Black found you, brought you back. You woke up in the Entrance Hall, Black stunned you, I was too weak to bring you up to our dorm, so Black brought you up here."

"Okay… Do you know what time it is?" Lily looked down at her watch.

"4am."

"Do you want to go back to our dorm?"

"Yeah." We pulled the curtains back to see that all the other beds were open. To our right was Peter and next to him was Charles. Next to him was Remus and next to him were…

"They slept together!" I whispered to Lily and had to stifle a giggle.

"Apparently." She stood up.

"Come on!" But a wide grin was all the answer she got.

"Do you have a camera?" My best friend returned the smile.

"Wait here." She said and ran stealthily out of the room. After five minutes she was back. I had put them into a little more intimately position in that time.

"Great idea Amy." She winked at me and quickly took a picture and we walked down in the common room. As we were in our dorm we said good night and went to sleep.

Revenge was sweet.
