Inuyasha had called Sesshomaru. Apparently Sesshomaru had the wrong idea about why Rin was so pissed. Of course he thought her reasons were completely childish, and he had no time to deal with them he was far too busy.
She'll get over it. He thought returning to his paper work. Rin will be fine until I get home.
Inutashio sighed Rin's anger only seemed to be increasing with each passing day, and no matter what they said Sesshomaru refused to do anything about it. The elder demon knew that his son wanted to surprise his mate with the new apartment he'd purchased there in Tokyo for them to begin their lives together. A few years ago Rin would have been pleased that Sesshomaru was moving back to take over the company, but now she wouldn't care.
She even looked into mark removal. He thought, my son you are already making such foolish choices.

"She's determined Izayoi," Kagome sighed. "Rin doesn't feel that Sesshomaru is reliable or trustworthy."
"I know..." Izzy sighed as well.
"Its all Sesshomaru's fault...fixing things is as simple as a phone call, yet he won't do it!" Kagome said.
"This whole ordeal is going to ruin his surprise and his homecoming." The older woman pouted.
"Maybe he'll learn something about the proper way to treat women." Kagome grumbled, glad she didn't have to worry about Inuyasha ever doing anything like that.
Inuyasha was pissed.
His asshole brother was getting every woman in the house all worked up and angry. Sometimes he got the feeling that Kagome thought he would do her the same way.
Damn it Sesshomaru, just call Rin before things get to a point where there is no coming back! He thought clenching his fists.
Rin's painting had become an anger outlet, her new exhibition at the museum was even being called 'A Woman's Scorn.' The name picked by Kanna.
She was trying to vent silently to keep the rest of the family from worrying or getting tense. It was supposed to be a happy time.
"You've got five days Sesshomaru." She growled.
