~SMILE
"Ah, our soon to be husbands. You have returned. I do apologize for the wait, it is because we had spilled a specifically unnamed substance on the floor. Please understand."she bowed her head gently then stepped aside.
"Come in all of you, we must have a movie night as the dawn arrives."she said swinging the door open wider for the guys to enter the sweet smelling cozy home of hers.
Their soon to be wives sat on the couch, smiling a type of smile someone would do if they had done something wrong. "Hey Handy, I'm so glad your back. Everything was going to wild here. I'm still trying to process it in my mind." Petunia said to him.
Handy sat next to her, and she leaned her head on his shoulder. "Why you say that?"he asks. Petunia opens her mouth, but Exotic decided to fill in the blanks.
"Oh it wasn't so bad darling, just a bit of trouble with my broken furniture. Nothing more. Gentlemen, you know how we ladies are extremely serious about our valuables."
The guys nodded in agreement as they took their seat. "Let's watch something scary!" Truffles asked. "Ohh, no thanks. Do you know what scary movies do to my head?" Exotic protests. "Make you afraid of the dark?" Petunia said.
Exotic rolled her eyes then sat next to Flippy. "Ha, I wish. But enough about me, how went the um, trip I should say?"She asked Flippy, putting an arm around him.
"That's simple, we assumed it was a trap so we followed Flippy home." Cuddles answered, but Splendid spoke out.
"We didn't go, because Mr. General went 'traumatic' on us, and we had to leave." Splendid said soaring over Exotic who frowned.
"That's not true, I was protecting you guys from classified enemies and so on. That area isn't safe." Flippy told Splendid, raising his head to watch Splendid fly past everybody.
"Splendid, my darling, how dare you say such things. You cannot toy with his emotions! So what if he's mentally sick, you still have to treat him like a human, and not throw it around as if he has no feeling."she turns to Flippy.
"I'm terribly sorry about him, I hope my speech gladly made you feel better."she said closing her eyes, and threw her hand on her chest feeling confident in herself.
"Uh, if I tell you the truth about how wrong that stuff you said, how would you exactly feel?" Flippy questioned Exotic. But before she could answer, Splendid spat out.
"He has no feelings, when he kills people. He just laughs as they bleed to death."Splendid said harshly.
Flaky held Flippy's hand as he tried to contain his anger. Exotic choked on her words before getting them out in the right order.
"Go to your room Splendid! And think about what you have done, and think about your life, as well as your future." Exotic exclaimed, as she points to the stairs.
"Ha! Splendid you get punished by the woman of the house? That's sad." Cuddles laughed but Giggles gave him a 'shush' signal to prevent future conflict. Splendid face Cuddles and said.
"How the hell old do you think I am? Four? There's no way I'm going up there and think about, how my life is almost over in just a few days."he finishes as he flew up the stairs. "Goddamn..." Truffles commented.
"Why is he so bitter today?" He stops before he went out of sight.
"You know what, I'll think long and hard about my wonderful life I had. I might even call my ex-girlfriends and see how their life is without me. I bet they miss me."he says disappearing from view.
"Uh...Exotic..." Flaky said unsure of what to say to her.
"Flaky, don't. She's about to cry." Giggles said staring at Exotic's mascara running down her cheeks.
Her curls in her hair began to droop slowly as sadness coursed its way grow her body. Her heart shattering could be heard in the silence of the room.
"D-don't cry Exotic. Its okay, look, how about we watch SAW and enjoy the rest of our night alright? Y-your hair needs to be fi-" Flaky started but Exotic wiped her tears and sighed.
"What did you guys do to my perfect husband?" Exotic asked Flippy.
"Maybe he's feeling a little upset at Flippy and is angry at the world." Truffles guessed. Exotic lowly grumbled.
"I don't think I remember asking you the question! What happened to him?" Exotic repeated. Flippy shrugged.
"Truffles might be right, I don't keep track of what goes on in his super brain of inattentiveness." Flippy laughed as well as the rest of the guys.
"Its totally not funny." Petunia said putting her hands on her hips, as her bracelets dangled.
"Exactly, why don't you guys get a time-out too. Go see if you can discontinue him from...being so reckless." Giggles demanded.
The guys all stood up and one by one they started for the stair, sounds of stifled chuckling and sights of pushing and shoving playfully.
"How can you men not be well mannered like us ladies? Its not polite to make fun of each other, especially when they makes fun of you. Be mature about it." Petunia added as the guys respectfully walked up the stairs.
"Gentlemen..." Exotic called out. They abruptly stopped playing and faced Exotic's direction.
"Do you think...that there's a chance...um...Splendid, he...don't l-love me after all?" Exotic's eyes widened as more tears strolled its say down her face.
Her beautiful gleaming sunset eyes glossed with salty tears, grew dim as it starts to be set into night.
The gentlemen spoke amongst each other finding a suitable but reasonable answer to her question that will change her life forever, or just a short while.
"Uh...no. I suggest, before you get left at the alter in a church. You start making sure he truly loves you." Handy said.
Exotic trembled a little, the cool icy breeze from his short speech left her shivering.
"I-I...uh...I thank you for the tip. I bid you kind, respectful men, a farewell until later on. I just need alone time with my friends." Exotic told them, before dropping her head on Flaky's shoulder.
Exotic moved from her shoulders to her lap and began bawling loudly to her, but to others it came out muffled.
Flaky looked up at Giggles and Petunia apprehensively. It stayed quiet between the girls for twenty minutes.
Eventually Exotic cried herself to sleep. "This is so upsetting. I'm disappointed in Splendid." Flaky finally said as she rubbed Exotic's back.
"Maybe they weren't meant to be together, if you listened to her story closely, you could tell they didn't have a strong connection, in fact is highly weak." Petunia stated. Giggles took out a chair from the kitchen and sat on it.
"Oh my, Petunia your right. Splendid probably never loved her at all. He was only using her. Ooh, that broke bastard." Giggles growled.
"Exactly, he only was there for her aid, only to save her trinket, then his intentions were to go straight home. But you know how Exotic is, giving thanks to those who comes to her distress moments." Petunia said.
"And in this case, she decided to give him food, water, clothes, housing. And since he's like a stray animal coming back for more and more steak, he just want to permanently stay and use her til she doesn't walk this earth." Flaky said in shock.
"This is crazy..." Petunia said raking her hair back. "This is also her fault as much as it is his, I bet she didn't grow feeling toward him."Said Giggles.
"Of course she did. He rescued something near and dear to her, she saw that someone actually went to save it, instead of sitting around." Flaky said, then continued on.
"Then as she have gotten use to seeing his friendly mask and continuously remembering the day they met, she decided she wants to be with him, not only for saving her trinket, but for being there when she needed someone the most." Flaky finished.
"Nice interpretation, but still girls, anybody could've just helped her. I mean look at how she dressed, so prim and proper. How can no one help her with the fallen glass." Giggles asked.
"She had told me in her past, nobody ever helped her because of the way she is. They would watch her and find it funny when she struggles to go out of character just to help herself." Flaky answered.
"Hm, that makes sense. Well, I heard there's a huge discount sale on wedding dresses down by the city. And I have seen the most gorgeous dress for us to try out. We'll go tomorrow, shopping always cheers Exotic. Speaking of her she needs to wake up, nap time is over."said Giggles.
Flaky gently shook Exotic's shoulder, and watched her threw her head up in shock. Her hair regained its beautiful shimmering sunset color, as she flipped it, in hopes it will be fixed.
"Flaky darling, may you go upstairs and collect my Bobby pins?"she asked with hoarseness in her throat, Flaky nodded and took off up the stairs where laughig can be heard. Petunia notices Exotic's voice sounds different, she approaches her.
"Hey, Exotic, do you want some special homemade Petunia Tea?"she asked. Exotic's face looked disgusted.
"...um...Petunia...tea?"she says in a weak tone. Petunia giggled as she lead Exotic to her kitchen, followed by Giggles.
She sat Exotic down on her burgundy colored seat, hoping she would say anything about going through her stuff in the kitchen, but all she did was look down at her mirror-like table. Her hair slowly getting flatter by the second.
Giggles went close to Petunia to whisper: "I think she remembered what happened before she fell asleep, she's looking a bit blue."
"Well duh she remembers, just give her time to...get over it. Go get the petunias put of the refrigerator." Petunia said as she took out a china designed teapot out of her cabinet, then placed it on the stove.
Giggles went in Exotic's fridge to take out the cooled flowers, called Petunias. Giggles turned back at Exotic, who continued to look like she's a lost puppy.
Petunia sighed as she pointed to the kitchen tool in the corner of the counter. "Put them in the blender."she said.
"Pass the football over here! If you don't throw it to me, your gonna lose this once again, Truffles!" Cuddles exclaimed.
"Uh, guys we need to stop playing around the room is starting to get a little messy up here. Guys!" Handy shouted.
Flaky, who stood in front of the opened door stared at the condition of the room.
She began to stutter in shock of the appearance of Splendid's room.
"W-w..."she started as she weakly pointed at the muddy walls, torn up pillows, and broken things all around. Flippy took off the football helmet and gasped.
"Uh...we fell."he lied. Flaky rubbed her eyes, then groaned. "She's going to flip out of she sees this mess. You guys have to clean up! Clean up now!" Flaky said as she turned the table over so it can stand on it legs.
Handy stopped her from cleaning any further. "Don't worry about the room Flaky, we got this right guys?" Handy asked.
The guys gave out a sigh, then nodded their heads in agreement. Flaky exhaled with relief as she grabbed the box full of Bobby Pins off the floor.
"Thank goodness. You look like your having fun as well Splendid. Your finished being grumpy? And are you ready to apologize to Exotic?" Flaky politely asked. Splendid pointed his bat at her dangerously close to her face.
"No! Get out of here with that pitiful crap before I beat you wih this bat!"he threatened. Flaky backed away frightened.
Flippy snatched the bat out of his hand and hit him in the head with it. He points the bat at his face.
"Don't ever talk to Flaky like that."he shouted. Splendid rubbed his aching head and rolled his eyes.
"I was just kidding. I love Flaky, I wouldn't hurt her. I'll go cheer up Exotic if you all want."He said landing on the rugged floors.
"Uh, good...I guess." Flippy said holding Flaky's hand and led her down the stairs.
"Thanks Flippy, for a second there, I thought he was serious. I was so scared."she said giving him a hug.
"Anything for you. Even though it was joke, I want you to stay away from him, he was acting strange all day." Flippy looked at his watch, seeing that its late.
"Its almost late anyways, everybody its probably tired. I don't blame them for being so grouchy." Flaky said walking in the kitchen to take her coat off the coat rack. Exotic
raised from her seat swiftly.
"Leaving so soon?"she asks. Petunia placed the sweet smelling tea on the table where Exotic was sitting. Flaky nodded, and took her seat.
"Yes, I apologize but its getting pretty late. I do appreciate you invited me over at your beautiful house. But its time to say bye. And goodnight." Flaky said with a smile.
Exotic smiled back and waved. "Oh alright, I'll see you two tomorrow, correct?" Exotic asked. Flaky looked at Flippy and he shook his head in agreement.
"Well sorta, I wanted to go hang out with the guys at Truffles' house. But I'll make room to visit here a few times. I know Flaky will be there."he said.
"Besides, we were planning on shopping tomorrow. So if you want to come-"
"No. No thanks, I'm...I'll stay home this time. Thanks for the invitation, but not even shopping can get me in the mood."she said.
Giggles gasped sharply. "Oh but you must go, there is clothes there!"she yelled.
"Well...hmm. Ok. I do like clothes."she laughed. The girls and Flippy sighed deeply. "We thought we lost you for a second." Petunia laughed.
"Oh darling, perish the thought. I'm a civilized woman, and a real lady doesn't, how you say, 'lose it'. I bid you farewell sweethearts." Exotic said as she waved the leaving guests goodbye. Flaky opened the door letting in the cold breeze.
She waves one last time, then exit the house. "Oh Exotic, by the way, Splendid wants to say something to you." Flippy told her. Exotic giggles, then it turns into laughter, she laughed hard enough to give herself cramps.
"Flippy, darling, if I go upstairs and he tells me something you gentlemen had convinced him to say, I will travel to your household and...and...scold at you for being such a terrible friend! He is suppose to speak from the heart!"she exclaimed.
"Speak from the heart you say?" Splendid said as he leaned on the stair railing along woth the men who were present upstairs. "I think I know a thing or two about words from the heart."he told her. Flippy looked from Splendid to Exotic's unimpressed expression.
"Ha, I don't want to hear a word from that black, swirling tornado that is what you call a heart." Exotic crossed her arms, and turned her back at him. "Exotic, chill." Flippy said putting a hand on her shoulder, in which to her respond she stared at him fiercely.
"Uh, you girls have a goodnight."he said as he walks out the door. The sound of the car starting is hear. Exotic stroked her hair slowly as thoughts ran through her mind. Giggles yawned tiredly then settled on the chair.
"Exotic, I want to hit the sack, let's chill in the basement. Its more comfortable." Petunia opens the door to the basement, allowing Giggles to enter. "Your coming?"asked Petunia.
"But of course... I need my rest too." Exotic follows the girls down the stairs. She jumps on top of the beds then sighed arms crossed behind her head.
"You know what's still bugging me?" Exotic started. "The fact that Splendid doesn't truly love you?" Giggles unintentionally said. All cold eyes reached her as she quickly realized she wasn't delicate with her words. "I am so sorry, when I'm tired-"
"Hold your tongue darling, I know why. Its just..." Exotic took in air, then released. She gets up to pace the room. Petunia went to sit on her bed to get out of her way.
"...you know Giggles, I do wish you think before you speak. I don't understand why you say the most vulgar things at the wrong time. I'm not offended in any way, but can you please, for once...think?"she said.
Exotic traveled back to the guest bed in the corner and laid on it. The soft silky sheets were smooth like the ocean, keeping her at peace.
"What was bothering you, if it wasn't the obvious?" Giggles asked. Exotic lift her head up and blinked lots of times.
"I can't seem to remember. Listen darling I am very exhausted from this long day, so do you mind shutting the lights off. Many thanks."she said returning her head back to its rightful position.
"Goodnight girls." Petunia told Exotic and Giggles. "Sleep tight Petunia." Giggles responded. "Don't let the bed bugs bite." Petunia told Giggles.
"I won't."she said while yawning. "There shouldn't be bugs in Exotic's basement anyways. No one barely sleeps in here."she continued. Petunia sat up on the bed.
"Doesn't the lack of people resting on the beds give the bugs a better chance at being comfortable on these here beds?"she said nervously.
"I don't think there's anything wrong with these beds Petunia." Giggles replied. "You said 'think' so there is a possibility that there may or may not be bugs on the bed, probably crawling on me!" Petunia cried out.
"Eh...pretend they aren't there I guess." Giggles said. Petunia started to whimper with fear. "I can't sleep here!"she cried. "JUST GO TO BED!" Exotic exclaimed angrily.

"Hey there pretty ladies, doing anything special this fine day?"
"Oh you know the usual, minding our own business, something you should care not about."
"Oh come on, we are all friends here on Mother Earth. Us the people were put here to socialize and be friendly with one another."
"Oh please, I shall not say another word to you. Let's go ladies."
"Hey! What are you doing?!"
