I'm the trickster, god of lies,

Did my deception really take you by surprise?

I can make you do my will,

And yet you come back still.

My best weapons are my words,

Spoken craftily, chaos stirs.

I tore your world apart.

Broke your life, broke your heart,

Now you act surprised and shocked,

Whilst I ridiculed and mocked,

Such a petty creature, yet amusing,

So weak and trivial, yet confusing,

I suppose it's all my fault,,

I, the one who all this trouble wrought,

With my lies I shatter and destroy,

My funny little human toy,

You are beaten and defeated,

Because the truth I kept secreted,

But the fault could very well be thine,

Oh, little pet of mine,

Because, strangely, in this case,

You believed me in the first place.

(A/N:) As you probably noticed this poem is different from the others, focusing instead on the darker, evil side of our favorite trickster. Thanks for reading! Please review!
