Writer's block…..is the worst thing in existence.
Everyone in the room fell silent, and looked at one person or another. Nobody spoke or said a word, not even a sound. That is, until Tails made a little gasp.
"That's it, we can make a machine using powered energy to try and transport Neon and her crew back home!" He said, eyes sparkling with excitement. Amelia grinned and nodded. "We could create some sort of teleporting device that could transport a group of people through time and space just as quickly as a flash of light!"
"Well, that settles it, Amelia and Tails will make the plans for the teleporting machine, and the rest of us can get the parts and help them out." Sonic said. "Any disagreements?"
"Who suddenly made you leader?" Shadow glared at him. Sonic sighed. "Well Shadow, do you have any good plans on that mind of yours that's better?" The blue hedgehog said with a smirk. Shadow grunted and folded his arms. "Not at the moment no, but I do have a question, how long do you think it will be for us to find ALL of the chaos emeralds?"
"Hmmm," Tails hummed. "Well, since we have a larger group of people, I'd say it would only take us about as much of a week or so." He concluded. Neon held her hands up. "Hold it, hold it, hold it….what are chaos emeralds?"
"Chaos emeralds are pretty much the same thing as your Chaos Crystals. Just in emerald form." Tails quickly filled her in. She nodded. "So, everyone has a part to do. Amelia and Tails make the prints, Amy and Logan help out with the parts, and the rest of us look for the Chaos Emeralds. So, everyone knows what their doing?" Everyone nodded. "So, let's get to work!"
Tails quickly lead Amelia to another part of the lab with Amy and Logan following behind. "Well, everyone, let's go!" Sonic said with enthusiasm. They all headed outside, following Sonic out into the world.
Amy placed a few parts on the table with a huff. Logan was busy screwing bolts into the other ones she placed on the table a minute ago. She leaned onto the table and smiled. "So…it looks like you and Neon are pretty close right?"
The purple one nodded his head. "Yeah, you can say that. She DID save me from almost dying." He answered back. "So, if you guy's past is just like ours….then the same exact things happen to you as well to us, right?" He nodded his head with a smile. "I guess so, weird though."
She giggled. "So you must love Neon and want to be her boyfriend!" Logan lost his balance suddenly and fell out of the chair with a thump. He looked up at her with a flushed face. "What?! N-no, it's not like that!"
"Oh yes it is, don't try and hide it silly! I know love when I see it." She smirked. Logan finally got up back into the chair and sighed. "Amy, no…it's not like that…I'm.." He sighed. "I'm gay."
Amy stared at him in shock. "Oh." Logan blushed and continued screwing. "Yeah…so, it's not like that…." Amy sat down beside him. "Um…does the rest of the crew know?" He shook his head. "Nah, I can hide things pretty well…."
"Well, don't worry. I'm sure they'll except it…I mean, they seem like a really good bunch of people to be around with.." She reassured, patting his shoulder. "Thanks Amy…" He smiled. She laughed. "So, on a lighter note, do you have a boyfriend?" Logan chuckled. "That is NOT on a lighter note….but yea, I do. His name is Blake.."
She squealed. "Oh my gosh! Tell me all about him!" She tugged on his arm, enthusiastically and with impatience. Logan laughed. "Okay, okay! Um..he's a hedgehog, he has dark green hair and hazel eyes, he's about the same height as me, he's really pale but not as much as me, he likes skateboarding….and he calls me 'Loggie bear'. Enough information for you?" She shook her head rapidly. "Tell me more, please! When and how did you guys meet?"
"Um, we met five years ago, I was in the woods sleeping. He was taking a walk and he tripped over my feet because apparently he didn't see me. I woke up and was saying sorry over everything because I thought it was my fault. He said that I was so cute when I was flushing as bright as the sun and apologizing for something I didn't need to be apologizing over. He left and I noticed he forgot his skateboard.
The next day I went to the woods again and I brought his skateboard with me. I saw him walking and I ran up to him, giving his board back. He invited me to go watch him do some tricks and I agreed. Sometimes he came over my house or I went to his. And we continued doing that for months until, he finally asked e out.." Logan finished. Amy was on the brick of tears and biting her lip. He frowned. "What's wrong A-"
"THAT WAS THE BEST LOVE STORY I EVER HEARD!" She squealed. He chuckled and blushed. "Yea, well, glad you enjoyed it.."
"Logan, you have to tell the crew about this." She said sternly. Logan looked at her. "I know.." she smirked. "And I'm going to help you do it. Right when you guys are about to leave."
"What?! B-but Amy, you want to do it so soon? I-I mean-"
"It's going to be alright. Trust me. I am you after all." She giggled. He sighed.
"Ugh! This is taking forever! I wish we had some kind of scouter or something!" Neon grumbled looking through the endless pits of trash in the landfill. It had been two hours already, and everyone was getting tired of roaming around through piles and piles of junk.
"Argh, this is getting us no where!"Shadow yelled. His hands flared up with green fire as he clenched his fists. "Hey, Shadow, calm down! We're not gonna find it if your just gonna throw a tantrum!" Sonic yelled at him.
"Well this is taking too long! And if you wouldn't have left without asking Tails where the scouter was, we wouldn't be in this mess you little-"
"Hey guys! I think I found one!" Kishi yelled to the others. Everyone ran to where she was and crowded around her. She held in her hand a large shiny yellow emerald. "Yup, that's one of them alright. Good job Kishi!" Knuckles said to her. She nodded. "Thanks."
"Alight, let's get this bad boy back to the lab!" Neon said with a huge grin on her face.
"Ho-ho-hoooo! Not so fast you little rodents!" A voice boomed in the sky. Everyone looked up and gasped. A large man in a very much larger machine robot was flying in the air. Sonic and shadow growled. "Eggman!"
Eggman laughed and looked down at all of them. "Well, hello my dear friend Sonic! What a pleasure to see you here!" He yelled out with a chuckle. Neon looked up and scoffed. "Who is this guy, Santa or something?"
Eggman glared at her and flew down. "And who is this little brat friend of yours?"
"None of your beeswax Fatman!" She yelled back. Sonic chuckled and gave her a thumbs up. She returned it. "Why you little-! No matter, I'm going to end up ruling you anyway! Now, give me that emerald!"
"Not so fast! It's mine!" Another voice came. From the sky a huge claw came and snatched the emerald from Kishi's hand. "Hey, give that back!" She tried to take it back but the claw just shook her off and became out of her reach. "The emeralds are mine, and now I'm going to rule two worlds!"
"Wait….is that.." Neon gasped. "Ometlia?!"
"Oh, so glad to see you dear Neon." Ometlia waved from her flying craft. "I would stay to chat, but I have to run. Goodbyyyye!"
"OMETLIA GET BACK HERE!" Neon screamed. She was about to run after her until the craft suddenly disappeared. "Darn it." She grumbled. "Neon, let's just head back to the house." Sonic said. She nodded. They all headed off towards the house they all came from.
I finally updated, oh my gosh , it's a miracle.
