Blaze and I arrived at Norths and Blaze burned my hand earning " Ow's", from the my kids and Jack.

" So it is true". Blaze said and I slapped him across the face but I was shocked as Astrid winced also.

" You didn't". I said in disbelief

" I'm Astrid Flame as of two months ago". Astrid said

" Do you not hear a word I tell you! I said stay away from Blaze! Not marry the guy"!

" I guess i really am your daughter aren't I"!

I wouldn't admit it but that had stung and in a way Astrid was right. It was the exact same thing with Pitch and I.

I fell in love with the one person who tried to destroy Easter, who hurt my family, who hurt me in so many ways. But somehow between all that I fell in love.

Pitch was different then any guy I dated. Well different then Bunny and Forest, he didn't really count since it was a one night stand but still.

There was something about the boogey man that always drew me in. He had that certain way he looked in my soul and made my world just collapse. He made me feel alive, scared, love and free all at once.

" Mom? Jackie? Mrs Frost? You alright? Hello"?

" What"? I say snapping back into reality

" You alright"? North asked me

" Yeah. Despite that my oldest daughter is pregnant with my ex-best friends son, my youngest is missing! And half my kids are hurt! So no! I'm not alright"!

I felt the darkness take over. I felt my aura become black and this time I didn't fight it. I let it do what it wanted.

I lost full control in a matter of seconds. It was all the darkness and the funny thing was I actually enjoyed it. Being bad, the different kind of rush it gave me.

" JACKIE! STOP"! North shouted

" You answer to me now". I say but I gasped as that wasn't my voice

I grabbed my chest and felt my heart beating way to fast. I was panicking. This was a bad idea and to make matters worse, I created a tornado I couldn't stop. Perfect.

" Mom"! Dusk shouted " It's okay! Don't panic it'll pass"!

I wanted to know how Dusk knew that but I trusted him. I closed my eyes and calmed myself down.

My head was spinning as I opened my eyes and I let out a breathe of relief before I felt my eyes close and myself falling.

Dusk's POV

I saw mom start to panic as the darkness had taken over everything. Panicking would make it worse. I found that out when I was twenty one.

I had just seen dad and he told me if I wanted to reach my full potential I would have to allow the darkness in. So like any other kid I wanted my father's approval and I allowed the darkness in.

That was my biggest mistake. I couldn't control myself and dad told me to stop panicking. I followed his instructions and soon I was able to control myself.

Mom created a tornado and even though her eyes were black, I could see the fear.

" Mom! It's okay! Don't panic it'll pass"! I shouted

I saw mom hesitate but then she closed her eyes and took a deep breathe. Her eyes opened then closed again and she was falling.

Shadow's POV

Mom was falling. I caught her before she hit the floor and almost dropped her as I felt a pain in my chest. Her heart was stopping, she was dying!

Grandpa North took her from me and Grandma Tooth went with him along with some yetis.

Mom was dying. Mom was dying! Mom wasn't supposed to die! She was supposed to stay with me forever.

" Shadow breathe". Bunny said and I realized I was having a panic attack

" I can't". I breathed

" Look at me and do as I do".

Uncle Bunny took deep breathes and I did the same. I calmed down but that didn't help since I could feel mom being shocked. Her heart had stopped.

I saw Moonsky appear and he looked at me first, fear in his eyes.

" What happened". Moon asked and I could see a bruise on his face

" Mom had the darkness take full control, then panicked then calmed down and she collapsed. Moon her heart stopped".

Moonsky's POV

" I thought it was one of you not mom"! I shouted

It couldn't be mom! I needed mom! We all needed mom! Mom can't die!

" Moon how'd you get here". Icicle asked

" Dad was showing me something which involved a tornado so I took my shot and left and what is Blaze doing here"?

" He's married to Astrid and she's pregnant with his child". Nightshade said

" So your having a hybrid"?

" Funny. Jackie said the same thing". Blaze said with a raised eyebrow

" Did mom say your having twins? A boy and a girl"?

" WHAT"! Everyone shouted at me

" What's the big deal? It's obvious"! I shouted

How could they not see it. It was basically right in front of everyone.

" Moon how the hell do you know that". Jasmine said

" You can't hear the heartbeats"?

Everyone looked at me as if I was insane. They couldn't hear the heartbeats?

" Your mother learned that ability when she was pregnant with you".

We all whipped around and saw dad. Uncle Bunny, Uncle Jack and Uncle Sandy all stood in front of us and glared at dad.

" How do I know your not lying". I say flying right up to my father, Shadow by my side.

" Have I lied to you before". Dad said with a smirk

" No".

" Pitch get out of here"! Uncle Bunny shouted and threw an egg which hit me instead since dad put me in front of him.

" Oh come on! This stuff takes forever to get out"! I shouted in annoyance and saw Shadow roll his eyes

" Good news everyone Jackie is st..". Grandpa North started but once he saw dad he cut himself off

Dad disappeared and to my shock he left me. Maybe he knew he couldn't take me again or he just left me here for a couple hours.

" How's mom". Starsnow asked

" I'm fine". Mom says appearing and she smiles when she sees me " Moon".

I flew up to mom and she pulled me into a hug. She pulled away and scowled as she saw the bruise on my face.

" Mom it's fine". I say swatting her hand away

" I'm glad your safe". Mom says and kisses my forehead then stares at me your a few seconds and got super serious " Your more like me then you realize Moon and that is why Pitch wants you. Your stronger then your siblings whether you believe it or not and that is why your father also wants you. He wants you for power but as long as you always fight back, you'll win".

" What if I can't fight back"?

" Your a Frost. You'll always fight back no matter what. As long as you have hope you'll always and I mean always win your battles. If you feel like giving up, hold on for in that one moment you are the strongest you will ever be. When you hit the lowest point you are at your strongest point".

" Thanks mom".

" It's my job kid. Now go get some rest. All of you".

We all nodded and went to our rooms but I ended up in Shadow's room at one am.

" Can't sleep". Shadow asked and moved over as I shook my head no.

" What if dad breaks me". I whispered

" I won't let him and like mom said just hold on. You'll find hope".

I just nodded and Shadow wrapped an arm around him protectively, before we both fell asleep.
