She was always stuck in the middle a daughter of justice and crime. She is an anti-hero, a girl. And then she meets him, a hero, and her world changes she goes to school. Helps a boy with father issues, becomes friends with her brother and gets kissed. Will she become a hero or stick to what she knows?

3. Chapter 3

Saturday Morning

Oliver Queen walked into his house guest's room, the girl was sleeping. He noticed a pillow on the ground he went to put it on the bed. The next instant he was on the wall a knife against his throat. The girl jumped back and put the knife down. He laughs, "When Roy said you were a spitfire I thought he was not kidding, Wow, nice reflexes kind reminds me of someone else from Gotham"

"I'm so, so sorry, Mr. Queen. Would I know your friend?"

"I doubt you know her, now that I think about and I'm fine just glad to know the house is safe with you around. Hey now that you're up, you could join Roy and Dick down stairs, their playing Black Ops."

"No I am a horrid video game player, I'll just watch"

"Ok well you know where they are, having fun" He turned and left. Katie started out the living room. She ran head first into a blonde woman. They woman reached out a hand to help her up.

"Hi, you must be Katie, Roy talks about you a lot. I'm Dinah, Oliver's girlfriend."

"Oooh, Hi, nice to meet, Roy says you're nice"

"He's does, wow he ignores me most of the time."

"He is a little more observant, than he lets on" Dinah laughs and continues on her way. Katie smiles and goes to the living room.

"Hey guys how's the game." Katie asks as she sits on the love seat. Neither boy looks at her. "Hello any one home", she says. Still no reply from the video game zombie, and so she stands up in front of the flat screen TV.

"Hey, Kat come on really we were just finishing Black Killer"

"Yeah, I have no idea what that is, so pause your game you can come back later." She crossed her arms, and pouts, "Can we do something together?"

Dick smiled, "Ok, Katie. Roy got any ideas because I was thinking Hid and Seek." Roy nods and laughs.

"You know, Bird Boy, Kat pretty good, too. So, you in Kat?"

"Yep, who's it"

"Me", Oliver says stepping into the room. "Ready, Set, 50, 49, 48…"

The rest of the day continued on with Hid and Seek, with the final score Dick with 11 games, Katie with 10 games and Roy with 0.

It was sad of all three kids as when Katie left. Roy and her made plans for next week, and Dick and her exchanged numbers.
