Disclaimer : I own nothing but the plot. The characters belong to Masashi Kishimoto and Yana Toboso. UnBeta-ed... This was made purely for enjoyment purposes.

A/N : Okay, this is my first ever crossover. I have been trying to find another anime character that I can pair with Sasuke. I was just recently introduced to Kuroshitsuji by a co-worker about 3 months ago. She got me hooked with Sebastian... and then my over-active imagination took place. This is a story I made to celebrate my 4 years in FFN...

In this story... just to fit my imagination... Ciel ended the contract with Sebastian since he was already turned into "a fellow fiend of hell"l. So our dashing demon is again free for lease... *wink*

The Eternal Price

Chapter 3

"You are a poor excuse for a demon. I never imagined anything like this to happen... You are getting soft." a deep voice made Sebastian look up. The voice belonged to a chocolate haired man with silver spectacles hanging on the bridge of his nose. Sebastian eyed the man with an amused smirk on his handsome face.

"And what is it to you if I don't feed myself Alfred? I will be the one to starve." Sebastian commented. Alfred sighed and shook his head. "Our kind is getting scarce. You are one of the oldest and most powerful. I hope you that you will play your cards well." the man stated and dismissed himself in annoyance.

Sebastian smiled at his acquaintance. Unlike him, the other demon was too serious - and he hated that attitude from the said demon. Sebastian looked at the wine glass before him. The transparent glass was rimmed with deep blue, so making him remember of Ciel Phantomhive's eyes - the boy whom he have shared so much of his many lifetimes with.

Ciel was and will always have a special spot in his heart - if ever he had one. Now being freed from the contract, Sebastian was again on his own... doing things that pleased him.

He tilted his head as he rested his cheek on his palm. It was still with great curiosity in his part how a divine contract can be twisted by fate. Seeing the boy given a new chance to life made Sebastian happy. He may be a demon but he wasn't all that evil.

Sebastian could not find any feeling of regret in him. He enjoyed the interaction he had with Ciel. He didn't mind the hunger, though it made him somewhat happy that Ciel thought of his welfare. Ciel did order him a few decades ago to feed. It was unsatisfying, but he had no choice but follow an order.

Sebastian stared at the wine, swirling the crimson liquid around. He liked the taste of wine, one of the few things he liked from all the the products mortals made. This wine, to be exact was one of his favorites. The rich and sweet liquid was a treat to his senses. He liked staying in his human form. The body was less demanding and it needed little maintenance because of the absence of a few appendages. Also... blending around in human form was easier.

Sebastian sipped his wine lazily... staring into an open space on the floor. He let the liquid dance around his tongue. His attention was suddenly caught as he caught a whiff of something that took his mind completely of the wine... make that someone... someone smelled unexpectedly so delicious to him all of a sudden.

His crimson eyes looked around the dark room. He was in a bar where he frequented. He like the classy ambiance it had, no disco music and sweaty bodies... a place for drinking and bonding... in other words... it was quiet and he liked it. He sniffed around as his eyes made a search. Who the hell in Satan's name smelled enticingly good to him? The scent called to him like a siren's voice. Where is the source?

Sebastian's eyes finally landed on a man standing by the entrance. He was pale skinned with almond-shaped eyes. The color of his eyes reminded Sebastian of a certain corner in the underworld. The stranger looked foreign, judging by his features he knew the man was Asian. But he was beautiful. His hair - those spiked locks of midnight, framed the delicate face and thin pink lips. He was rather intimidating to look at and so fucking sweet-smelling for a human.

The man walked towards him, as he was located at the bar with the tender. He walked with confidence and carried himself well, the clothes he had on showed him that he was well-off. Sebastian honestly wanted to meet the stranger.

The closer the man got, the more intoxicating his scent became. He never smelled anything like this. It was like a combination of the sweetest perfume and the most delicious food. What the hell?! Where did that thought come from? Demons don't even consume food for it's taste! They just do it to nourish their human forms!

The man sat a few chairs away from Sebastian. Sebastian closed his eyes and inhaled deeply. He tried to recall when and where he encountered this scent. It was so familiar but yet so new at the same time. It even made his mouth water and made his blood boil. No human has ever caused such a reaction from him.

The man made an order and slowly looked sideways. Their eyes collided.

All of a sudden, it hit Sebastian!

He now remembered why this man brought back memories of an unremembered past. This man was no ordinary mortal. He was was a child of the dark arts. A Shaman. A Shaman in heat - for the lack of a better word for this sudden attraction.

Sebastian suddenly recalled what he was told when he was still young. Shamans have the ability to tie their mortal lives to a demon or any other deity for eternity. The simple sign of that bond meant to be was this - the instant scent attraction. The pheromones... or whatever it is called by modern science. The bonds created were far stronger than that of a Faustinian contract. For in this tie, the demon will be owned by their masters for all eternity.

Sebastian smiled. Yes, he mostly stole form his prey... he made contract with his special victims and took their souls after being in service for some time. But there wasn't any strings of lustful attraction in any way... This man brought about his carnal desires - his demonic nature. This was going to be something... he have never felt anything like this before.

"How are you finding Paris?" Sebastian asked. The said man looked at Sebastian and furrowed his brows "Paris is rather quiet..." came the response. Though the man spoke in English, there was a trace of foreign accent that made Sebastian smile. The roughly deep voice sounded sexy to his ears.

Sebastian chuckled and got up from his chair. He walked towards the man and held his hand out to him "Sebastian Michaelis." he introduced himself. The name have stuck to him. He liked the sophistication of the name that Ciel gave him.

"Sasuke Uchiha... pleasure to meet you, Sebastian..." the man stated as he took the demon's hand into a tight grip. Sebastian smiled enticingly "The pleasure is all mine Mr. Uchiha..." he said. "Please, call me Sasuke..." the raven said as the handshake was released.

Now that he was just a few inches away, the man's smell was intoxicating him to unknown madness. His mouth watered, he licked his lips that suddenly went dry.

"So what were you hoping to find in boring old Paris?" he asked, this time he faced the stranger. The man smiled, showing the demon a set of perfect whites "I guess the question should really be who..." the man stated.

Sebastian eyed the man. Sasuke's dark eyes looked at him knowingly, his thin lips curved into a sly smile. Sebastian didn't need to be a genius to understand what the other man was telling him. It seems that the man already knew his secret.
